Body Support Techniques were classified as Grade techniques and Non-grade techniques. None Grade techniques were mostly used to train Grade techniques but they became obsolete when one became Knight or faced a Knight.

Grade Techniques can grow even in the Knight stage and use them against other Knight.

There are six Grade levels.
