Death Game Begin

A/N: [THIS CHAPTER DOESNT HAVE M AND MEGUMI]

This is a bonus chapter. As the Kayaba Akihiko speech is longer than I thought so I make it into a bonus chapter.

This is just the prologue in the anime. For those who is not interested can skip it. Mostly it the same copy. I only add a bit after what happen when Kayaba Akihiko dissappear after the announcement.

More and more player getting teleport to the central plaza. By the time the teleportation stop, the plaza was already pack with plaza with player.

Some player discovered something wrong with the sky. There is red warning menu appears and is blinking.

Suddenly it started to expand and cover the entire sky of the central plaza in a dome shape.

It was like the sky turn red. Then the warning change into 'System announcement : Program 00' and started to leak a red goo until it form a red clothes entity floating in the middle of the sky.

"Attention, players. Welcome to my world.My name is Kayaba Akihiko. As of this moment, I am the sole person who can control this world"

"I'm sure you already noticed, that the logout button is missing from the main menu. But this is not a defect in the game. It is a feature of Sword Art Online"

"You cannot log out of SAO yourselves. And no one on the outside can shutdown or remove the NerveGear"

"Should this be attempted, the transmitter inside the NerveGear will emit a powerful microwave, destroying your brain and ending your life"

"Unfortunately, some players' friends and families have ignored this warning and have remove the NerveGear"

"As a result, two hundred and thirteen players are gone forever, from both Aincrad and the real world"

"As you can see, news organizations across the world, are reporting all of this, including the deaths.Thus, you can assume that the danger of a NerveGear being removed is reduce to minimal"

"I hope you will relax and attempt to clear the game. But I want you to remember this clearly. There is no longer any method to revive someone within the game"

"If your HP drops to zero, your avatar will be forever lost and at the same time the NerveGear will destroy your brain. There is only one means of escape. To clear the game"

"You are currently on the lowest floor of Aincrad, Floor 1. If you make your way through the dungeon and defeat the Floor Boss, you may advance to the next level"

"Defeat the boss on Floor 100, and you will clear the game"

"Right now, you're probably wondering, 'why'. Why would Kayaba Akihiko, developer of Sword Art Online and the Nerve Gear, do all this?"

"My goal has already been achieved. I created Sword Art Online for one reason. To create this world and intervene in it"

"Finally, I've added a present from to your item storage. Please see for yourself."

Many player start to check their item storage. It was a mirror. Before they want to ask, one by one and soon all player start to glow.

When the glow is finish, it's appear that all the player has change back to their original appearance. When the player started to panic, Kayaba Akihiko say it's final words.

"And now, it is complete. This ends the tutorial for the official Sword Art Online Launch. Good luck players"he started to fades away.

Everyone went silent for a few second before a girl start to scream. The girl fear which spread soon spread to other player like a plague which cause total chaos.

Especially when almost 10,000 player pack together, the chaos it cause was unbearable.

Some player started to break down and cry. Some started to scream. Most of the player is still confused about the situation and don't know what to do.

There is a minimal number of player who understand this situation and immediate run out of the central plaza. Those player will most likely to be beta tester.

Where they went nobody know but when other player started to notice they also follow which soon cause the 10,000 player stampede.

Lucky for them, they were in the safe area. Nobody was death from the stampede.

Although the safe area can prevent them from suffering physical damage but those weak-willed player or those in denial started to jump off the Aincrad.

This cause most of those player here wake up and immediately stop other player from suicide.

Even if there is a chance it might be false, they cannot take the risk or even let other player take this stupid risk.

Soon The Town of Beginnings has become the refuge for those player.
