Jenni’s Dream

The first day of the opening of Jenni's gallery has now been completed, for that Jenni is now starting to look for her son as well as her two friends who were previously entrusted to take care of her son.

"Where did they take Jaden?" Jenni softly looked around her.

"Ferly, have you seen my son?" Jenni asked when she saw Ferly passing by in front of Jenni.

Ferly gave Jenni a shake of his head because it was true that he had not seen Jaden's whereabouts, to be more precise, Ferly was busy with the buyers of Jenni's paintings, which could be said to be selling well at the first opening of Jenni's gallery which will be held there for three days as the first time debut for Jenny.

Jenni bit her lip and took out her cellphone, which was in her pocket.

A sigh could be heard from Jenni's lips when she saw a photo of Jaden, who was actually sleeping in her apartment.

Without lingering, Jenni immediately typed a message thanking Edward for taking care of her son for almost the whole day, even though she didn't even have time to accompany her son around her gallery.

"Ferly, it looks like I'm going home first. My son has gone home. Thanks for today. If later you need my help, you can contact me," Jenni said to meet Ferly first before she actually stepped her foot home.

"Ah, Miss, I just got a call that someone wants your picture from pictures 1-5 because he is interested in the storyline that continues from your painting, Miss," said Ferly to Jenni.

Jenni was quite surprised to hear Ferly's statement. Honestly, Jenni doesn't think anyone realizes that her paintings, in sequence 1-10, are paintings that tell the story of her life.

"Who wants to buy it?"

"They want to be kept a secret, Miss, only the one who called is named Jack."

For a moment, Jenni thought that she didn't want to sell the ten paintings, even though it was the tenth picture that she had labeled not for sale because the tenth picture was about the depiction of the most important person in her life.

"Could you tell him if he really wants to buy it, we'll let it go on the last day, and for now, I don't want to sell it unless he wants to wait for it," Jenni finally said.

Ferly quickly agreed with Jenni's words. Of course, all decisions depend on Jenni because Jenni is the painter of the 25 paintings on display today.

"I'm going home first," said Jenni once again to Ferly.

Ferly quickly nodded his head in agreement with Jenni's words.

A smile can now be seen on Jenni's beautiful face, even though she now has a three-year-old son.

"Thank you, Axelle, for accompanying me today. You should not waste your time by accompanying me," Daniel said to his best friend's brother.

Axelle gave that fake smile to him. To be honest, the first reason he was there was not because of Daniel, but Jenni was the reason he was able to be there and accompany Daniel at this time.

If Jenni wasn't there, then we can be sure that he wasn't in France, but in London, because his company is in London.

"Where are you staying, bro?"

"Me?"

Axelle nodded his head, confirming Daniel's question, which was confirming the question he had previously addressed to Daniel.

"Ah, not far from here, maybe only about two blocks. I have an apartment here."

'What? Since when did Daniel have an apartment here?'

Axelle was surprised. He thought Daniel was staying at a hotel or something, which was unexpected, but actually, Daniel had an apartment there.

"Ah, I didn't know you had an apartment here, I thought you were staying at a hotel," Axelle said honestly.

Daniel chuckled softly.

"There's a nice apartment and rem-"

Daniel unexpectedly stopped his sentence. He had just realized that the young man in front of him was not only Michael's brother but Jenni's best friend, right?

"Have you been able to communicate with her?"

What he didn't want was now being asked by Daniel to him. He really wasn't ready to lie to Daniel about it, but even if he was honest, he hadn't asked Jenni for permission. He didn't want Jenni's efforts over the years to be broken by him.

He doesn't want to!

If fate will bring Jenni and Daniel back together, he wants it to be their own story that brings them together.

"What do you mean?" asked Axelle, pretending not to understand the direction of the conversation from the young man.

"Jenni... have you been able to contact her? I miss her. Maybe your brother said I'm too lovebird or whatever, but I still feel the same for her. Do you know where she is?"

Instantly Axelle, who previously insisted on trying to cover it up, immediately felt doubtful hearing Daniel's sincere words.

"You're not disappointed in her?" Axelle finally asked Daniel.

A soft chuckle Daniel gave to Axelle.

"Maybe I've been disappointed in her. It's just that she is the one who makes me able to enjoy my life Axelle. The former Daniel may not be able to communicate at all casually besides talking to your brother. It's just that after meeting her I changed, I realized that, although After she left, I tried to return to the way I used to keep myself busy with all the work that was available, it's just that the results were still not the same."

Several times Axelle seemed to gulp his saliva. He was afraid to lie when the young man in front of him was very sincere to his friend.

He knew very well that Jenni was not much different from Daniel. If Jenni doesn't love Daniel on a large scale, there's no way she'll reject every man who approaches her and choose either himself or Edward as her shield.

He was so sorry he almost forgot about it. This is the most important thing about Jenni.
