Chapter 1

My name is Mei Kao. I am a 17 year old teenager that lost my cultivation. 3 years ago, a disease was discovered and 1/10 of the population of the city was infected. The disease destroys your body continuously in a long period of time. Resulting for the infected to lost their cultivation. The cure is not yet invented. Health potions are not effective, it just slows the disease in your body. Xachiachism is the name of the disease or what we called corrosion disease.

I was bullied because I am infected of the disease. I was a cripple, so they bullied me around. Our family money was depleted because of the potions that my mother bought through these years. We are now considered as poor because of it. I always nagged my mother not to buy it anymore but she insist of doing it saying that I am her precious child and she don't want me to die young. People affected by this disease can only live up to 5 to 7 years. Health potions can help you survive in 7 years.

My father died when I was a child during a war. My mother is the only one that took care of me. She is a waitress in the bar where she works. I always blame myself why my mom worked so hard. She has a suitor but she don't want to entertain him because she is always busy. She don't want to see me suffering while she is enjoying her life.

One day I visited my mom where she works. I saw that she is suffering and his customer touched her body and my mother was uncomfortable of it but she doesn't stop him. I was angry of what I saw. I ran out of the bar crying and then I bumped into one of my bullies.

""Hey. Watch where you are going.""

"I'm sorry."

""Look who it is. It is Mei Kao. What are you doing in my turf? You wanna die?""

"No. Please let me go."

""Oh I know. Your mom works at the Sexy Bar. Did you see her fucked every customer of hers. Your mom is not a waiter, she is a slut.""

My temper was at its peak and then I exploded. I clench my fist and punch the bully in his face. Leading to his face bleeding and knocked up a lot of teeth. I was so angry that I keep punching him. Until he activated his cultivation technique and punched me back.

""Konoyarou. I will kill you.""

He hurt me so bad that I no longer conscious and on the verge of dying. He left me on the side of the street. A person saw me lying on the street covered in blood. It was my mom's suitor, uncle Yuan Kie.

""Hey Mei Kao. Are you alright? Wake up!""

He carried me on his back and went on the hospital. He also informed my mom of what happened. My mom rushed to the hospital and saw me. I woke up and saw my mom crying over me.

""Mei Kao. What happened to you? Who did this to you. Doctor help my son cure him please.""

"Sorry Mrs Kao but we already did what we can. And due to the corrosion disease, his condition became worse. We already gave him a health potion. It will depend on his will in order for him to survive."

My mom looked me in my eyes and crying.

""Mei Kao. Survive this. Please don't leave me.""

"Sorry for being a nuisance mom. Please forget about me. Don't always cry. Sorry for being a useless son. I love you mom."

""What are you saying?! Don't be like that.""

My heart stopped and the physician checked my pulse.

""Sorry Mrs Kao, your son is dead.""

"No! It can't be."

My mom cried so much while holding me. Uncle Yuan Kie comforted my mother. This is when the original owner of this body died and then my spirit went to his body.

After a few seconds my heart began to beat again.

I opened my eyes and saw his mom still crying over my body. She looked back at me and was shocked and she hugged me.

""Huhuhu. Thank goodness. Don't you say all of that ever again.""

"Sorry mom."

It is the beginning of my life in this lower realm. I can't wait to enjoy this life. But I can't move my body! This sucks. I still need time to heal.
