Atop the apex of a towering hill, covered with emerald grass glistening with raindrops, stood a handsome youth clutching an iron rod pointed up at the cloudy, caliginous sky.

This seemingly handsome, but idiotic youth was known as Eiji Hagiwara. A listless and passionless 15 year old student who does nothing but spend his time inside of his room all day making YouTube Videos.

Now, some of you may ask why this slothful boy was outside than being inside of his monotonous and dull room making YouTube videos.

Well, the reason was quite simple.

It was because he decided to pull a cretinous idea to gain more subscribers, that can render him paralysed or at worst, dead.

Indeed. Eiji Hagiwara had decided to record himself get struck by lightning to pull more viewers for his dying YouTube Channel that averages around 500 views per video despite having more than 50K subscribers.

And well, his ingenious had worked. In 30 minutes, he had somehow pulled more than 20K viewers who were somehow being entertained by a student trying to kill himself.

'I guess my plan worked, this was the first time in 6 months that I've seen one of my videos get more than 20K views, and it will probably start to rise in a few hours!'

Currently, the boy that had decided to risk his life for a couple thousand views was thinking to himself on whether he should do something like this again. Completely unaware of the streaks of lightning that crumbled and gathered upon his head, waiting to strike him down.

The boy on the hill suddenly turned his eyes to look at the malicious looking clouds that wanted to devour him before smirking.

'I should make this more entertaining for my viewers...'

The youth suddenly pointed the rod even higher than before and shouted a string of insults aimed at Zeus for comedic purposes, and well...

You could say he didn't take that too kindly.

A streak of flashing sapphire lightning suddenly descended onto the boy, cutting off his mighty speech while roasting his body alive.

The comments that were leisurely joking about whether he would die or not all, froze for a few seconds before hurriedly typing on their phones that showed their reactions.

All the viewers had various reactions, some were still joking around thinking he would be alright while others were concerned about if he was okay or not.

The majority of them were joking, but that quickly changed the moment Eiji dropped onto the burning ground. His clothes and face charred by the intensity of the electricity that coursed through his body for a few seconds.

The comments all halted for a few minutes before exploding into a massive frenzy, the majority saying the same thing that CursedElmo had said.

At the exact same time that this comment was posted, but a several days later, the news released the news about the death of the entertainer and influencer, Eiji Hagiwara.

Unaware of the fact that the young boy had transmigrated into another world. A world vastly different from theirs.
