Grey was about to pull the trigger of his gun if no one yelled and stopped him. Grey turned around and rolled his eyes to see Noah walking over with a panicked look on his face, while Athena was certainly relieved.
"Here comes the savior," Grey said in a mocking tone.
Noah himself immediately brushed off Grey's hand that was still pointing the gun at Athena's head. "Grey, come on. Don't be like this. She's your savior. Be nicer to Athena. Why do you want to kill her?" Noah asked sternly as he stood in front of Athena to protect her.
Grey smiled sarcastically. Then Grey pointed at his cheek. "That damn woman slapped me. She was insolent. Is it wrong for me to kill her?" Grey asked as if killing was normal and casual, making Athena cringe.
Noah was surprised. "A-Athena slapped you?" he asked, but Grey didn't answer. Noah turned to Athena for an answer. "What Grey said is true, Athena?"
"Yes. I did slap him. However, it was because he had said disgusting things to me, then suddenly kissed me, even put a ring on my ring finger, saying I was his wife from now on! He's just as much of a harasser! He deserves to be slapped!" retorted Athena, no less passionate and Noah was even more shocked.
Noah looked back at Grey. "You did it, Grey?"
Grey looked relaxed. Folded his arms across his chest and nodded. "Yes. That's right. I did it. So what?" Grey then pulled Noah away from Athena, then gave Athena a sharp look. "You living here means you have to follow everything I do. Kissing you is something you have to accept, being my wife is something you have to follow, even if I rape you, you have to follow."
Athena was both surprised and angry. "Asshole! Who would want to be treated like that?! I don't want to! I don't want to be your wife either!" Athena was about to pull off the ring on her ring finger.
"If you take the ring off, I'll cut off your finger," Grey threatened, making Athena stop.
"Are you crazy?!" cursed Athena.
Grey nodded. "Yes. I'm crazy. Listen. I'm going to be honest with you right now. I'm a mafia. I can shoot anyone, kill anyone easily, especially an insolent girl like you. So, don't be insolent and follow whatever I say. Understand, Alley Woman?" threatened Grey coldly making Athena's body relax.
Mafia? Shooting and killing anyone with ease? No wonder Grey said killing as if it was an easy thing.
"And, don't even think about leaving here. I can find you. You are now my wife. You are forbidden to go anywhere. Athena Moontones," Grey added.
Noah couldn't get enough of his best friend. Athena herself chose to run away, causing Noah to panic.
"Athena!" called Noah, but Athena kept running. Noah turned his gaze to Grey. "After I calm Athena down, I'll meet you in your room. We need to talk about your madness."
"That's fine," Grey replied casually.
Noah just shook his head, before immediately chasing after Athena.

"Athena."
Noah called softly to Athena who was sitting on the bed with a blank look. Noah immediately sat down next to Athena. Noah looked at Athena whose eyes were already teary. Noah tolerated it. It was normal. Especially after learning that Grey was a mafia and killing was easy. Athena was even suddenly forced to become his wife.
"Noah, so Grey is actually a mafia? What he said is true or is it just to scare me?"
Noah was silent for a moment. Noah was at a loss as to what to answer. However, Noah was sure there was no point if he lied. Finally Noah nodded making Athena's body completely relax. Grey, that guy was really creepy.
"So, he's really going to kill me if I refuse to be his wife?" Athena whispered as she looked at the ring on her ring finger. "I tried to take the ring off earlier, but I couldn't. Grey did it on purpose? What did he use to make it so hard to remove?" asked Athena as she looked at her ring finger which already had a beautiful ring on it, but Athena didn't like it.
"Here. Let me help you take it off," Noah offered.
Athena nodded, then let Noah try to remove the ring. However, Noah himself struggled and gave up eventually. "This is hard. The ring fits your finger perfectly. But, it's a nice ring. I think it's fine for you to wear it. It's beautiful. It fits on your finger," Noah praised to calm Athena down.
However, that didn't calm Athena down. Athena was still moody. Athena was now starting to fear Grey. Noah, who knew Athena's worries, sighed. Noah then grabbed Athena's hand, clasping it making Athena startle and turn her head, seeing Noah smiling at her.
"Take it easy. Grey won't kill you. I already said I'll protect you. Don't worry, okay?"
"B-but, do I really have to marry him? Why would he want to marry me? A mafia like him doesn't suit me. Moreover, I'm only-"
"Yes. I understand your worries. Take it easy. I'll meet Grey and discuss this. Don't be afraid and cry anymore. I will protect you. Understood, Athena?" asked Noah gently.
Athena, who was scared at first, began to feel relieved, although there was still some fear. Athena nodded. "Yes. Thank you, Noah," she said and Noah nodded and smiled back.

"Okay. Explain everything. First, why did you tell her you were a mafia? Didn't you say not to let Athena know your identity? Then, secondly, why did you ask Athena to be your wife? Didn't you say you didn't care about Athena?"
Noah unceremoniously asked after entering Grey's study. Grey wasn't in the house earlier, so Noah asked in the evening after Grey returned home.
Grey looked at Noah coldly. "I just got back and you unceremoniously asked. Okay. I was curious. I now ask you. Athena is important to you? Do you like her?"
