The truth must unfold!

" This day can't get any worse now.. can it? ", I asked myself in disbelief.

My face started becoming pale with cold sweats and my hands started to tremble like crazy! I felt like I was cornered in but for no certain reason!

However, I would also like to thank the lords for making that clip of me turning into a girl be deleted.

I had completely forgotten about his office having CCTV's personally installed for him.

Ugh.. rich people things.

Maybe a miracle? Anyways, I couldn't ignore his question for long. But I couldn't just swiftly answer,

" OH sir! I have two bodies and I'm currently making double the income, blah blah blah ".

I might be sent to a crazy asylum for that!

Suddenly, an idea flew in me. I took a deep breath in. Thus, replied with a strong tone,

" Sir, I don't know if you were aware but I was sick before this. So I decided to stop by to visit Ryan before starting my night shift. But by the time I reached outside your office, I saw Ryan waving at me to get his attention. I went over and tried to open the door but it didn't work.

Then I decided to use the good old trick, by using a hair pin to get it unlock and it somehow worked!

Once I went in, Ryan said that he was in a hurry and thanked me, in which he soon took off. But he forgot to leave the door open and once he left, the door closed and it locked by itself. So that's why I was the last person there before the maintenance came. As for the clips or footage, I'm not sure.

I am indeed for sure I did not meddle with them. But, I do advice you to check on your door and get it fixed.

My deepest apologies if I caused any trouble towards you sir. "

I bowed down as a sincere and apologetic gesture.

" Please buy it, please buy it. Please just believe it... please please please.... ", I thought to myself.

I stood up straight and took a glance at William.

Surprisingly, William's face looked quite convinced.

" Don't think of me as a prime minister. There's no need to bow down. ", William replied.

" But. Your majesty, it is my duty. ", I continued while showing him a smirk.

" Ha.. you can leave Miss Theo. ", he replied with a cold tone.

" Very well then sir. ".

Once I came out, I dashed straight into the ladies washroom and locked myself in one of the stalls.

As I sat down, I felt like my entire soul was eager to fly out and never come back down. It reminded myself as if I came back out alive from a tiger's den. In which the probability rate of staying alive would be ZERO.

That was stressful! Worse than taking on an insanely drunkard Emily.

But I didn't know how I came up with that kind of excuse. According to myself with past experiences, I used to be known as the person who was terrible at lying.

Well, whatever that was, it saved my life and job!

" C'mon Selena.. you gotta keep your cool and momentum. You can't lose now. Not now! ", I told myself.

I stepped out of the washroom and continued to work until it was 6a.m.

Once my shift was done, I was excited to get back home.

" See you tomorrow ladies! ", I said my farewells to my group as I packed up my stuff.

I had enough torment from both bodies. It was the moment to relax and have some quality time on my own.

I sprinted back to my apartment and went flying straight onto my couch.

" Heck yeah.. this is cozy! Ahh.. ", I said in a joyful tone.

I closed my eyes for two seconds and opened them up again.

" Hold on.. what's the time now? ", I figured.

I sat up and grabbed my phone.

I looked at myself in the camera and saw myself in my guy body.

But something felt off.

Then I suddenly asked myself, " Wait, I don't feel tired at all! Maybe if I'm in my guy body now, my girl side is sleeping or even if it's the other way around, it's still the same but I just don't feel it.

And since it's like that, THAT MEANS I DON'T GET TO SLEEP ON MY SOFT BED UGHHH WHY IS LIFE SO HARD FOR ME.

Let's add that to the list of hell then. New boss, new body, new creepy lady, now not being able to sleep!? CURSE THIS MAN!

Well at least I earn money in the end from all my hardwork.

Money can buy me happiness, I guess. "

But, with an hour or so to kill, I could take my sweet time for a nice, warm and relaxing shower.

Once out, had my go to coffee afterwards. I pulled out my coat from the cabinet and made my way towards the door.

I scrolled through on my phone about any updates on socials and then I left for work.

As I reached my workplace again, by the entrance of the building, I bumped into Emily and Bryan.

Bryan gave me a big hug while I waved and said hi towards Emily.

" You're strangling me Bryan! Jeez... ", I said.

The first thing Bryan asked was quite obvious,

" OH SORRY MAN! BUT DAMN. TELL ME WHAT HAPPENED TO YA BUDDY? HOW DID YOU MANAGE TO BECOME THE CEO'S ASSISTANT ON YOUR FIRST DAY?!? THAT'S JUST MIND-BLOWING!! Did you do some magic trick on him?! Placed him under a spell?!?! "

" Oh Ryan has his specialty.. ", Emily responded with a smirk.

I glared at Emily with my demon like eyes.

But, back to Bryan.

It was quite hard to answer him since I was already in a hurry.. But thankfully, Emily came to my rescue.

She wrapped her arm around his shoulder whilst giving me a wink and said, " Umm Ryan, how about you head inside first to deal with your stuff, I'll tell Bryan what happened."

I showed a huge smile to Emily, and quietly said thanks to her.

I headed on inside to lower ground to get Williams schedule as usual.

Once I came back up, I went towards the lift to get to his office.

Not too long ago, I recalled myself rushing my butts to his office. And if I remembered correctly, I didn't have time to wait for the lift and had to use the damn stairs but at least now, I could finally relax and enjoy the soothing, relaxing, typical lift music.

Once out of the lift, I went inside the office to pass William his schedule.

And yeah, he was in on time. How unfortunate.

I sat by my desk and asked William, " Are you alright now sir? I didn't have time to check on you, and I apologize for that. Do you need me to get you water or something ? And also, my cousin Selena dropped by right? Luckily she stopped by."

He then replied, " It's alright. But, your cousin, Selena.. She seems quite similar. She strangely resembles you a bit.".

I coughed aloud.

" Of course sir! We're relatives after all haha.. ".

That made my heart sank deep. Out of all the people I wanted to discover about my secret, William needed to be the last person to find out.

" Sir. Let's skip that for now! You got a meeting at 2p.m with an important client from Sachure Residents. And the following will be your normal walk through the studios. Any questions?", I continued as I read through his schedule.

I looked back at William, he had just hung up from a phone call. Was he even listening?

" Sir? Do you need me to repeat? ", I asked politely but at the back of my head I wanted to punch him in the face for his rude behaviour.

" Not needed. But, I arranged a dinner tonight. I need you to accompany me to a small event as my assistant. Thus, that is, you're gonna go out and have dinner with me. I don't want any complaints or excuses alright? 7p.m outside the French Restaurant. Dress right for the occasion.".

I nodded in agreement.

I wanted to say something but I couldn't think on what else I wanted to say.

I looked at him, and sighed. I then took a sneak peak at the corner of my eye, in which I saw him smirking while doing his work.

" HE PLANNED THIS! I CAN DAMN WELL BET ON THAT! ", I figured.

After a few hours of working, I went out to meet up with Emily.

Without hesitating any further, I told Emily what William asked me. And of course, as the usual Emily that I and you all there know through heart and soul, she started thinking of all sorts of romantic scenarios that might or will obviously might not happen during the dinner.

I told her that it wasn't going to be just us. That it was a small event and all with other people.

" But he still personally asked you right? ", Emily asked with excitement.

I honestly think I made a bad or terrible decision on telling her about my situation in the first place. Her face became red and she soon continued, " Erm, Ryan? From my point of view, I think he's asking you out on a DATEEEE!! AHHHHHHH WOHOOOOOOO!!!!

Just exclude all the other boring people and just like that, it's a date sweetie."

And not too soon, she started doing her a cringy ass happy dance. Well that made my stomach hurt for five minutes straight.

Anyways, I told her that it was just an ordinary dinner, nothing special.

Besides, I didn't even considered it as a date in the first place. We were both guys obviously.

But Emily started giving her " HMMMM " face.

I then gave her a small slap on her cheek as payback.

" What time does this dinner start anyways? ", she asked.

I stated the time and her eyes grew in an instant.

" WE NEED TO DRESS YOU UP A.S.A.P. TO YOUR PLACE NOW! ", Emily said in a serious tone.

Emily then dragged me all the way back to my place. My feet were killing me actually.

" SHOWER. NOW. ".

I hurriedly took a shower, once I came out, I asked,

" Now what? ".

Emily threw me a suit with pants. Both in red with a black tie.

" Where did you even get these? ", I asked in confusion.

" Less talking. more wearing. Go go! ".

After 20 to 30 minutes of getting ready, with my hair slicked backwards, a new suit and a fresh new cologne sponsored by Emily herself, I was guaranteed ready.

Then Emily said excitedly while patting onto my suit, " Well, I wish you good luck on your " not-a date " with him. Let me know if anything JUICY happens HAHAHAHA. If you need advice before it starts, you know who to message. " I then replied,

" Yeah, if I needed advice from someone, YOU would be the last person I ask HAHAHAHA "

Emily and I walked out and parted ways.

At around 6.50p.m, I met up with William outside the restaurant.

" You look great. ", he said.

That was sweet! He could actually talk nicely for once.

" You don't look so bad for yourself too, sir. ", I replied.

He gave a smirk and continued,

" Shall we? ".

" We shall. ".

I mean, nothing could go wrong. Right?
