We danced until the song had stopped, Jason let me go.
Pérez clapped in a distance.
"That looked like fun, I wish I had a partner so I could do that"
"Why don't you go find one for yourself?"
"I'm too busy for that"
"Then stop wishing, don't you know a wish without working is simply fantasy"
Pérez chuckled and smiled.
"Yes ma'am" then he turned to Jason. " Dinner is ready. Would you like it now or later?"
"Now" Jason closed his files and headed for the dining table.
I followed Pérez, helping him convey the dishes from the kitchen to the dining where we arranged them in a neat and orderly manner.
After we were done, I turned to Jason.
"Then I'll be going now"
Jason lowered his fork from his mouth, looking at me with his piercing green eyes.
"Where do you think you're going, surely you don't think I'm your chauffeur?"
