A year had passed...

"Uncle Aston! Let's play for another round again! Three out of five! No! Six out of ten!

Again! Let's play! I do not accept this defeat!" A little boy shouted to AA with frustration in his voice together with a clench hand and gritted teeth, looking at his opponent with sharp eyes filled with determination to win.

The little boy is wearing gaudy clothes, very much suited for royalty, with hints of gold, full of blue and some whites, he has a black hair, slightly wavy and a bit long, shiny and looks soft to touch.

"Hey, Two rounds is enough today Lelouch, we still have to concentrate on looking after your sister.

In fact, we should play with her, right now." AA said with a slightly stern voice to the little boy, who, apparently, is Lelouch Vi Britannia. "Also just call me Aston or Alister, don't add the uncle. That make's me feel so old. I am still young, you know?"

"Right! I will just call you Godfather then, if you don't like being called 'uncle'." Lelouch said cheekily in spite for not letting him have another round of chess game.

"Sigh... Alright! Stop right there! Just call me uncle then.

Sigh...

I do not want to be called with something that sounds like from a mafia or gangster movie.

Brrr!" AA exclaimed with a slight shudder because he felt that being called Godfather feels so chuuni. "Let's go! Let's play together with your sister!"

'Sigh... Sorry godson, but I am only here for my daughter and not you.

So you better just let me spend all of my time together with my sweet lovely daughter.' AA thought to himself with a bright smile on his face.

"Why are you smiling like that?

You look like those suspicious uncles that gives candy to little kids!

Mom once warned me about those kinds of people!" Lelouch said loudly while looking at AA suspiciously.

"Ermm... Hey! That's rude! I am not like those uncles!

And also how would you know that I look like them when you had not even seen one yourself?

Besides, I am not so cheap.

Like this chess board I gave you, which we are using right now. This chess board is made up of really strong fiber glass which had undergone many complicated process that made it look like fancy gems or crystals.

See? The white pieces is not just transparent but had some whitish coloring and the supposed black pieces is colored dark blue.

While the board is also made of this fiber glass with the coloring being made the same as the pieces, the crystal itself had this color.

In fact, the board is the hardest and most troublesome to make.

It is because of the checkered design and the lines, it made things so hard.

Specially the lines, I added golden dust in them.

Now that I remember, have you actually seen the hidden beauty of this chess board yet?" AA said and explained to Lelouch who gave full attention to him as he did so because Lelouch really did like this chess board very much.

AA did not wait for Lelouch to answer as he cleaned up the chess board so that they could go to Nunnally already.

"Hidden beauty? Does this chess board really have something like that?" Lelouch thought out loud to himself as he immersed himself in his thoughts thinking about what this 'hidden beauty' is.

"Let's go! I will show it to you together with your sister." AA said loudly to have Lelouch's attention as he got dazed from thinking.

After a few seconds of walking...

The two of them already got together with a cute and lovely little girl who is barely a toddler, she had been being taken care of by her nanny.

AA first cooed the cutesy little girl as she is his lovely daughter after all, then started preparing for the surprise he wanted to show the two kids.

"Come Lelouch! Help me close the curtains then we will need to set up the board again on the glass table." AA said to Lelouch as he got into doing what he said.

Lelouch just nodded without question as he followed the instruction with some haste because he is really quite curious about what this hidden Beauty is.

The place they are in right only had one big window that is also a doorway into a veranda.

This place is a big room full of kids friendly furniture and toys, the curtain is in the big window.

Bang!

A loud sound was heard that made Nunnally shocked and disgruntled, she even got teary eyed.

The sound came from the door as it was opened with quite a force by the person who just came in.

The person is Cornelia, she is now about to become a certified teenager, the kind that is full of hot blood and determination to prove herself.

She came together with Marianne, Flora and Eunalia, AA's three ladies, together with them is their kids.

The one that came into the room second to Cornelia is a very energetic toddler.

"I'm fire up! Yaaah!" The said toddler shouted vigorously even though he was not able to say it correctly with a raised clenched hand and billowing pink hair.

This toddler is very unlike Nunnally who is quite and very lovable with a hint of shyness, this little guy is someone who wouldn't be able to stay at the same place steadily.

The one that came after this little guy is a cutesy little girl with a really pink hair, she is humming happily as she trailed her eyes into the people inside the room and finally onto Nunnally before making her way towards her.

She is carrying a pink and cute ball like object with two hand that is quite noisy with it repeatedly saying it's name.

If you can't guess what that object is, then it's Haro alright.

That iconic gundam mascot.

And came after her is her sister which followed behind her closely just in case she tumbles down.

This one is Euphemia, she is now a real toddler that can walk stably and run a bit.

The one who takes care of the little guy from before is Cornelia but as everyone can see, the little guy is let loose by her and just stands nearby just in case.

Euphemia is still the same sweet and kind girl like in canon even when she is still a little toddler right now.

Then came little Maribel and her little sister together while holding hands because, apparently, Maribel is a little over protective of her little sister.

Maribel Mel Britannia is the daughter of Flora who was birthed at the same year as Euphemia, so they are of the same age.

Her little sister is named Julia Mel Britannia and the two of them are both AA's daughter.

In fact, all the children in the room is his kid, of course, except for Cornelia and Lelouch.
