Village of... Dark skinned elves?

In the middle of nowhere, an ashen colored ship sailed through the calm waters as it was propelled by its white sails. At the front of the ship's deck is Dobart, he held a telescope near his right eye as he scouted the horizon. A blonde-haired girl walked beside him as she observed the calm sea. "You see anything?" Asked Anryn. Dobart withdrew his telescope and shook his head. "Nothing as of yet."

Anryn sighed at her teacher's words and headed back inside the captain's quarters. Dobart used his telescope once more as he continued his search. At the corner of his telescope, he spotted the silhouette of a land. Dobart focused on the silhouette and elongated his telescope more as his vision zoomed in closer to the said silhouette. He spotted a single dock located at the land's shore as a cluster of wooden houses were located near it. "Land!" Shouted Dobart.

The ship captain, Miranda, ordered her crew to sail toward the direction of where Dobart pointed at. The ship approached closer toward the shore as the whole crew saw a small dock made of purple wood and houses constructed from the same type of wood.

On top of the dock are three figures wearing what seemed to be black leather armor with curved blades strapped on their waists. The Iron Lady approached ever closer to the dock as its sails were hoisted and the anchor was dropped. The ship stopped beside the dock as a plank of wood was dropped, connecting the ship and the dock.

Miranda went down from the ship with everyone in tow as they greeted the elves. "Greetings, we are here in the orders of King Aeric to exchange goods." Said Miranda.

A tall male elf with purplish-gray skin stepped forward. "You must be the merchants that we were informed about, My name is Thanatos Moonweaver, it is my pleasure to meet you all."

"The pleasure is all ours! Say, do you have a place that we can stay in?" said Miranda.

"We do have lodging for you and your friends but your whole crew… I'm afraid you need to ask our leader." Said Thanatos.

"Ah, is that so? That's fine, my crew is used to living inside our ship anyway but I'm intrigued to meet this leader of yours." Said Miranda.

The elf pondered for a while before he eventually nodded and gestured for them to follow him. The group went deeper into the village as they passed by a group of houses and lamp posts made of wood that had hanging lanterns that glowed in a mystical blue hue.

The group stopped in front of a clearing that had giant stones that circled the are. The stones were glowing in azure color as an elf was located in the middle as she knelt on the ground while motes of light were appearing around her. The motes of light vanished as the elf opened her eyes and stood up to greet the people who arrived. The elf turned to face her guests with a sincere expression as she approached them.

Thanatos bowed at the elf as he spoke. "My lady, I have come to present you our visitors from the kingdom of Aelen." The elf nodded at him and gestured for him to stand.

"Thank you for coming to our land, my name is Cerile Spiritwhisper, Priestess of Seleen. I welcome you to our humble village." Said the elf.

Miranda stepped forward and gave a bow at the priestess as she spoke. "The pleasure is all ours, priestess. We have come here on behalf of our king, we wish to trade goods with your people."

"Your king has already informed us of this, you are free to trade with our kind as long as you do not disturb the peace." Said Cerile.

"Thank you priestess, and before I forget, my name is Miranda Oswell, Captain of the ship dubbed the Iron Lady." Said Miranda.

Dobart stepped forward and did a quick bow as he introduced himself and the two girls. "Pardon me for my rudeness, priestess. I am Dobart Enrobees, a mercenary. I am joined by my… granddaughter and her friend." Donna opened her mouth and was about to speak but a hand suddenly covered it. Anryn stopped her friend for spouting anything unnecessary as she raised a brow toward the words of her teacher.

"Greetings, Mr.Enrobees. I hope our land is to your liking." Said Cerile. Dobart smiled at her words and replied. "Of course my lady, this place speaks wonders, I cannot wait to explore this wondrous village."

Cerile smiled at Dobart as she is glad that the old man took a liking to their home, though she's older than Dobart if we talk about their age… "I am delighted with your praise, Mr.Enrobees. I wish you well within our village. If it isn't much to ask, I do have a favor to ask of you Mr.Enrobees." Said Cerile.

"I am honored to be of service, my lady." Said Dobart. "I would you to please help one of my friends, he's a druid who currently works as our physician, I believe he may need someone of your profession." Said Cerile.

"As you wish, my lady. I will help your friend." Replied Dobart. "That's good to hear! You may find him inside his home near the tower located at the shore." Said Cerile. Dobart nodded at the priestess and returned to the two girls.

"I believe that is all for today? If so, then Thanatos please escort our friends to their home." Said Cerile. Thanatos gave a bow at Cerile and told the group to follow him.
