Chapter 15: Personal Boundaries
True to her words, the young bartender was indeed the last person to clean out her station and start packing. To her own surprise, she didn't feel exhausted nor tired enough to run to her tiny apartment as quickly as possible. She also found herself trying to spend as much time in the restaurant or even somewhere in the park simply to avoid being packed in one of the tiniest spaces she had ever seen.
The woman truly thought that all the myths about New York apartments were lies. Maybe it was the way of the locals to minimize the number of tourists or people who were chasing their dreams and trying to move closer to this city. However, as it turned out, some myths were true.
