GHOST SPIDER VS RHINO

As the chaos unfolded across the street, Gwen and I stared in shock at the massive figure of the Rhino wreaking havoc. It was a surreal sight, and I couldn't believe that we were witnessing a real-life superhero battle right before our eyes.

Gwen turned to me, her eyes wide with concern. "Brian, we need to get to safety. This is dangerous!"

I nodded, "Yeah. Let's find a secure location and assess the situation from there."

We quickly moved away from the immediate danger zone, finding cover behind a sturdy building. From our vantage point, we could still see the Rhino's rampage and the chaos it was causing.

The police were already on the scene, attempting to control the situation and protect civilians. They had formed a perimeter around the area, trying to keep the crowd at a safe distance. However, their conventional weapons seemed ineffective against the Rhino's powerful armor.

"Gwen, are you okay?" I asked, trying to gauge her emotional state amidst the chaos. But she has disappeared from my side.

Ah! I see. She is going to fight that Rhino. Ghost Spider vs Rhino. This is going to be a fun fight to watch. But I hope that Gwen comes out of this fight unharmed.

As the Rhino continued his rampage, destroying nearby cars and buildings with his brute strength, a sudden movement caught my eye. There, on top of a nearby building, was Gwen, dressed in her Ghost Spider costume.

She had transformed into her superhero persona without hesitation, and her determination was evident in the way she moved with agility and precision. With her white and black suit, and the emblem of a spider on her chest, she looked both striking and powerful.

Ghost Spider swung from one building to another, quickly closing the distance between her and the Rhino. Despite the danger, she seemed focused and fearless, ready to take on the villain and protect innocent lives.

She landed gracefully in front of the raging Rhino. She crouched low, her spider-like reflexes at the ready. The air crackled with tension as the two adversaries faced off.

Rhino charged forward with incredible speed, his massive form barreling toward her. But she was no ordinary opponent. With a swift backflip, she evaded his attack, narrowly avoiding the crushing impact.

Using her acrobatic skills, Ghost Spider swiftly moved around the Rhino, her movements fluid and agile. She darted in and out, striking with precision in the gaps of his armor with her webs and avoiding the brute force of her opponent. Her webs shot from her wrist-mounted web shooters, entangling the his arms, momentarily slowing down his relentless assault.

"Give up, machine freak," She yelled while continuously wrapping his armored suit with thick bindings of webbing, "How many times do I have to kick your ass for you to come to your senses?"

"I will crush you under my feet like a small bug," Rhino yelled as he tried to break free of the webbing. Ghost Spider took advantage of the momentary advantage. She leaped onto his back, wrapping more webbing around his neck, attempting to restrict his movements further.

[Wooosh!] With a burst of power, Rhino flew into the sky, tearing apart all the webbings.

Ghost Spider tightly grabbed onto his armor, "Now this is new! You got an upgrade, huh? But..." She grabbed his neck, "I too got an upgrade after our last fight."

With a swift and calculated move, she unleashed her new weapon: the electric web. Strands of electrified webbing shot from her web shooters, enveloping the advance armor. The surge of electricity coursed through the suit, disrupting its systems and rendering it temporarily useless.

As the armor malfunctioned, he lost control and crashed onto the ground with a resounding thud. The impact sent shockwaves through the surrounding area, further damaging nearby structures.

Ghost Spider swiftly landed beside the fallen villain, keeping a cautious distance. She monitored his movements, ensuring that he was incapacitated before taking any further action.

The Rhino struggled to regain his bearings, his bulky form twitching sporadically as the electric shocks continued to affect his suit. Ghost Spider approached him cautiously, ready to intervene if he posed any threat.

"Rhino, it's over. Surrender now," She urged, her voice firm but laced with concern.

He groaned in pain, his voice strained. "You think... you've won? I won't be... stopped..."

With a sudden burst of strength, he attempted to rise, his damaged armor creaking under the strain. Ghost Spider swiftly reacted. Utilizing her super strength, she forcefully opened the armor and pulled out the villain, and threw him on the ground.

The fight was over.

But before the police could take him into their custody, the agents of the Illuminati arrived at the scene.

They secured the armor.

"You have failed twice now. Look at the destruction he caused due to your incompetence," A familiar face! It's Peggy. She looks angry as hell. I think I better stay where I am and let her do her job. Right now, she is yelling at the police.

Then, she turned to Rhino.

"You've caused quite a mess, Rhino," Peggy stated coldly. "Your actions have endangered innocent lives, you will be judged by the council."

Peggy turned her attention to Ghost Spider, acknowledging her presence with a nod. "You did well. Your intervention was timely and effective. We'll take it from here."

"Well, I was in the area, so I thought I would lend a helping hand. Someone is helping him. You see, that armor of his is different and more advance than before," She explains, her voice tinged with a mix of exhaustion and satisfaction.

Peggy nodded, her expression serious. "We've been monitoring the situation closely. There have been reports of an unknown benefactor providing advanced technology to supervillains. We suspect they're manipulating events behind the scenes."

Gwen's eyes narrowed behind her mask. "Any leads on who this benefactor might be?"

Peggy sighed. "Not yet. But we're working on it. We'll need to gather more information and investigate further. We can't let these dangerous technologies fall into the wrong hands."

Ghost Spider nodded, her determination resolute, "I will try to keep an eye out during my stroll."

As she was about to web away. Peggy stopped her, "Hey, have you thought of our proposal of joining the Illuminati?"

"I think I will stick by NY for now and I have found a full-time job, so... Thanks for the offer, but I have to decline," She replied.

Peggy nodded, "Do what you must. But remember, always be careful."

With a final nod, she swung away, disappearing into the night to continue her vigil over the city. Peggy watched her go, a mix of admiration and concern evident in her expression.

As the chaos of the battle subsided, the police worked to secure the area and tend to the injured. The destruction caused by the Rhino's rampage was extensive, and it would take time to repair and rebuild what had been damaged.

The agents of the Illuminati gathered the Rhino's armor, securing it for further analysis. They knew that understanding the source of this advanced technology was crucial in preventing future disasters.

Oh, you must be wondering how I heard their conversation, well, I have no idea. This is the first time. When I focused on their lips, it just happened. I could hear what they are talking about.

"Hey, you alright?" Gwen appeared from behind me.

"Oh, I am glad you are alright!" I hugged her, "Where have you disappeared to? You know how worried I was?"
