Adventurer or Knight?

As I look around, I saw the red-haired boy again. I walked forward to his position and saw that he was holding a wooden sword.

"Hello! My name is Evangeline. What is your name?" I inquired as I observe his face.

"Kid! My name is Adriel Bastian. Remember it. Cause I will be a famous adventurer someday." He replied, and pump his chest confidently.

"My name is not kid! It's Evangeline." I corrected.

"Whatever! I will still call you kid because you are a kid."

Wow, the nerve of him to tease me!

We are not on the same level of intelligence.

As a mature Earthling and future CEO, I will not mind his immaturity. Well, he looks like a tsundere.

Of course, I know what an adventurer is. They are the ones that you can commission if you want rare materials or items by killing monsters.

The job itself has a high fatality rate. First, you must be an apprentice master knight if you want to enter a guild.

Guilds are very essential to this world. They have different kinds of guilds based on what you want to get. It is a very lucrative business.

But my plan is not a guild but an entertainment agency.

"I said don't call me a kid! What is your age this year?" I ask him. He keeps on telling me I'm a kid, but he is also a kid.

"I and Iskender are studying under my father. The both of us will take an exam to enter the Knights Academy." He replied.

"I thought you want to be an adventurer. Why would you enter the Knights Academy?"

"My father would not allow me to be an adventurer if I don't become a knight."

"Is Uncle Aurelius your father?"

"Yes. He's my father. He's a knight under Duke Evernight."

"Not just any knight. He's my father's assistant and an advanced master knight."

I look at him with surprise that he is Uncle Aurelius' son. I know that he is a very powerful knight.

The Knights in this world have 6 classifications. The first stage is called an Apprentice Knight. This stage is where the child is taught the basics of a sword.

After they memorized and enter the Knights Academy, they are promoted to be an Apprentice Master Knight. This stage is where they study under the Academy and learn how to control their sword aura.

After they graduated from the Knights Academy, they were promoted to Master Knight. You cannot be promoted to Master Knight if you cannot control your sword's aura and turn its color to white. The fourth stage is called Advanced Master Knight.

This stage is also called the "7-year curse".

It is called like that because if you cannot change your sword aura's color to gold within 7 years, you will just stay as a Master Knight forever.

The fifth stage is called an Expert Knight. This stage is called the "Bridge to Sainthood." This stage is where Knights can make anything as their sword.

They will not depend on a weapon but anything as long as they touch it with their sword aura. The last stage is where my father, first uncle, and grandpapa are.

This stage is called a Saint Knight. In this stage, a knight can put consciousness on his sword and the sword can start to think.
