Unstable plan..

"Ho ho.. so you can track me huh. Even though I have erased my existence so I can bring this handsome man to the sacrifice room."

They never thought that Kyle was used as a hostage by Shyella.

What's more, Kyle, who had just opened his eyes, couldn't escape her grip because she also held a crystal that could devour energy.

Shyella's conceit of belittling Danny and Edward ends up having her head chopped off.

Edward released fire magic on shyella's body. On the other hand, Danny approached Kyle because he was worried.

"Are you all right, Kyle?"

"I'm fine. Just a little pale." He said while catching his breath.

Hearing this, Danny fell silent because he felt something was wrong with what Kyle was experiencing.

"The important thing is that you can still be safe. You should be relieved."

Even though what he wanted to say was interrupted by Edward, but he felt that he didn't mind about it.

"You're starting to understand the situation, aren't you? But you're right. We better get out of here and find the others. Or whoever is still alive."

Without hesitation, Danny picked Kyle up so he could walk.

Their journey is still not over, because they also have to find out where Fiona is. Even so, Kyle didn't dare to tell the others because he himself had witnessed 2 of Edward's member being killed. To be more precise, he accidentally saw it while he was unconscious.

While they were looking for a way out, creatures of the night suddenly appeared out of nowhere. Even worse, they came in increasing numbers.

Edward and danny tried their best to beat them. While retreating, they surveyed the situation. But no matter how many creatures of the night arrived, sooner or later they would run out of steam.

They fought long enough, and there were already 12 who had fallen. Their numbers keep growing and keep coming. They don't have much time.

However, Edward suddenly stepped forward.

"Edward, what are you doing?"

"I'll take care of them. You take Kyle away from here."

They were surprised by what Edward said.

"Don't be so reckless, Edward. We can get out of this palace together."

He didn't think Kyle could say that. Even though when he met before, he could only stay silent.

He walked over to Kyle and patted his head.

"You're a good man. Thanks for worrying about me. But I'm going to fight them so you and Danny can get out and find Fiona as well. That's why, let me do it. I consider this to be my last mission, as an adventurer... as well as a former royal knight."

He handed his sword to Kyle, and turned around.

Even though he didn't want to, he was forced to accept the sword.

Feeling unbearable, Danny threw his sword at Edward. Without saying anything. Even so, Edward understood and immediately started attacking the creatures of the night. Meanwhile, Danny pulled Kyle away.

They both didn't know that what Edward was after was a magic seal hidden somewhere not far from him.
