Getting rid of it

It"s was a gruesome morning, dark and ugly, to her that was what she felt and how the morning was to her though the sound was up in the sky, her gaze outside the window, she was in Lucas office. That morning with her hands folded, she hadn"t made to threatened the man Barbra asked to watched her with a gun, she had no option he was proving stubborn, she had to do it.

That was when he had to give way for her. She ran out as fast as she can, Barbra was already out, working her shift, which was her originally hers. At carols.

He must have placed a call through her now, telling her, she just left the house. And she had threatened her.

"You seems to be bothered.." Lucas voice raised out from behind her ears. She flinch a little, she was completely out of it. Turning her head backwards she saw his face, staring down at her with a cocky smile.

She spun around, staring at him back in the eye.

"You shouldn"t be bothered about getting rid of it. You won"t feel the slightest pain, just an injection and it"s all gone. Though you might feel the pains later on."

"Let"s just get over with it."

"Today is Kenzo"s wedding isn"t?"

"Ain"t you going?"

"I wasn"t invited. And I should stick to my business and beside here you are, kenzo"s woman. We seems to have a connection you know. Kenzo and I, we"re always meeting, incidentally."

"I"m not his woman."

"He did made it clear that night."

Elina rolled her eyes.

"Go into the room, over there, just slide the curtains. Strip and lay down. I"ll be there in a second."

"Do I"ve to strip just to get an injection?"

"Do whatever you"re told. Strip and lay on the bed over there. Simple! Stripping shouldn"t be a new thing for you since you lived with Kenzo."

Elina eyed her, she knew what he was thinking, he was gonna use this as an opportunity to see her naked.

"Go in. You"re wasting time Elina. We should get this done very quickly, don"t you agree."

Elina nods and walked away from his side. Into the room right in front of them.

Stripping herself naked, she lay face down on the bed. Waiting for him to get this done.

Was she doing the right thing?

She was right?

She wasn"t sure anymore, few hours ago she was but now she wasn"t so sure. He hands went down to her stomach and touched them.

"Having you wasn"t a mistake was it?"

She puffed out. Laying her head back on the bed.

The wedding should have began now, perhaps the bride would have been coming, walking down the aisle with her father. Smiling, her long white dress sweeping the floor as she walks. Looking so beautiful, and the groom couldn"t take his eyes of his beautiful bride. Everyone is staring at the bride.

"Snap out of it Elina!" She scolded herself.

There wasn"t a thing like that happening, there was no bride in a white dress.

"You seems so occupied in your thoughts. You keep spacing out now and then." Lucas said, standing by her side with the injection.

"Can you be fast with it. Do it already."

"That"s what I was gonna do." She looked away from him. So his eyes were lingering on her body.

Jerk!

He was right, when he said she would hardly feel a pain. Within a blink of an eye. He had empty the liquid in her body.

"It"s all done."

Sighing again, with her head over her shoulders as she stare down at her butts.

"You can leave now." That was the only thing he said before he walked out of the room.

"What do you mean, she left!"

"She left, she threatens to kill me with a gun, I couldn"t withstand that."

"Where did she go?"

"You didn"t expect me to know that."

She groaned into the phone.

Elina, that girl!

She clutched her fist tightly to herself. And hanged up on the phone, there was someone she had to call, she pressed the buttons, dialing his phone number.

He wasn"t picking. She called the hospital line.

"Hello, how can I help you?"

"Can you put a call through doctor Lucas?"

"He"s busy at the moment, you should call back in an hour or two."

"Dang it!"

Hour was too long.

"Did any with the name Elina get into the hospital today."

"I"m sorry I can"t disclose that to you."

"Please its really important, I want to know if she"s really there, it"s about life and death."

"I"m sorry I can"t do that." She hanged up on the phone before Barbra could say the next word.

Argh!

She couldn"t be more irritated.

If this is what she"s thinking, Elina has gone for an abortion, there was only one person who could stop her. She pulled off her apron. Dropping them at the counter as she hurried towards Carol"s office. She barge in, without knocking. Earning a hard look from Carol, whose eyes was fixed on her computers.

"I need to leave now, pls give me a day off."

Carol looked at her. Up, down.

"Ain"t you both tired of playing with carols, you"re gonna leave now, whose gonna stay on the counter."

"You can, pls."

"Barbra!" She yelled.

"it"s life and death. It"s urgent I need to go. I"ll explain everything after it"s all settled." She ran out of the office. With the words hanging in Carol"s throat.

"You"ll pay for this!" She said it nonetheless, though she was already gone.

"B*tches!"

"Where to ma"am."

"Kenzo"s mansion."

The driver nodded and began driving. Barbra leaned her head on the back of the chair. Taking a deep breath. She wasn"t supposed to go back there, they could kill her, she was risking her life for this. She was forbidden to ever be seen around here.

How long it has been since she was out of here. The drive took quite a long time and she keep glancing at her phone, staring at the time she had been on the road.

"Drive faster please."

"Yes ma"am."

She fiddled with her nails, as they were getting closer to the Kenzo"s mansion. The car stopped.

"Why did you stop?"

He throw his head over his shoulders to reply her.

"It"s Kenzo"s mansion. I can"t go closer than this."

"Even you too?" Barbra asked, stepping out of the car.

Standing in front of the gate of the mansion, awful memories clouds her, weakened her knees. And then she heard a sound, someone cocked the gun. She went down on her knees immediately.

"Please, I need to speak with the master." She said, bringing her head down on her feet.

"Barbra?" Aziel voice came up, she lift her head. Gratefully he was the one she had saw, he was already dressed up in a black suit. Seems like they were leaving for the wedding.

"Why are you here? Get on your feet."

Barbra stood up.

"I need to speak with Kenzo. Please. Take me to him."

"What"s wrong?"

He asked, staring at worried face.

"Come with me."

"We can"t let her in, Aziel. We were asked to shoot her when ever she came here!" Barbra stare at the dark eyes of the man, he was probably the one who had cocked the gun.

"You"ll have to pardon her."

"The master will never go back on his words." He argued.

Aziel sighed. And ruffled his hair. He saw Kenzo coming their way.

"Isn"t the car ready yet, Aziel?" He halted on his feet and saw them standing by the gate.

His gaze hardened. Taking two large steps towards them.

"What"s is she doing here? What"s wrong with you Aziel? I told I gave orders!" He flared up. Despite his annoying look, he was damn handsome, and she couldn"t help but stare at him like some kind of god with the way he was glowing.

"Aziel!" He yelled his name.

"She had...."

"Elina is pregnant and she"s gonna kill the baby." Barbra announced.

"What?"

They both asked, staring at her with a stunned look.
