When Jiro got off the taxi that he hailed, she talked to the taxi driver to drive her to a different address. The house she told Jiro, she was staying in was a different one she was heading to now. She wasn't a bit guilty that she had to lie to Jiro of Haru's home address because it's for his own good.
She's going home to the main house of the Inagawas. That's something she can't simply tell Jiro. She wasn't told that she couldn't share that information, it's just that Laurie doesn't want Jiro to know what the nature of Haru's husband's business is.
She thought it would be best for everybody not to know a lot of things about the other person. It's easier to interact if you don't have an idea who you were dealing with.
