Breaking The Code

After messing around in bed for quite some time, they went back to Jiro's apartment at the break of dawn. Jiro left Laurie in the living room to change the beddings of his bed for her to sleep but when he returned, she was already in the recording studio—almost naked.
He swallowed his saliva that suddenly pooled around his throat for Laurie was only wearing her underwear and her t-shirt—basing from the couch where she threw her jeans and her brassiere.
Since she looked totally focused on painting and he didn't want to disturb her, he decided to bring his laptop to the recording studio as well and work from there.
And that's how they work for the rest of the week. They would play around the house and on the bed. Jiro cooked well and Laurie enjoyed eating whatever was put in front of her.
They are both night owls and agreed on most things, thus, their cohabitation worked without any problem.
