"Let's get over with this" he gave a light squeeze to my hand before we entered the living room. All of their heads snapped up and Ryan's hand turned colder as if he wasn't ice before.

"Hey, Mr Brown!" Jessica was the first one to greet and I was thankful that out of all the other idiots she actually spoke something to make him feel relieved. I could feel the tension leaving his muscles. He cleared his throat.

"Hello, Ms Dean." His voice wasn't most confident but I was happy he tried. I dragged him to where Eva was sitting and ignored the way Jacob, Anna and Isaac were staring at Ryan because they had no clue till now that I was dating our literature teacher. Mateo had told them before the party but they thought he was pulling a prank on them.

"This is my sister, Eva. Eva, this my boyfriend, Ryan." I introduced them and I knew he was nervous about meeting her, after what she did when she found out that millionaire, Ryan Brown, was my boyfriend.
