Chapter 4

The next day...

"Jays? Jay nandyan kaba?" Someone knocking.

"Sino yan??" Jayson asked opening the door.

"Oh Mamang what are you doing here po?" Jayson asked Mamang.

"Kumain kana ba? Halika na nag handa ako ng pagkain." Mamang said.

"Sasusunod nalang po Mamang, may pupuntahan pa po kasi ako." Jayson said getting ready.

"Ganun ba, ingat ka sa daanan, kumain ka sa pupuntahan maliwanag?" Mamang said strictly.

"Opo Mamang." Jayson saluting.

"I'm gonna go na po Mamang! Malalate na po kasi ako." Jayson added.

"Oh sige, ingat." Mamang said.

Mamang gets back into her house. Bingo who is expecting Jayson, ask Mamang where is Jayson.

"Oh Mamang san po si Jayson?" Bingo asked.

"Umalis, mukhang nag mamadali." Mamang answered.

"Umalis? San naman po yun pupunta??" Bingo confused.

"Hindi ko natanong." Mamang sighted.

"imessage ko ba Mamang?" Bingo asked Mamang.

"Hindi na baka maabala pa natin." Mamang said.

"Okay po Mamang." Looking at the clock Bingo said. "Naku malalate na pala ako, mauuna na po ako Mamang!" Bingo added.

"Oh sige ingat apo." Mamang said

"Ang bilis ng panahon." Mamang said, sadly looking at the door.

"Mamang?" Ling asked.

"Ay Ling gising ka na pala! Halika kain na tayo." Mamang said to Ling.

"Kayo po ba si mr. Jayson Jin?" Someone asked.

"Yes i am. Who is asking?" Jayson coldly said.

"Hi sir good morning! I'm Nicole po, ako po assistant nyo while you are here." Nicole said.

"Nice to meet you Nicole. Call all all of your co-workers please." Jayson commanded.

"Yes sir!" Nicole excited.

'What a weird girl.' Jayson thought.

10 minutes later...

While Jayson is reading the reports and statistics of the company, someone knocked.

"Come in!" Jayson said.

"Well mother i didn't expect to see you here right now, you miss me na kagad?" Jayson joking his mother.

"Of course i miss you! How are you? Are they treating you good? How is Nicole? Do you like her?" Angela asked concerned for her son.

"Wow calm down mom, I'm fine they are treating me fine here, and Nicole is... A weird girl but she is fine. How did you know her??" Jayson said.

"Of course i know her, she is yaya's daughter and i pick her myself!" Angela said.

"Yaya have a daughter?!" Jayson incredulous.

"Yaya didn't tell you? I can't say I'm not suprise, you are quiet a play boy son." Angela lauging.

"Funny mom." Jayson glaring at his mother.

Someone knocked. "Sir Jayson? Ready na po sila para sayo." Nicole said. "Oh hi ma'am Angela!" Nicole added surprised.

"Hello Nicole." Angela said back.

"Alright I'm gonna go out in a second, you may join your co-workers." Jayson said.

"Okay sir!" Nicole leaving after saluting.

"Too strict aren't you my son?" Angela said.

"It's needed mom and not to be rude why are you here? Aren't you busy?" Jayson asked.

"Well my schedule got cancelled so i thought why not visit you?" Angela answered.

"So when are you gonna leave?" Jayson asked.

"You want me to leave agad?!" Angela fake gasping.

"Yes." Jayson said coldly.

"My son is cold." Angela faking her tears.

"Whatever mom, let's go out na they are waiting for me." Jayson smiling.

'This ain't so bad.' Jayson thought.

They got out of the room and Jayson saw 40-50 people on a uniform.

"Good morning sir!" The people said.

"Hello everyone I'm Jayson Jin! As you can see I'm gonna manage you GUYS for the whole 5 months. So i have five rules. 1. Don't just throw all the items in here, i saw the report that there are too many items that got brought back because it's destroyed or defective." Making notes about the workers that looked guilty.

"2. Be consistent! If you want the company to grow be consistent! Because if the company grows meaning your salary will grow too!" Jayson strictly.

"3. Always look representable, follow the dresscode." Jayson looking at the guys who is not in a uniform.

"4. Always follow the protocols and report to me if something happens." Jayson said.

"5. Enjoy your work every day and always be good to your co-workers understood?!" Jayson said smiling

"Yes sir!" The workers said.

"I maybe strict sometimes but if i do something wrong please tell me, don't be scared to me." Jayson said warmingly.

"That is all everyone! You may do your job now, have a great day everyone!" Jayson said warmingly.

"Kala ko magiging terror siya." Co-worker 1 whispered to co-worker 2

"Ako rin eh pero mukhang mabait naman si sir, gwapo pa!" Co-worker 2 said to co-worker 1.

"How is it mom? Is it good?" Jayson asked.

"It's great! But still not great as me." Angela said.

"Yeah sure." Jayson said sarcastically.

"Are you telling me I'm not great Jay?!" Angela fake gasp.

"Whatever I'm gonna go na. You do your best here okay?" Angela said.

"Yes mom ingat, i love you." Jayson said warmingly.

"I love you to." Angela said back.

After Angela left, Jayson get back in reading all of the reports and think what he should do to make the company grow.

While Jayson is thinking to stay at his office for a while. Someone message him.

Marcus: Ahya can you sundo me here at school?

Jayson: Why?

Marcus: I want to buy something!

Jayson: I'm busy right now Didi.

Marcus: ohh okay.

Jayson: Babawi si Ahya sayo tomorrow if I'm not busy.

Marcus: Okay Ahya, stay safe!

Jayson feels bad that he didn't have time for his brother today. So he promised to himself that he is going to have time for his brother tomorrow.

6 hours later(11 PM)...

"Oh Jay bat ngayon kalang nakauwi?" Bingo asked.

"Naging busy lang." Jayson said tiredly.

"Mukhang pagod na pagod ka ah." Bingo said seeing his friend tired.

"Yeah anyways bro i gotta go i want to sleep, may trabaho pa ko bukas." Jayson said.

"Ano ba yang trabaho mo tol?" Bingo asked curiously.

"Managing the delivery company." Jayson said too tired to think what he is going to said.

"Delivery company?! Yung isa dun sa kanto?!" Bingo asked shocked.

"Yeah." Jayson said falling on Bingo.

Bingo catched his friend. 'Managing?' Bingo thought. Bingo brought Jayson into his apartment still thinking what Jayson said. When Bingo get back into his house he saw Ling.

"What happened? I saw Jayson passed out." Ling asked concerned.

"Ayun? Wala yun pagod lang yun." Bingo looking at a empty space thinking about something.

"Hey Bingo okay kalang?" Trying to get Bingo's attention.

"Oo may iniisip lang!" Bingo said.

"Okay, whatever you say. Anyway I'm going to sleep na." Ling said.

"Goodnight." Bingo said warmingly to Bingo.

"Goodnight." Ling said back.

The next day...

Jayson woked up because of the sound of his alarm." Urgh." Jayson groaning. Jayson got up and got ready for the day. And he heard someone calling him outside.

"Jay? Jay??" Papi calling Jay.

"Bakit po Papi??" Jayson asked still not fully awaked.

"Halika na pinapatawag ka ni Mamang kain na daw." Papi said.

"Okay po Papi sunod po ako." Jayson said.

"Oh sige hintayin ka namin dun." Papi said.

Jayson wash his face and left his apartment to go into Bingo's house.

"Good morning!!" Jayson shouting.

"Good Morning!" Mamang and Bingo said back.

"Ano ulam natin ngayon??" Jayson asked.

"Favorite mo." Mamang said.

"Ayun swerte!" Jayson said.

Ling is looking at Jayson fully sure that she knows Jayson.

While Ling is thinking. Snopp get inside the house. "Uy ano yun ang bango ah."

"Bakit ba hindi sinasarado yang pinto nakapasok nanaman!" Papi said jokingly.

"Grabe ka naman Papi paminsan minsan lang po ako pumupunta dito." Snopp jokingly answered too.

"Paminsan minsan sa hapon kamo." Papi said laughing.

"Tumigil na nga kayo! Ikaw Snoop umupo kana kumain ka na rin." Mamang said.

"Ayun thank you Mamang!" Snoop said after greeting Bingo and Jayson.

Few minutes later(8AM)...

While Jayson is getting ready to go to his work. Someone knocked at his door.

"Jayson?" Ling asked.

"What can i do for miss?" Jayson said.

"I have a question for you." Ling said.

"And what is that?" Jayson said.

"Are you Jayson Jin?" Ling asked.

"Yup." Jayson confirm

'No need to deny it it looks like she truly know me.' Jayson thought.

"I know it! What are you doing here? Your family is one of the richest in the world and your staying in this apartment?" Ling asked.

"Answer my question first and i answer your questions." Jayson said.

"Alright. What is your question?" Ling asked.

"Who are you? And how did you know my name?" Jayson asked.

"I'm Caroline Tiu-" Ling got interrupt by Jayson?

"Tiu?! As in Wilson Tiu?!" Jayson saying it for the second time.

"Yes, and for your second question i know you because I'm fairly sure that i saw you in a picture with your family." Ling said.

"Wait, wait. Is your sister Irene Tiu?" Jayson asked incredulous.

"Yes, how did you know my sister's name?" Ling said.

"Oh i met her once or twice." Jayson not really wanting to tell a story.

"Impossible because if she met you once or twice, she is putting it in everyone's face that she knows you." Ling said.

"If she knows my name. I didn't tell her my name." Jayson said looking at the time.

"Oh shit i gotta go goodbye!" Jayson said.

"Wait you didn't answer my Questions!" Ling shouted but Jayson is not stopping.
