<p>it was a cold evening, I decided to go for a walk not knowing it'd change my whole life forever.<br/>well, my name is Britney amber, but my friends call me bri, I'm 15 and I'm a scholar. before I continue, a quick reminder y'all, never trust people. <br/>it was a cold Wednesday evening, I decided to go out, you know; feel the weather, I rode on my old bike down the street, with my headphones on, what a wonderful moment. "let's get to work"mom said; relax ma; I'm here for you okay, I said and left to attend to the customers. <br/>I'm so tired mom, I said letting out a quick sigh. pack up let's go home mom replied.<br/>on Friday, the normal cycle repeated, "school, Emily, mom". on Saturday morning at exactly 9:30am, I got a text.<br/>"Hi, it's Tyler, hopefully you remember me". I jumped off the bed and ran to the bathroom to wash my face just to be sure I saw the text correctly. "why aren't you replying?" Tyler texted again. "ohh hey there, I replied to his text, I wanted to be sure the text was from you so I had to wash my eyes and read it again" hahaha Tyler sent a laughing emoji. "well, I went to my grandma's to get something so I've been busy, but I'm free now" Tyler replied. "ohh that's nice of you" I said. "I was thinking if we could hang out today and have lunch together, get to know you better and... you know" Tyler said. "yeah yeah sure I can, I mean I will hang out with you of course, I wasn't doing anything before you texted anyway" I said in the voice note I sent to him. "your voice Is so wonderful" Tyler texted, it sounds exactly like my mom's over the phone he texted again. ohh really? I replied, "I'd love to meet your mom soon"I texted again" I'd tell her about you now so we'd have dinner together sometime okay" Tyler said. "ohh I'd send you the address where we'd meet, just hit me up once you're all dressed, I got to go, I need to look nice for my date" Tyler said. "wait... it is a date?" I replied; of course dummy, Tyler said adding a laughing emoji at the end. my face was already turning red. I know you'd say what kinda girl is she, but I believe in love at first sight, so I think this is love at first sight.<br/>I got off the call with Tyler and jumped so hard that I fell to the ground. ouch; I said and laughed. ohh my God wait till Emiliy hears this, I quickly called Emily; hey bestie, guess what just happened I said with with so much excitement. you know I'm not good at guessing; Emily said, well, Mr handsome just texted and asked me to go on a lunch date with him. I hugged her and said what would I do without you by my side Emily laughed and said nothing, you can't do nothing without me, we both laughed and I texted Tyler and he said I should send my home address to him he'd come pick me up. Emily got a call from her mom and she said "ohh my God, I'd be there shortly" I asked what happened, she said grandma's condition got worse, I panicked and asked if I could come with her but she said; girl you've been dying for this day to come;so go; have fun too. I'd love to meet Mr handsome, but some other time Emily said to me then, pecked my cheek and hurried off downstairs. I hurried downstairs too, I told mom that I was going out with someone and she said, don't get into any trouble okay, I said okay ma. ding dong the doorbell rang again, I smiled as I rushed to get the door.
