CHANGE OF LORDS

It was still leaf green, but had a neon green live perimeter which looked like moving light currents.

I looked at her then she said I should click it and I did. It displayed all my information, but there were a couple of extra features, one of them, that she told me to click, was the dictionary.

She said I should mention the phrase anti human and I did. Then a woman's voice came from the screen, it said,"Anti human is the term given to a human being made of pure anti matter who actually possesses a brightness. Not much is known about them, apart from the fact they can easily change normal matter..."

' They can't be made out of anti matter, otherwise I wouldn't have been able to sense her...and she would have been annihilated the moment she was born, but why does everyone believe this lie? ' I wondered to myself.

I excused myself and went back to the infirmary and the man almost got a heart attack when he saw me coming back.

I dismissed the healers and sat on the bed, beside him then asked,"My level has dramatically increased, do you know why?"

He didn't speak then I raised my hand with my fingers parted and a rotating sphere of blue electricity floated between my fingers, with arcs jumping from my fingers to it.

He jumped then I strengthened my other arm and held him down then said,"You are not going anywhere, now tell me what I need to know."

I could sense an impure aqueous solution pouring from his body onto the bed.

I half closed my eyes then said,"Smooth."

He chuckled nervously then said,"It's because the water you blasted touched the anti water she blasted. It made a burst of gamma radiation of the exact wavelength as the one which originally mutated you, so it strengthened your light."

That explained why the water she blasted actually looked orange to my water vision, but I thought lightly of it.

A man bowed down before a room filled with black humanoid figures with colourful glows in their eyes then said,"Boss, I'm sorry but the target wasn't retrieved and the agent has been caught."

A booming sound came from all around the room and sounded like several different voices mixed together, both of men and women, it said,"Do you think I don't know that?! We need that boy and if you fail one more time, I will give you a fate worse than death."

The man, who was covering his ears because of the noise, looked at them, surprised then said,"Yes master."

Then he left.

At that moment, a person walked in and the voice sounded again,"Who dares enter my presence uninvited?!"

The person said,"The father of the boy you're looking for."

There was silence for a few seconds till the voice sounded again,"And what do you want?"

"You to leave him alone."

Andrew's hair started to stand up while static charges started to build up in the air then a huge bolt of lightning blasted to the ground, immediately melting it.

It started moving towards him and he smirked...

I pulled back from the kiss, feeling amazing as usual and Anneliese smiled at me.

I placed her head on my chest and gently brushed her hair as she listened to my excited heartbeat.

Just then, a powerful wave crashed on the cliff, sending a mist all the way to the top.

I then said,"Anneliese, guess what."

"What?"She asked with her eyes closed.

"I'm on level 7."I said.

She straightened herself and looked at me in the eyes. I expected to see joy, but rather, saw guilt and fear.

I said,"Don't worry, I won't ever hurt you."

She shook her head and said,"No, it's not that, it's that you are in great danger and have to stop powering up if you want to avoid it."

I chuckled and said,"What are you talking about? I'm not scared of anything."

She said, tears welling up in her eyes this time,"You have to be scared of this, please, listen to me."

I looked at her, confused then understood,"So that's it."

"What?"She asked.

"You're jealous! Just like Jason, just like my dad! Why is everyone around me so cruel?!"

"What? No! In fact, none of them is jealous of you, only supporting you."

I got angry at her.

How could she do this to me?!

A huge wave crashed on the cliff and broke the rock foundations and it started to crumble.

Anneliese said,"Felix, please calm down."

"No I won't! I'm not going to let people like you boss me around anymore!"

"People like me? What's that supposed to mean?"She asked.

"Back stabbers! Traitors!"

The cliff totally crumbled into the waves which were grinding the rock and sand like steel.

She caught my arm and struggled to keep me from falling and said with tears pouring down her cheeks,"You have no idea what sacrifice I'm making right now."

I yelled,"Then why don't you just sacrifice me?! And end all your troubles."

"Why are you being so stubborn? We are only trying to help you."

"Well I don't need your help! Let me go!"

"No! I'm never letting you go!"

My eyes were burning blue like electric flames by now, brighter than they had ever shone.

I yelled,"Let me go!"

Then I removed my hand and fell.

She yelled my name then I swooped over her, making her lose concentration.

The only reason the land she was on wasn't collapsing was that she was tiring herself keeping it together, but then it started to crumble and she fell.

She screamed as loudly as she could and I heard her, then my heart changed from rage, to fear.

Anneliese screamed as she fell with the rocks and soil below her, being crushed by the waves, when a tube of water flew down the wall and came over her hand then froze into relatively warm ice.

It started pulling her up then when she got to the top, she saw me walking away.

She called me but I didn't turn back.

She ran to me and held my hand but I turned suddenly to her and when she saw my eyes, she got scared and let me go then I left.

She burst into fresh tears.

I had to let off steam after what Anneliese did to me.

I took out all my anger during practice.

I was practicing weather control now and didn't answer any of her calls, till one day, news went out that she left the school.

I wondered how that was possible, but still, good riddance.

But I couldn't help missing her, so I decided to move on. To give the other girl a chance.
