Treat me like a friend
Aryen's clear voice turned the maid back to her senses and realized she's disrespectfully staring at Aryen's alluring face in amazement.
Panic began to surface on her pretty face. She kneeled down on the floor while her body is shaking in fear. With a trembling voice the maid speaks. "Please forgive my disrespectful actions. Please don't kill me."
Aryen: "!!!" Kill?!
Aryen was stunned after hearing the maid pleading with mercy to live. It only made her wonder with fear on how ruthless Lee Shira can be for the maid to feel so frightened.
She tried to calm her trembling heart to calmly speak with a smile on her lips. "Why would I kill you? It seems we are the same age, just treat me like a friend."
Her clear kind voice stunned the maid. She subconsciously raised her head to look at Aryen's beautiful and kind faces. But in her thoughts. 'How did the first master gets such a kind person?'
"Get up, don't be too afraid. It's not like I will eat you alive." Aryen said with a chuckle. "What's your name? Can you be my personal assistant?"
Maid: "..." Personal assistant?
With wide eyes in disbelief of what Aryen says, the maid remained kneeling on the floor when she speaks. "My name is Weiwei, I.. I'm happy to serve you, Mrs. Lee."
Aryen chuckled. "I told you to call me Aryen, calling me Mrs Lee sound like I'm too old. Get up." She gets out of the bed and helped Weiwei to stand. "Just treat me like a friend."
Weiwei finally smiled and nodded in response. She opened up the tray for Aryen to start eating, but she remained standing next to the bed.
Scrutinizing Aryen's face, Weiwei can't help but to look at her with astonishment. Although she has beautiful women, Aryen's face is incomparable.
At the same time, Weiwei believes that despite how Lee Shira hated to be touched by anyone, Aryen's appearance might be the reason that took his attention.
What made her more surprised was for Lee Shira to suddenly get married and bring a woman on his house, but carrying her when they arrived was something unbelievable.
However, Weiwei's heart suddenly felt worried for Aryen to be Lee Shira's wife. Knowing her Master's temper made we frightened for Aryen.
"Don't stand there, go get a chair." Aryen said when she noticed Weiwei remained watching while she eats that makes her uncomfortable.
Nevertheless, Aryen can't help but to ask. "Why would you think I'll kill you? Does Lee Shira kill anyone once you look straight to him?"
Deep in her heart, Aryen feel more frightened while thinking what Lee Shira would do to her once she made a mistake or she did something he doesn't like.
With hesitation, Weiwei answered. "Not.. Not really, but you should be aware of the first Master's temper." She finally said after taking a deep breath.
"I don't know much about him aside from what people say and I just met him today, but he suddenly grabs me as her wife!" Aryen claimed with a gloomy face.
Weiwei: "..." They just met?!
Weiwei was stupefied after discovering the truth between Aryen and Lee Shira. Her eyes widened while she opened her mouth to speak but there were no words came out from her throat.
"He may be handsome and rich, but I don't want to be with a monster. Its just that I have no choice when he brought me directly to the civil registry." Arwen said with a complaining voice.
With Aryen's complains, Weiwei finally smiled. "I can't blame the first master. Your beautiful like no other. Any man who will see you will surely try to take you away."
Aryen: "..." Ugh compliment?
Aryen doesn't know if she'll laugh or cry that her new appearance will make her life more complicated than being a simple girl like she used to.
"Well, it's too unfortunate for me to end up as his wife without giving me a chance to reject." Aryen jokingly said while she keeps on eating, but Weiwei only smiled.
Out of nowhere, Aryen curiously asked. "Does Lee Shira ever have a woman? I thought he was a gay when people said that he hated women. Or.. Is he?"
