Chapter 4 Family Dinner

I sat for a while before slowly picking up the document and opening   it, what I saw surprised and also shocked me to the bone.

   Lauren's Pov

  I was still feeling angry from not getting the chance to humiliate and destroy Eddie.

How did she even know that man? She remembered clearly telling that person to send her William's room.

  Lauren hurriedly searched for her phone and dialed a number. "Which room did you take the girl I gave to you last night".

  The person at the other end said. "Room 806, isn't that where you said to take her to".

  Laura immediately turned pale. "I said room 608, you moron". She angrily cut off the phone.

The person looked at his phone then shrugged and focused his attention on the beauties in front of him.

  Laura was still fuming with anger. "I've messed up. The plan is ruined". Eddie was supposed to be taken to William's room so Eddie career would end.

  Meanwhile in a certain room Eddie was seen sitting with a very serious expression trying to make up her mind while waiting for the last ten minutes of the deadline to pass.

  Soon the door opened and Stuart walked in. "What's your decision?".

I took a deep breath. "I agree".

  Stuart looked surprised probably thinking of why I agreed so quickly.

"But on one condition". I said observing his facial expressions but he revealed no other emotions.

  "You're not to restrict my movement, this relationship is only for mutual benefit and it is not to be made public. Do you agree or not, if not consider this deal impossible".

  Stuart stared at her intently. Eddie was already feeling uncomfortable from being stared at. "Don't look at me like that. I don't have the answers on my face, do I?".

"I agree". Stuart said abruptly.

"Excuse me".

"I said I agree". He repeated.

"Oh, okay". Just as Eddie stood up to go out Stuart stopped her.

  "I'll take you to the company". Stuart said.

"Do you know where it is?". I asked with a hint of doubt.

"Yes".

"How? Did you investigate me". Eddie asked with sarcasm evident in her voice. "Seems like a certain someone is really prepared".

Stuart kept silent like a mute and went out, Eddie quickly followed afraid if she went out those reporters may harass her or maybe they'd choose to harass her at the company.

"I'll come pick you up for the family dinner at 7pm".
