Heart’s Truth

The winner past next to Erick without even looking at him, reaching the young boy Terrence to kneel in front of him and ask for the hand of the cursed Omega in front of everyone present.

"Young master Terrence, I Daemon Arley ask for the opportunity to win not only your hand but also your heart... I wish I could be your life mate if you accept me..."

There was a great silence that was quite uncomfortable for many of them, those present looked at Daemon in astonishment, even Blausen was surprised at his rival's actions since no one, and really no ONE thought that his proposal was for Terrence.

While everyone was trying to get out of the shock Terrence was in a real emotional mess, he didn't know what was happening or what to do, Blausen had lost the fight that was clear to him since Daemon approached him and ask that but... why was he, the winner proposing to him?

The omega's face turned on in a strong red color, his heart accelerated like never before in his life and for a moment he heard a howl inside him...

He had never turned into a wolf before because firstly nobody took the time to explain and teach him how to do it, and secondly because he was practically abandoned by his family so he didn't know it was even possible.

Terrence didn't know what to respond to the unexpected proposal, he wanted to run away from that place but he felt it would be very impolite, although he wanted to tell him that he couldn't accept it, a lump formed in his throat and didn't allow him to speak.

Terrence breathe slowly and was about to refuse him kindly because he wouldn't like to be cruel to the second person who had helped him that night and more because he can feel the sincere interest in him, he opened his lips a little when he felt his bones begin to creak, the pain in his skin stopped any word from leaving his mouth and an overwhelming heat made him release a slight vapor from his body.

Something deep inside him was beginning to react to the strong peppermint aroma that the alpha was releasing, Daemon was a dominant Alpha but Terrence was just an ordinary Omega or that's what everyone thought, of course, Daemon's scent would drive anyone crazy with that amount of pheromones in the air.

Without understanding what was happening to him, Terrence fell in front of his opponent with his knees on the ground, writhing with that inexplicable pain that ran through every inch of his body.

The omega began to change his body with the curious eyes of all those present on him, Terrence soon transformed into a wolf quite large to the average of what a normal omega had although he was a little smaller than Daemon and Blausen.

His fur was as black as night, something even rarer to see nowadays, as it was his first transformation in his entire life he couldn't stay conscious, his mind was blocked allowing his wolf to take full control over his body.

The formidable black wolf in front of Daemon, despite his lack of sight, kept his face in front of him as if he could observe him, without thinking, he brought his nose close to the other's face to sniff him as a sign of acceptance or recognition.

Daemon feel the urge to bite him but he remained static, he didn't understand why, but his desire to have him as his partner had intensified, even more, he felt weak before his gaze, his touch, and his actions.

Taking advantage of the fact that he was still naked after having transformed into a wolf before, Daemon let his wolf out again so that he could meet the opposite, blocking his consciousness a little so as not to interfere.

In that form again, Daemon's wolf, Monaed approached the opposite to sniff him in the same way, although Monaed was more insistent as if his life was going to end if his delicious aroma was not recorded in his mind at that precise moment.

Monaed would never stop if it wasn't for the voice of Terrence that talk to him quietly, that precious wolf that made him move away a little to see his beautiful fur and features.

"If you continue like this you're going to wear out your nose" the sarcastic and joking tone of Terrence's wolf made Monaed react.

"Sorry for my rudeness, I am Monaed"

"Lyka" Terrence's wolf simply answers that

Monaed trembled at the name of the other, and he felt every fiber of his being in constant excitement. Lyka walked elegantly towards him and spoke again.

"I heard your proposal so... If you manage to catch me I will agree to marry you"

With that said, Lyka ran off the stage with impressive speed. Monaed reacted a bit late but he ran fast after him leaving everyone in expectation. Currently, it was normal for any omega to accept whoever declared to them without resistance, and for centuries the tradition of normal courtship had been lost, so how did Terrence know about it?

Lyka was a very fast wolf and of course, it brought Monaed several problems to cath him but almost when he was reaching the exit of the kingdom Monaed managed to catch him. They were both panting exhausted and Lyka could only laugh a little while speaking in the other's mind.

"You are strong…"

"And you are very fast"

Monaed recognized the talent of Lyka, his Lyka... his now official partner, taking advantage of the rest of the night, they walked around the kingdom until the first rays of the sun began to shine on the kingdom.

They returned together leaving everyone in complete shock because they felt intimate... Erick felt a bitter taste in his mouth when he saw how the boy he had fallen in love with...was now engaged to his older brother.

On Blausen's part he looked at them curiously, Terrence had acted with some interest towards him so why did he agree to marry Daemon? The alpha didn't understand it but he had a vague idea of what could have happened.

One of the Blumme pack members brought a blanket for his alpha and his new Luna, who was Terrence. The first to return to his human form was Daemon who was looking at Terrence change once again although the transformation was too strong for Terrence and when he turned back to human he was about to fall to the ground, so as soon as he was in his human body Daemon held him in his arms.

"Killian, can you take me to Terrence's room?"

Daemon shouted worried while Killian came out of his astonishment to approach them and take them to the castle.

"Wow" Orsen felt that bigger lump in his throat when Killian runs towards Terrence and cares his hair "Listen to me everyone, for now, we will leave the tournament until here, everyone can rest and prepare for the next phase"

Orsen asked Luke and a few more omegas for some help to guide everyone to their rooms. In a matter of seconds, the kingdom of Reinheit was in complete silence, everyone went to sleep peacefully although some people were not resting at all.

One of them was Daemon, who was concerned about Terrence's high fever, the alpha understood that this had been his first transformation in all those years, and that was a little aggressive for Terrence so afraid of losing him Daemon stayed up all the morning by his side until taking care of him until the fever dropped.

Blausen in the little darkness of his room saw the boy that he had taken to his room to have a good time and forget about the scene of Daemon and Terrence getting back together all lovey-Dovey.

Jealousy invaded the alpha because seeing them happy was as if something was missing in his life... he felt as if something had been stolen from him... perhaps he felt that way for having lost the fight or perhaps... because he lost Terrence

"Damn it…"

Erick was in his room throwing things furiously, he felt humiliated for being despised by Daemon, how could he choose his brother over him?

"Young master Erick, please don't continue… you will get hurt"

"SHUT UP! It's unbelievable… how...how could he do that to me…"

The more he thought about it, the more furious and jealous Erick was, but he remembered the words of his nanny and calmed down all those bad feelings, he should be calm and more intelligent.

His brother had said that he liked Blausen so he deduced that his brother's wolf was the one who had acted against Terrence's will.

"I got it…"

Erick's face changed and a smile settled on his lips, he seemed to be satisfied with the result and he had a plan to get Daemon back.
