Chapter 58: Fel
Fel who got a chains in his legs and neck. Running non stop likes it never have tomorrow. Fel tiredly and said still not far enough. Fel already running 10 days straight non stop. Then in the middle of nowhere he fainted.
As **Fel** opened his eyes, the cold, damp walls of a mysterious cave surrounded him. His heart raced, realizing he was no longer on the run. Chains still hung from his neck and legs, and he felt the ache in his body from days of relentless fleeing. He struggled to sit up, groaning in pain.
**Fel**: (muttering) "Where... am I?"
Before he could gather his thoughts, a soft growl echoed through the cave. Turning his head, he saw a large, majestic female white lion standing a few feet away, her piercing blue eyes locked onto him. Fel's heart skipped a beat—he had never seen a creature quite like her before.
The lioness spoke, her voice clear and calm.
**Tiara**: "You're awake. I was beginning to wonder if you'd ever come to."
Fel's eyes widened in shock. A talking lion? He quickly scrambled to his feet, only to realize his legs were still weak from exhaustion.
**Fel**: "Who... who are you?"
The lioness tilted her head slightly.
**Tiara**: "I'm **Tiara**, and you're lucky I found you before something worse did. You collapsed just outside the cave. You're in no condition to keep running."
Still dazed, Fel glanced down at the chains that bound his limbs. He laughed bitterly.
**Fel**: (mocking) "Running? Yeah, that sounds about right."
Tiara eyed the chains curiously, her gaze narrowing.
**Tiara**: (speculative) "Those chains... Were you imprisoned by humans?"
Fel let out a snort of laughter, shaking his head.
**Fel**: "Humans? No human could ever imprison me."
Tiara's eyes flashed with annoyance at his arrogance.
**Tiara**: (huffing) "You're quite full of yourself, aren't you?"
Before Fel could reply, the ground beneath them seemed to rumble. A powerful presence filled the cave as a massive figure appeared from the shadows. An old, battle-worn male white lion with a graying mane, his stature radiated wisdom and strength. His deep, golden eyes locked onto Fel with an intensity that sent a shiver down the young wolf's spine.
**Mufasa**, Tiara's father, stepped forward, his gaze unwavering.
**Mufasa**: (gruffly) "You... I know exactly who you are."
Fel froze, his heart pounding in his chest. How could this lion possibly know him? His mind raced with questions, but he couldn't bring himself to speak.
**Fel**: (shocked) "What... what do you mean?"
Mufasa sat down, his gaze never leaving Fel. The tension in the cave grew thicker with every passing second.
**Mufasa**: (seriously) "You're the son of **Fenrir**, the **Beast King**."
Fel's blood ran cold. He had spent years running from his father, hiding his identity, and now, in the middle of nowhere, this lion knew exactly who he was.
**Fel**: (whispering) "How... how do you know that?"
Mufasa's expression softened slightly, though his eyes still held their intensity.
**Mufasa**: "Your aura is unmistakable. The power of the Beast King flows through you, even if you try to suppress it. You can't hide what you are, not from someone like me."
Fel's heart pounded in his chest as he processed Mufasa's words. He had been running from his father's shadow for so long, trying to escape his destiny, but it seemed no matter where he went, he couldn't outrun who he truly was.
**Tiara**: (glancing between them) "So... you're not just some runaway then. You're royalty."
Fel clenched his fists, the chains rattling as his frustration boiled over.
**Fel**: "Royalty? I don't care about that. All I wanted was to live freely, away from all of this... this *destiny*."
Mufasa nodded, his gaze softening with understanding.
**Mufasa**: "I understand the burden you carry, but running will not change who you are. Sooner or later, you will have to confront your past, Fel."
Fel said nothing, his mind swirling with thoughts. He had spent so long trying to escape his father's grasp, but no matter how far he ran, it seemed that the chains of his bloodline were unbreakable.
After a long silence, Mufasa spoke again, his voice firm but kind.
**Mufasa**: "For now, you are safe here. Rest, regain your strength. When you are ready, we will talk more about what comes next."
Fel nodded slowly, his thoughts still in turmoil. He knew Mufasa was right. No matter how far he ran, he couldn't escape his fate forever. But for now, all he could do was rest and gather his strength for the battles ahead.
