That night was a day for Jaine .Did the thoughts wander to him or did he wander to the thoughts?

One by one the memories of Dad ran through his mind. He thought; One day when dad took me to Christmas Hill Park to see the Gilori Garlic Festival ...I was only 8 years old then, but that day still lingers in my mind.

A good busy day... Many garlic products ,Garden ,

statues, food items and people having excited face everywhere. It was too much to fill the eyes of a small child with curiosity. At that time he was buying me an ice cream ...

Suddenly I ran to pick up a beautiful face mask that had fallen a short distance away.The time when I was wandering somewhere in the middle of the crowd.

A moment of terrible fear ..I can still remember that day with a shudder. I could not even cry, I could not breathe, I was staring at Dad in the distance.Yet that face, which was my greatest courage, could not be seen anywhere.It was even more frightening to me that the whole world was collapsing.

Suddenly those warm hands came and touched my shoulder..... Those hands grabbed me. Dad ... When I pressed my face to those shoulders, it was my breath of life that came back.Then I forgot all about the fear and still remember walking around holding those fingers with a smile. There was a belief in that smile. No matter what the problems in this world, those hands will always be there to help.15 years have passed.

Jaine picked up his phone and flipped through each of the pictures in the gallery. That glorious picture..Dad holding him with a smile . The next one was more deep one. A picture of him with dad and Alice. In that beautiful picture, everyone was full of smiles and joy. Two of the most important people in his life. The photo brought back another memory.

The day he saw Alice for the first time. She was the one who made him realize that the depths of relationships are like the roots of every tree that sink into the soil.All trees are not the same as the relationship. Yes! It's like every other tree .It's not clear how far the roots go....

Jaine was returning from the library by car.

That's when the accident happened right in front of his eyes.the driver of Hyundai allowed his vehicle to steer to the left crossing over the center double yellow lines and that collision happened. the person in the opposite car was injured by the collision.Jaine and the others rushed her to the hospital .The police came but she did not regain consciousness.He could not forget the body and the pitiful face of the girl who was bleeding. The next day with Dad he went to the hospital to see her with a big bouquet. The bone of her right arm was broken. She was wearing a belt around her neck.

Luckily she had no other problems.When she saw jaine and Mathew, she smiled with a strange look on her face.Matthew took the bouquet from his hand and gave it to her. They looked around but there was no one else with her. Then Matthew said with a smile;

"You're a very lucky child. You escaped such a big accident without much trouble."

"Thank you very much .I know you helped me get to the hospital .It's not just for that, You came to see me, even though I was a stranger. "

Then Jane moved a little further and asked ;

"Isn't your name Alice? Where are the family members?"

She nodded and after a long sigh she replied with a smile.

"The mother is near the doctor to enquire my condition. My father has been here for so long, Just went down to buy some stuff for me.You can take comfort. Thank you for setting aside your precious time for me.. "

After talking, Mathew and Jain stopped to say goodbye. At that time the doctor came there.

He asked Matthew,

"Are you related to this girl? "

"No... Where are her parents? "
