Chapter 2

Our MC wakes up to the sound of someone crying. He looks up to see a woman looking at him with such a tender look and motherly gaze. She slowly stroked him and she whispered some inaudible words to him. Suddenly the doors burst open and a loud noise was heard, a man with the height of 278cm(9.1ft) with a large afro covered in a hat. Our MC recognized him as Sengoku Fleet Admiral of the Navy. He was a tall, fair-skinned, and muscular man with a long, braided goatee and a mustache. He even had his pet goat with him and a cap with a seagull.

"Kikyo are you okay? What happened to your husband? Is my grandson fine, do you need help?" Sengoku asks questions in a hurry. You could tell concern in his voice and on his face. So Sengoku is my grandfather and my mother's name is Kikyo. He could feel the love as she looked at him making him cry a little bit. She showed him more love in this moment than his previous life.She starts to rock him a bit making the baby calm down a bit.

"Father, Homura died of an illness and I am slowly succumbing to the one as well. We tried to find a cure but failed. Before my death, I have a selfish request that I beg. Can you please take our son,your grandfather.Make sure he becomes a strong and capable man like his father." His mother says with tears slowly falling outside. Sengoku digests this information as he slowly nods with a few tears falling down on his face.

"What is his name Kikyo." Sengoku asks with a soft voice as he tries to hold back his tears.

"His name is Kaen, my little flames.While I may not be with you,I along with your father will be watching over you. I really hope you have a good life and find a beautiful girl to start your life with not with some hussy." His mother says with a sad tone but gets a bit protective at the last sentence. That makes Sengoku laugh a bit while crying. Suddenly his mother's arms start to become still and her glazes over. Her warmth that was covering him starts to leave his little baby body making his baby body cry loudly. His grandfather tries to hold his tears and is semi-successful. Kaen tries to stay awake but fails as he has no control over his little body.

Sengoku POV

My little daughter died along with her husband to an illness. She should have told me the moment she got it. Why didn't she, she left her son, my grandson an orphan. As I gaze on my cute sleeping grandson, his face filled with tears as he sleeps. I promise to take care of him and make him a better marine than myself. One that shall protect the innocent and take down all the pirates so we can have a better future. I quickly pick him up and take him back to my ship. I told the marines to sail back to Marineford where Garp and Tsuru can help me take care of him. I have absolutely no idea how to take care of a child. When I arrive at Marineford. I quickly go to my office. When I arrive there, I quickly make my way to my desk to call all the Admirals, Garp and Tsuru to my office. I in the meantime see my little cute grandson wake up and try to entertain him by showing him my hybrid zoan form. My goat helps me as well by cuddling with him and making sounds that make me smile and my grandson laugh. After an hour, all the people I called start to file in making surprised faces at my grandson. I leave my goat to entertain my grandson.

"So what do we need for Sengoku and who is that child? Did you kidnap a child Senogku,did not think a fleet admiral would do that?" Garp his friend says as he eats those crackers, in a loud tone.While a powerful marine, he was annoying and always did what he wanted. That statement gets me a little annoyed at him.

"Ah Garp is an idiot. He did not kidnap that child, but that man-child has a valid point. Whose child is that."Tsusr says in a serious tone.

"That child is my grandson. He is in my care because my daughter and her husband died of an illness.I brought him to Marineford to take care of him and my Fleet Admiral responsibilities." I replied in an even tone.

This brought a wave of sadness in the room, they knew what happened to Z 's family. His family died to pirates when they could not beat Z himself in revenge.

"So what are you going to do with him, Fleet Admiral ne." Kizaru asks in his annoying slow voice and smile.

" I am going to make him a strong marine when he grows up, so in that regard I need help from you Garp and Tsuru. I want Garp to train him when reaches the age of 8 and I need help taking care of Kaen Tsuru.

"Alright, I will train and treat him like he is my grandson Sengoku, have no worries Bwahhahah." Garp, his old friend, replies in a loud boisterous tone that helps relieve some stress.

"That is what we worry about, Garp, you are an idiot. But as that idiot said we will take care of him." Tsuru replied by making an invincible pressure be taken off his heart.

"Thank you my friends, this meeting is finished.You are all dismissed." I reply clearly, happy.

"Yes,Fleet Admiral Sengoku." All of them leave to do their tasks.

I go look outside of the window and think about what will happen in the next future. I sense the future will be full of chaos but the Marines will dispel them all.
