Chapter 3: First Words

Vexxen watched the egg with glee, it's finally hatching. He said "Come on! I want too meet my new friend!" The egg shell broke more and more, until it broke a big enough hold for Black too come out. When Vexxen saw the crow he was confused, from his knowledge of crows, crows when they come out should be featherless. But this crow had tiny feathers, which was very odd. He Grabbed Black, and said "Hello Little Bird!". Black looked at him with terror. He said "I'm gonna name you Black!"

18 days Later…

Vexxen got home from school. He ran straight to his room. He opened the door, and a little black bird looked at him. Black was well feathered, but not the feathers used for flying, but fluffy feathers instead. Black chirped and said "Vexxen, Vexxen". Black picked up, and learned a few words over the last few days. "Hello Black! Im hope you are ready too learn, i borrowed some letter cards from my teacher!" Black did not know what the kid said other than his name. Black chirped "Vexxen! Caw! Vexxen!". Vexxen, walked over too Black, which was on a bird stand at the time.

The bedroom was small with a window at the back, beside the bed. On the other side of the bed was a bird stand. In the corner of the room was a poop collector, with which Vexxen moved Black too when it needed to poop, for which he taught the word poop to it. It was hell before he got this system though.

Vexxen sat beside Black and moved Black to his bed. He showed it a card, and said "A". Black looked at him in confusion. But after his insistence, Black said "A? Caw!" Then titled its head. And looked at him. Vexxen said with excitement "Yes! Your gonna learn to speak!". Then he repeated the process with the B card. This continued until he went thru the deck 3 times. Then he got a piece of paper, and wrote with large letters "Vexxen". Then showed Black. Black looked at him, with a confused interest. Vexxen said "V, E, X, X, E, N, Vexxen'' while pointing to each letter. Black looked at him with interest and said "V, E, X, X, E, N?" Then titled its head. The Vexxen said "yes", and nodded vigorously. Then he did it again and said "Vexxen", while pointing at the word. Black said "Vexxen". Vexxen said "yes", and nodded. He then went thru the letters again. He then got rid of the en in Vexxen. Then said "V, E, X, X, Vexx" The bird thought for a moment, then said "Vexx". Vexxen said "Yes!" and viciously nodded. Black learned 5 new words in the session. After the session, Vexxen just played with black a bit and showed him how to use the computer to type. Black thought it was interesting.
