Peter's POV

Parked at the restaurant where she was supposed to be meeting me. I stepped out of my Ferrari Portofino, tossing my keys to the valet as I headed in.

She was quite beautiful but in my experience, these were the batshit crazy ones. You had to watch out for these ones and I was right.

She signaled for the waiter with the flick of a hand.

"What's the bottle of your strongest champagne," she asked very casually.

I raised my eyebrows, wondering if this was normal for her or a joke. She had to be kidding at the very least, I told myself.

I saw no hint of humor in her eyes as she sent the waiter away also with the flick of her hand. She had this aura about her that screamed spoilt.
