Penn's POV:

When I finished work in the evening, I suddenly received a call from Clayton.

He chuckled, "Long time no see. I wonder if you have some time tonight to join me for a drink?"

Hearing this, I furrowed my eyebrows slightly, knowing that he had something to say. I replied in a low voice.

After hanging up the phone, I instructed Bill to pick up Lundy from the kindergarten and drove to the private club I often go to.

As soon as I entered, the waiter greeted me, "Mr. Carter, Mr. Sharp is already waiting for you."

I nodded slightly, followed the waiter upstairs and entered the private room.

Although he said we were just going to have a drink, there was only a bottle of beer on the table, with plenty of exquisite dishes.
