Mrs Green stared at Amy and Claire as they walked away.

She sighed as soon as they were out of sight.

“Is there something wrong?” I asked her confused.

“What were you guys talking about?” She asked me ignoring my question.

“Nothing, just small talks.” I lied.

“How did you guys start talking? I mean when did you guys become friends?” She asked.

“We just talked one day and became friends.” I said shrugging my shoulders.

“How did it start? That’s what I am asking.” She said again.

“I went up them to talk. I just wanted to talk to them.” I said.

“Why?” She asked me to my surprise.

“What’s the matter? Can’t I make friends?” I asked getting irritated.

What is the problem? Now, I can’t talk to people or make friends? Am I not allowed to do that?

“Look, I am not trying to interfere. I just want you to be happy.” She said.

“But...” I was saying when she interrupted me, “I am here if you want to talk to someone. You know that, right?”
