Beyond Earth:The horizon

The protagonist was chosen as the representative of a higher being and now he has to help it gain power and influence while traveling the multiverse. Why didn't the being just do everything alone? Go find out! Really, it's on the first one-two chaps... The first few chaps are rather cringy, not because of the MC but because I tried to incorporate situations from the anime show into the book and that didn't go very well... But later? Oh boy, that's where the fun begins! [NOT wish-fulfillment at least in my head] [NOT harem at least.... in my head] No romance for now NO cultivation worlds-at least the strong ones Worlds SPOILER! IS-Infinite Stratos Monster Hunter. JOJO! Attack on Titan TAGS Action-a little bit it depends on the situation Adventure-......... Reincarnation-Duh Magic-later Tech-read Mech-read Martial arts Heavy Language(If you are a kid) Time-skip Slight emotional development(for character development) Slight cringe(At the start, due to the original source being well... a harem romance) Superhumans(Someone who can disassemble a mech with their hands isn't human) And possibly more I will add later if I bother I don't own the characters, the worlds, and the cover image, all the credit goes to their respective authors English isn't my first language I am not gaining money with this(writing this mostly for my boredom and for practice, and I don't have a bank account) Thanks for checking by, please no review spawn nor shit-posting

Title at the end.

The situation was pretty awkward. But if this is his choice then… Who am I to get in his way? Hamon training was never an easy thing to do. Deaths happen every time, it's his fault for being open and dying to a very simple technique.

From the bushes, another man came. It was Frog. His expression wasn't really welcoming.

-Turtle… This idiot…

He looked at me with red eyes.

Two grown-up men against a child, these guys are so unreasonable...

The man called Bull looked at my arm only to see a big stack of flags, and he said.

-... Those are… How many people did you hurt on your way here? I will avenge them now. I don't care about the repercussions.

...Keep talking, let me finish setting up my traps…

He took out a strange bottle from his belt.

-You might be a killer, but I am still an honorable Hamon student. I practice the water arts, and just like in the ancient tradition I challenge you for a death battle.

He uncorked the bottle and a stream of water fell from it. But it didn't hit the ground. It kept moving around him like a snake. The "water snake" tail was connected with his hand. It was similar to a whip.

At least I hope it's water and not some strange liquid.

Frog also wanted to participate but was stopped by Bull.

-This is between me and him. If I fall it will be your turn so get ready to fight.

We just kept looking at each other. And after a minute, a fish leaped out of the water signalizing the start of our battle.

He rushed towards me while swinging his water whip in my direction.

I stepped behind but the whip seemed to follow me wherever I go.

Going into a stance I channeled Hamon into my metal cane and parried it.

He continued to attack me while I parried, if this continues he is just going to tire himself.

This time, he compressed his water whip into a water screen and stepped back.

-[Blue Moon Shards!] He screamed while punching the water-screen.

Many water bullets sped in my direction.

I jumped into the air and used one of the three vines to propel myself towards the river in order to evade it. The whip made contact with the ground, making a loud boom. The ground had a large crack in it.

-You fool. You are now between me and the river. No matter where you run I will be at an advantage.

… I didn't say anything

Is he planning something? Turtle might be arrogant but he isn't unskilled… It isn't that easy to defeat him.

Bull then charged ahead, confident in his massive advantage.

I, on the other hand, jumped towards the river. And just as I expected he followed me towards the river.

-FOOL! For Turtle and Owl… Rot in hell!

Suddenly, a small vine below his feet released some sparks, before he could react the vine grew at an unimaginable speed and entangled his legs. He fell towards the water face first. Drinking some water and messing with his breathing.

He tried getting up, but another vine entangled his neck. Making him unable to lift his head towards the surface… Hamon users greatest weakness: Being unable to breathe.

-I won. I said without a hint of surprise.

I only used one technique.[Life magnetism overdrive] to make the vines grow bigger and entangle his legs and neck. Now he can't breathe since he is underwater.

I picked a rock up and threw it, not in his direction, not in Frog's direction, but towards a tree. It set a series of small traps that entangled his neck, making him unable to breathe. I grabbed two rocks and threw them to each of their heads.

If a Hamon user stops breathing it's pretty much game over. The only way to use Hamon then is to tap into someone's "final wave". This is nothing more than one's lifeforce. Hamon users who have awakened their lifeforce can tap into it in order to use Hamon even if their current condition does not allow them to. But this will cause one to eventually die, since they used their lifeforce.

(This was used in both part 1 and 2 of the series.)

But when did I set those traps? Ever since the beginning before attacking Turtle. I set a series of traps in case he fled or just like now, if people tried to ambush me.

And as such, I easily completed this "game". I sent a wave to Bull's body to make sure he was knocked out, and removed him from the river, I then went to Frog and did the same.

Unfortunately… Turtle didn't survive… He died due to blood loss. Hamon can treat a lot of injuries, but I can't bring someone from the dead. Yet.

I wasn't tired. Not in the slightest. But I was still mentally tired. Using my power multiple times has this effect. I wonder when my clones will be back. I could use them for a lot of things…

Just like last time a /Swoosh/ sound suddenly came from behind me. But this time something appeared. It was none other than Huang Shoushan.

He looked normal but… He felt strange. I could detect some Hamon signatures all over his body. But I couldn't see anything there. Is he propagating Hamon through the air?

He clapped his hands and said:

-Congratulations. You completed the trials perfectly.

I wasn't very happy… Will he kick me out?

I wasn't that affected by his death. Perhaps it was all of the years I lived plus my special ability… Perhaps it was my bloodline...

-What's with the face? Is it his death? He was a fool that did not listen to his team leader. Not only that, he let his guard down… You already know but, Hamon isn't easy, in order to progress one needs determination. All of that led to him dying due to a very basic application of the Wave. It wasn't your fault.

-The others were even worse, the girl lost her composure and screamed instead of fighting. It's normal, she is still a disciple. And the other guy just watched from the side without checking for traps. A pig teammate.

-... But let's put this to the side, shall we? You still have over an hour to try and take me down… Are you up for it? Don't tell me you're scared…

-I figured it out.

-What?

-This isn't the real world, right?

-... Are you crazy?

-The sun is still on its course, and everything seems fine but… Normally, temple gates are directed to the south. I made a makeshift compass by using a leaf and a magnet a little while ago. But it only showed that the gate was directed to the South...

-What's your point kid?

-...Tell me then. Why are the ducks migrating to the East?

-...? Kid, you aren't making any… Wait, don't tell me!

-Yes. It's Late-Summer(They left at the very end of June and took a month on travels. So it's now August ). The ducks will be migrating inland towards hotter areas and not towards the Ocean. But yet, they were moving towards the Ocean. The East. Why don't you explain that to me?

(I don't know at all how ducks migrate)

-...They might've been plain stupid, no?

-Then tell me. Why is your shadow pointing towards the West? The sun rises in the East and falls in the West. At this time the sun should be in the West. Which is true, but your shadow should be pointing towards the East not the West.

He looked around and then noticed that they were both in a clearage.

-...Did you predict I was going to appear here?

-A strange sound always appeared in a place I couldn't see, and it was always behind me. When you appeared, the same sound was made. So I figured it was you.

-I initially predicted the sound was going to occur, so I directed the battle towards a more open place. I wanted to see if the sound was going to happen again, but I didn't expect you to appear. Then I started to connect the dots. Tonpetty said you were someone who cared a lot about your friends and family, but you didn't show any care to that student. Why? The only solution to that would be that you either changed or… He was fine.

-Everything seems fine, but some things still look different. I always pay attention to my surroundings, and I could guarantee the ducks were migrating inland when I was waiting for you guys to appear. So you must have changed something after that. Let me guess… The bell sound? Immediately after the sound your presence disappeared. The same could be said to the others. Even though I was keeping tabs on them. How did they disappear?

-... But kid, why did you come to the conclusion this world isn't the real one? The ducks and the shadows don't really point to that. And it has been decades since I saw your master.

-It was the strange Hamon waves around you.

-Hamon?

-Yes, just look at yourself, everytime the sound happens I could feel a wave somewhere close to me, but I never found the source, the waves around you are very similar to those. And these same waves are currently flowing around you. But Hamon can't propagate in the air like that.

This last part was a lie, there isn't anything that proves that Hamon cant be used in the air, it's just that when it is used it always disperses to the surrounding.

-You didn't answer me.

-...Hey old man. Have you ever heard of the term "Stand"?

Title name: STAND POWER!

Chap... You wanted it, I posted. (No memes here...)

1650 Words.

Production is going as normal, but I am not checking the comments as frequently due to university exams and all of that. I hate this...

But we do what we gotta do now?

And lastly, the latest chaps here in the factory are quite cool, so be sure to be here by the time they are posted!

I just finished chap 65 so... If you are confused about what is going on, or the many references that will be made, go watch JOJO! It's a phenomenal series, just watch parts one to three, I don't plan on using anything from part 4 and forward apart from a few mentions.

Question of the day: What is the strongest single target Stand? Fuck Requiem. I consider Killer queen bites the Dust a Requiem.
