"Where exactly did she go?" asked Anthony Brooke, folding the newspaper in his hand. It was quite late at night but Rose showed no sign of coming home at all.

The middle-aged man grabbed his cell phone and checked the message he had sent an hour ago to Rose. However, there was absolutely no reply to the message that Anthony sent. Anthony sighed again and tried to think positive, maybe Rose was in traffic because every day was rush hour in Manhattan.

Anthony calls Mia on his cell phone to make sure that Rose is home. "Can I help you, Mr. Brooke?" Mia asked very politely on the other side.

"I just wanted to make sure of something. Is Rose out of the office by now? She's not home yet."
