A warning

 "Is this how you treat your father?" asked Anthony just as furiously now.

 "Father has harmed other people. A very dear person to whom you purposely separated from me a year ago!"

 "Is that man worth more than your father? You know, Rose! That man hurt you a year ago! I took care of you all that time!"

 "Stop telling lies to me. I'll be really mad if dad does that one more time!"

 Rose's face turned red after her last sentence. The woman was currently intending to stay away from Anthony, but the old man had already started to grab Rose's hand, restraining her from leaving. "Do you love him like this?!" asked Anthony very angrily.

 "Yes. I love him even more deeply than I love dad," Rose answered without the slightest hesitation at this point.

 Anthony let go of Rose's hand which he was holding at this moment. "Stop hurting your father like this, Rose," Anthony Brooke's voice now turned limp after hearing Rose's words.
