The mad scientist (part 4)

"Grandpa. What happened?" Ben asked as he stepped outside the museum and a terrifying scene.

"Ben. Animo got away while riding a Mammoth. But that is not the priority here. Look at that." Max said as he pointed to a giant flying bird that was carrying Gwen away.

Ben immediately started to run after the bird.

However, it was difficult to catch up as unlike XLR8, Diamond Head does not have a very fast speed that can keep up with a giant flying bird.

"Tch. If only I can transform into another alien in an instant." Ben said.

If this keeps us he is going to lose sight of Gwen for sure.

"Titititi." The dial on his chest started to flash as he have already spent ten minutes chasing after the bird.

Then with a giant flash of light, Ben was transformed back to his human form.

And as he feared his small and weak limbs couldn't keep up as the bird flew away.

But even then he didn't stop running as there is a place where he needs to go if he wanted to track down the bird that carried Gwen.

He knows he should eliminate the bird even if he was too late and Gwen was gone.

[I should go to the Washington Monument so that I can have a better view.] Ben thought.

"Ben. Get on." Grandpa Max said as he arrived near Ben with his RV.

A few minutes later. At the tip of the Washington Monument. Gwen was waiting for Ben and Grandpa Max to show up to save her.

"I knew I should have gone to the summer camp," Gwen said.

The bird is actually holding her upper shirt as it decides to rest before making her a snack.

At that time. In the RV.

"Animo. It seems like he was a promising researcher that focused on developing humanity through his research on animals." Ben said as he used Gwen's laptop that was left behind to search for the information about Dr Animo.

Cracking her password was not very hard as Ben knew people like Gwen that likes to fill her head with information so they tend to forget their password quite frequently.

It means that there is a high chance that she will have a note that marks the password somewhere on the Rv.

And he was right as he found a small yellow note with the password written down on her backpack.

"It also says that he participated in the science competition six months ago. And was elimited because of the use of illegal research." Ben said.

"So you think he is doing all of this for revenge," Max asked Ben.

"Yea. I am sure." Ben nodded.

"GrandpaMax look, Gwen," Ben said as he pointed at Gwen who was on the top of the 555ft tall monument.

"Thank god she is still alive." Max said as he stopped the Rv.

"What the hell was the giant bird doing? If I were a large predetor I would have alredy eaten her." Ben questioned.

"Ben. Now it doesn't matter that why that mutant took so long to kill her we have to resue her first." Max said to Ben.

And he sounded serious while saying it too.

Ben looked at his Omnitrix and sees that it was already recharged.

So he stepped outside and transformed into an alien.

His skin turned red and his body grew in both size and muscles. And two extra arms started to grow out of his body. As two eyes appeared on his face before all of his eyes turned yellow.

"Four arms," Ben yelled out as he completed his transformation.
