A soft shy boy

The phone ringtone broke the silence.

"Hello?"

The young woman spoke with furrowed eyebrows while sitting on the lounge in the living room, the time was around 8pm. "Hey, it is me. Aleksander Flynn" the man's voice made Mara frowned. "Oh, yea. Aleksander Flynn, what's wrong?"

She asked as leaned back on the lounge. "You said you are not mad at me anymore and will solve the misunderstanding, remember?" Alek questioned, making the young woman raised her eyebrows. She completely forgot him.

"I remember. I am just busy with the collaboration between our companies" the young woman's answer calmed the man who was about to burn down the whole world because he felt like the young woman was ignoring him on purpose.

"Ahh, yea you are a famous business woman now so you must be really busy" Alek said as the young woman nodded. "Yes, if you want to meet with me, I am free tomorrow. We can solve that misunderstanding you are talking about"

Mara did not know how her words brightened the man's day a lot. Alek's lips formed into a small smile, this young woman made him smile again. "I understand, good night then. See you tomorrow" the young woman could feel the warmth and joy in Alek's voice.

"Mmm, good night. See you tomorrow"

They two hung up the phone.

A loud sigh escaped Mara Athena's lips. "Lily and Lila, can you make some fruits for me?!" she shouted as the two maids in the kitchen replied. "Yes, Miss!! Please wait for awhile!!" they shouted back and started preparing fruits.

Lily and Lila swore to protect their Miss at all cost because Mara Athena never treated them like animals. She treated them like friends. She even taught them how to fight and stalk someone professionally.

They two could not help but felt special and thankful to meet with such a perfect young woman like Mara Athena. If they did not meet with her, they would be sleeping in jail for stealing or maybe they might be already dead from hunger.

The twin sisters stepped into the living room together with plate of fruits and a glass of lemon juice. "Here are fruits which you like, Miss Mara" Lila placed the plate on the table as the young woman nodded. "Thanks" she thanked the two and kept watching the TV.

"Then please excuse us" Lily smiled and left the living room with her sister. Lily and Lila were the twin sisters which you could not even see the differences. Only Mara knew how to find the difference. The twins always try to prank their Miss while pretending to be each other.

However, Mara quickly found out the truth. They always ask the young woman how she found out who was Lily and who was Lila so easily. But the young woman would only smile and wink at them, she never told how she could find out.

They could never prank their Miss.

"Aleksander Flynn.."

Mara murmured as she typed the man's name on Google. She was sitting on the bed while a glass of milk was on the table beside her bed. Aleksander Flynn was the heir of the 'Sun' company so he must be famous and popular.

As she googled it, hundreds of pictures and news fell into Mara' sight. "Damn, he is so handsome" The young woman could not help but felt proud to be a childhood friend of Aleksander Flynn. Who would not be proud?

Aleksander Flynn never had a girlfriend before. He was not a womanizer. Some people said he was gay. While some people said he already had a hidden girlfriend. No one could tell about Aleksander Flynn's relationship. It was secretive.

"He looks so good" Mara gasped at the photo of Aleksander Flynn in loosened necktie. His sunflower blonde hair was brighter than others future. He looked more handsome in reality. It was as if he was sent from heaven.

Mara stopped herself from drooling for a man. When did she become so easy to sway by looks? But could she blame herself? Aleksander Flynn was really perfect though, how could she blame herself for drooling for him?

"I wish I had a boyfriend like him. He looks like a protective boyfriend" Mara mumbled as her hands reached to the table which was beside her bed. She picked up the glass and took a sip of the milk.

It was already midnight.

And yet the young woman could not stop looking at Aleksander Flynn's pictures. "He must be a soft boy who blushes a lot" she smiled at the sight of Aleksander Flynn sitting at the swivel chair while staring at laptop.

Little did she know that her thoughts were completely different from the reality. Aleksander Flynn was known as a lion. He nearly killed four men for talking bad about Mara Athena, but Mara did not know about them.

Aleksander Flynn was the perilous man who could kill you with his death glare only. He never smiled just for once, everyone wanted to see his smile but unfortunately he was not the type of a man who would smile at everyone.

He was the type of a man who would give you cold stare and made you cry in fear. Aleksander Flynn was a trouble maker of the town. Whenever people saw the news of a man nearly killing others, it was none other than Aleksander Flynn.

He never hesitated to kill someone and his father aka Noah Flynn was the one who would clean the messes. He would lecture his son to stop making troubles and stay quietly. However, his son never listened to him just for once.

No one dared to mess with Aleksander Flynn nor try to prosecute the man. Because Aleksander Flynn had a strong background which made him powerful and feared by everyone. There were women who were dying to get his attention.

They believed that this aggressive man's cold heart would melt in their hands. Some women tried to approach Aleksander Flynn with many plans. They seduced the man and came back to their houses with full of tears and regrets.

They got rejected harshly by the man.

Aleksander Flynn never looked at a woman with soft eyes, he always look at the women with disgust and hatred in his eyes. That was the main reason why people thought he was a gay. He was the second perilous man who you should not mess around with.

It would be you who would die in his hands if you made him upset. If it was possible, you should walk away from Aleksander Flynn if you ever met him. Because no one could tell what he would do to you in a next second.

"I am tired" the young woman sighed tiredly as closed the laptop lazily. She lied down on the bed after closing the laptop when she finished finding about Alek. "Aleksander Flynn is really handsome, he must be a soft shy boy. It must feel good to tease him"

Mara spoke under her breath and stared at the ceiling with lazy eyes. "Time to sleep.." her honey brown fox eyes became heavy to lift, the huge silence in her room was like a lullaby, making her fell asleep in peace. She peacefully fell asleep.

The Sunday had arrived.

Mara was already taking a bath and reading a book, she promised Aleksander Flynn to meet today's evening. The young woman furrowed her brows tightly. She was in middle of taking a bath but the phone call interrupted her. "Why now?!"

She shouted furiously and stepped out of the bathtub, a towel wrapped around her body, covering the half of her body. She walked towards the table which was beside her bed. The caller ID was seen on the phone screen, making the young woman quickly accepted the call.

"Yes, Aleksander?" She answered as went into the bathroom again. Time was already 4 in the evening, she needed to hurry before getting late. "Hey! I am on my way now, I will come pick you up in thirty minutes" the man spoke as he focused on the road, driving carefully.

"But is that really ok? I mean you can wait me at the place where we are going to meet. Don't trouble yourself, Aleksander" the young woman said as she unwrapped the towel, stepping into the bathtub without making any noises. "No, I am coming to pick you up"

Alek refused, he wanted to pick the young woman by himself and went to the restaurant together. "Well, if it is ok then fine" Mara replied as the man's lips formed into a small smile. "Great, see you in thirty minutes" "Mmm, see ya" they two hung up the phone.

"He is such a kind man"

Mara spoke under her breath and leaned back with lazy eyes. She spent some more minutes in the bathtub before preparing herself. She was changing in speed, if someone saw her, they would think she was a flash. "Damn it.. where is my blazer?!"

She looked at the bed, closet and everywhere just to find her favorite white huge blazer. "Found it!" The young woman shouted in relief while holding the white blazer which was in the bathroom. She quickly wore it on and sat down in front of the mirror stand.

Mara applied some powder and cream on her face and body. Her brick red colored matte lips looked perfect as always. A satisfied smile appeared on her face. She fell in love with herself like usual. "Omg! I want to marry myself!"

She pouted and furrowed her brows. "Every man could fall in love with me if I am being this perfect! What should I do?!" Mara burst out laughing after hearing her own words. She admitted that she was being over and loving herself too much.

"*Knock knock*" Mara turned around at the door and met Lily who was checking her out from head to toes. "Are you into me?" The young woman raised her eyebrow and smiled seductively. Lily rolled her eyes in annoyance.

"No, ofc not, Miss. I am here to tell that your boyfriend has arrived" Lily spoke with a stone face, making the young woman frowned tightly. "What boyfriend?! I am single! I am the one who can make my heart flutter! There is no boyfriend!"

Mara said with a tightened frown.
