Chapter 4: Blade

Takumi would get up from the bed he was resting on, he would turn to see Hibana fully knocked out and asleep. He'd grab his now-dried clothing and put them on but just before heading out he would grab the covers and put them over her naked body.

Near the door where a small desk was, he would leave a note reading, "Sorry for leaving so unexpectedly, see you another time. - Takumi".

Takumi was currently dashing through the snowy forest and heading for wherever.

"After having sex for that first time, I kinda feel different." Takumi would remember that previously wonderful night he had, and would never forget. "I'll be sure to go see her every once and a while." He'd have a small smirk on his face as he ran through the tree-infested forest at breakneck speeds.

[Quest: Upgrade your blood exp twice]

[Reward(s): Host will unlock Level 1 shop, +10 sp in every stat.]

"A shop hm?... I wonder what I could buy.." A large devious grin would arrive on his face, and his hands would move closer and closer together as he did a hand rub. "Hehehe~ Isn't this world just so welcoming?~"

"The system said to upgrade my blood exp, and once I do that I'll level up and get stat points along with even more from the quest rewards, so now I just need some blood.."

Takumi would sniff and try to sense any nearby humans in his area, but to no avail there were none. "Damnit, where the hell is everyone?"

Takumi's eye would light up as he dodged an oncoming attack from a blade. He'd raise his head to see a demon slayer corpe uniform, "Eh? A demon slayer? already?.."

[If the Host eats a demon slayer they will gain the following: +5 stats in everything, and a blade.]

Takumi would grin a bit, the demon slayer had fierce eyes and looked at him with an angry look. "You damned demon! I'll slay you right here right now!"

Takumi stared at the guy and tried to determine how strong he was, 'He doesn't look or seem very menacing...possibly a rookie slayer?' Takumi would push off the ground with immense force and would use "Demon's Claw" to strike the slayer, the slayer would jump backward at the sudden charge and would try to block his attack.

Takumi would use his very agile body to duck down and would his claw attack as a fluke to his real one. He would send an incredible punch to the slayer's abdomen and would send him at least 2 feet in the air with such a strong punch. The slayer would spit out a tiny portion of blood and would instantly put up his sword in a battle-ready stance.

The slayer was terrified, he wasn't expecting to find such a strong demon out here in the middle of the forest. "J-Just what is this fucker doing here?" He'd look around to find the demon missing, and would start to freak out a bit, "C-Come OuT you fucker!" His voice would crack and slowly turned into a whisper as he tried to catch his breath.

Up above in a tree, Takumi looked down at the slayer with a menacing smile and would ready his claw skill. He would run up the tree and would use one leg to kick off of it very fast, the slayer would hear the woosh of air and would turn around to see the demon falling toward him, he would swing his sword diagonally at the demon. Takumi would dodge the attack in mid-air and would slice his stomach open using the claw skill.

The slayer would drop his blade and would fall to his knees in defeat, "S-So this is how I die..." his guts and organs would be falling out of his stomach as Takumi just looked down at the slayer, "Tsk, Tsk, Tsk...you should have just gone home for the night Mr. slayer..But don't worry I'll be sure to eat every part of your body.." Takumi would realize his very sus comment and would blush slightly in embarrassment. 'I should have phrased that better..'

The slayer would look up at the demon, and through his blurry eyes filled with tears he could just barely see him snickering and mocking him as he sat there bleeding out, and just minutes away from death.

Takumi would be sitting on a log and would be eating the last piece of the slayer's body, he would lick the arm and chew into it. "Who knew human meat tasted so good.." He would use his sharp nails as a toothpick to get small pieces of meat in between his teeth.

[Host has killed and eaten a slayer, +5 sp into every stat and a blade.]

"Oh yeah, I almost forgot about that..I also still have that blood exp quest still ongoing." A Nichirin blade would appear before him, an azure blue hue could be seen on the blade and its razor-sharp edges were something dangerous. "Wow, so I can use my own blade now!" He would grab the saya for the blade and would sheathe it.

Takumi would stand before a tree and would practice with his blade, with his strength he could effortlessly swing the sword around as that was not a problem but the only problem was that he didn't know how to properly use a sword. "So uh, do I just swing fast?" He would clutch the Tsuka of the blade and would swing it around with terrifying swiftness, the sharp blade would leave deep slice marks into the bark of the tree.

"I think that's enough for today," Takumi would say as he would sheathe the blade and just wanted to rest before the sun started to rise. "I'll start that blood exp quest tomorrow." He would find a small abandoned home that was quite dusty and old, but he didn't mind. "I'm surprised to find such a home out here in this deep forest, but when life gives you lemons~" He would head inside and rest under the roof where the sunlight couldn't reach him.
