What I didn't possess

Chap.1

Beautiful In White

Everyone was rejoicing about the announcement of the coming of the CEO's son who shall take possession of the organization. Enthusiasm could be noticed in everyone's eyes who at the celebration were getting all drunk, testing themselves to their maxima.

How cruel the world is? The individual who was the reason for the festival was renounced, totally lost in his own feelings. Screams could be heard from his chest to run away and never come back to this community.

It wasn't his fault for there was none to pay attention to him whom he really craves or who he expects to be. His destiny was not his as it was already determined by his father and another rich family.

Jack always tried to keep a smile on his face but it was getting to its limits that he wanted to burst up and end up crying out loud.

He fiddled with his empty glass of wine, how he was delivering attention to the glass when it was full of wine but playing with it when it had nonentity.

His father waved at him to come over, he was anticipating his father to acquaint him to another set of wealthy exhausting people.

He desired some sparkle, something that will make him motivated to keep going his awful life.

Otherwise, he was getting all fed up, he believed there was nothing breathtaking about life and that he will immerse himself into his own immense struggles.

"Son meet Mr and Mrs Dawsons", his father said proudly showing off his influence towards people.

" Good to come across you at last Mr and Mrs Dawsons, I have listened about you guys plenty from my father", I flashed a smile extending my hand for a handshake.

"The satisfaction is all our son", he said replying to my handshake.

The air was suffocating me so I pardoned myself and stepped out of the enormous room where the celebration was going on. I should thank my father for borrowing the place which was gladly next to the sea. The air was soothing which I was sure that I couldn't get inside that stuffy room.

Oh, how it caressed my body, consoling me that I would be able to keep up. The night view was spectacular, the moon shone above the sea making the water gleam with its light. The faded sound of the waves gushing to my ears and the endless view of the blue makes me want to explore what's beyond.

I was so immersed in the scenery that I didn't note that just a few lengths away there was a girl standing and smiling towards the sea. I don't know if it was the sea that made me think like that but the girl was gorgeous. She contained dark black hair which shone as the moonlight fell on it.

Her seemingly delicate skin that glowed like the moonlight, her plump lips that made her face even more desirable and the last but not the least her exceptionally stunning brown eyes.

I was so spellbound in checking her out that it was about time that I caught a glimpse of one of my father's men who was calling out for me. I was quite disappointed, I didn't want to let go of that girl without knowing her not because she was truly beautiful but to ask that how a girl like her is able to smile like that when clearly her eyes held more pain than me and it was the final time of that day I took a look of her lovely eyes.
