AT FIVE-STAR PUB

AT AARON'S OFFICE:

"Aaron! Everyone is dying to make a deal with Mr. Hiroshi, but he is dying to make a deal with our company!" Erik said.

"I don't feel comfortable when he is around, I mean he always comes with a translator", Aaron replied.

"Come on man, he is Japanese, in order to talk with you obviously he needs a translator", Erik replied.

"Yes, Aaron, I agree with Erik, you ought to give him a chance.", Henry said.

Elin was about to leave when he said to Henry and Aaron, "Guys I am going to the five-star pub, would you like to join me?"

"Why are you going there? At that pup only gold diggers come, there is no need to go", Aaron said.

"Ha-ha I will go and ask the girls to gold-dig me", Elin laughed.

Henry and Aaron first got shocked then laughed, "Well, I was kidding", Elin added.

"Well, there are two investors, they called me and gave me the address of that pub, I am just being curious about that place, I will stay there for a little while, will get a drink, will ask those to investors pay for it, and then I will leave, without making any deal", Elin said.

"Sometimes you behave childishly", Henry said.

"Elin I am really worried about Luna; her behavior was so strange and the way she was glancing at Aaron's house looked so weird.

"Do you know where she is right now? She is at the five-star pub, how does she get the money to visit these spots? Elin asked.

"Well, I gave her money", Alayah replied.

"Girl! She cannot enter that pub with such a small amount of money", Elin said.

"She went to a party Elin, obviously her friend will pay for it!", Alayah replied while eating the chocolate.

"Why are you so innocent? Stand up!" Elin said.

"What happened?" Alayah asked.

"Can't you see this girl has her head in the clouds? Elin said.

"I know but what can we do?" Alayah asked.

"Let's go to that pub, we will stalk her! We will see what she is actually doing there", Elin said.

"Okay let's go, the house is suffocated, I need fresh air too", Alayah said and stood up.

"And I need new faces, new places, come with me I will give you a stunning dress, and we will get ready and leave", Elin said and walked towards the room.

"But my dress is looking fine", Alayah said.

AT FIVE-STAR PUB:

Elin and Alayah entered the pub, people were dancing, drinking, and talking. From a distance they saw Luna who was seated between two elderly men and a young girl.

"Elin, I will kill this girl", Alayah shouted but Elin tried to control her. Erik entered the pub as well.

"Elin! the males are eighty years old! By eighty I mean eighty! Alayah shouted but due to the loud music, Elin didn't hear.

Suddenly Elin saw Erik who was searching for the investors, she immediately hid and asked Alayah to go and stop Luna.

"Elin! come with me instead of hiding, it was your plan after all!", Alayah said.

"Alayah, my girl please try to understand I don't want Erik to know that I am here", Elin replied.

"But why? it is just a pub", Alayah replied.

"No! it's not just a pub, gold diggers come here, they meet with rich people, people give them cards, and so on, come on you are mature enough to understand", Elin said.

"What the hell are you talking about? Why my sister is here then?" Alayah shouted again.

Alayah rushed towards Luna, soon Erik observed her because she was the only lady at the party who was not talking, dancing, or drinking but rushing.

Alayah stood in front of Luna, pretended to smile, and said, "Oh my dear sister you are here, I can't believe don't you know how much I missed you".

"What are you doing here?" Luna tried to smile.

"My lovely sister, let me sit with you please, I am getting bored", by saying this she seated with Luna.

"So do you come here daily?" Alayah asked with a fake smile.

"No, sometimes… Lisa and I… just today", Luna replied.

"I will kill you both", Alayah whispered and soon realized that one of the men was looking at her, "Oh sorry I forgot to introduce myself, I am Luna's elder sister, and you might be Lisa's father", Alayah said.

"What?" The man shouted.

"Oh Mr. Bernard, my sister is such a joker. Please calm down; she often barks", Luna replied.

Erik was still observing them, he was unable to listen to whatever they were talking about, but the only thing he saw was that Alayah was laughing for no reason.

"Yes, yes, get up Luna! before I murder you because I am such a comedian and sometimes people do die due to my jokes", Alayah said with a fake smile.

"Come on, sister", Luna said.

"Get up!" Alayah lost her patience and yelled.

She stood up and went outside with Alayah, where Elin was waiting for them.

"I'll rip you up when we get home", Alayah said.

"Just look at your dress"', Elin shouted.

"I am done! I can't take this anymore, I am so sick of it", Luna said.

"Just shut up, I will call mom and will tell her whatever you did today", Alayah tried to warn her.

"You have made me feel ashamed and embarrassed, you have disgraced me, do you have any idea, they will never invite me, I managed to get away from my mother, but you are worse", Luna said.

"Elin! ask her to shut up or else I'll start beating her on the road", Alayah shouted.

THE NEXT MORNING, AT A LANGUAGE LEARNING INSTITUTION:

Alayah was busy in taking notes.

"Let me remind you about the event, the event is organized by Japanese, you will be able to put what you've learned so far into practice, don't miss the chance", the teacher announced.

Alayah was still busy writing something.

"Okay Alayah?" the teacher asked.

"Sorry ma'am I can't, I have to go to my cooking class, work afterward, and complete my homework at night", Alayah replied.

"You are right, I will come, I will definitely come", Alayah replied.

Alayah was cleaning the kitchen, she cleaned the countertop and put the used tissue papers in the dustbin, she saw a jar in the dustbin, she took that jar and there were cookies inside it, with the jar there was a sticky note, and was written,

"I said I don't want anything on the countertop".

"How could he do so? I put a lot of effort while baking these cookies", she shouted.

"Miss Alayah", Aaron said soon after entering the kitchen.

"Mr. Aaron? What are you doing here?" Alayah asked.

"This is my house! What is it to you?" Aaron asked.

"But…", Alayah tried to say something.

"Miss Alayah, don't shout again, and yes don't ask me such questions", he said.

"Okay I will not, but you threw the cookies in the trash. Food is a blessing; if you don't like it, let me know and I'll feed it to the birds", Alayah said.

"Well, do what you want, but don't do it in my garden!" Aaron replied and left.

"Huh, even birds will not come here", Alayah said.

"And yes", Aaron came back and said, "There is no need to prepare dinner because I will be working from home today and will leave in the evening.", Aaron said.

"Ok then I will clean the house and will leave after that", Alayah said.

"No, I hate noise", he replied, "You can leave at this time and do whatever you want tomorrow", he added and left.

"He ought to have told me beforehand, I paid money to travel here and he now wants me to leave", Alayah murmured and left.

AT AARON'S HOUSE (EVENING):

"Mr. Hiroshi is learning the English language just because you don't like that translator, can you believe it?" Erik said while sitting on one of the couches in the yard.

"Ha-ha, yesterday he sent me an email and it was in English, I was so poorly typed, I thought it might be that translator, but I am impressed if he himself typed that email", Aaron replied.

"He has organized a Japanese event tonight, and invited us", Erik informed.

"Yes, I was thinking about skipping that event but he personally invited, and I could not refuse", Aaron said.

"He just loves your company", Erik said.

Aaron took a sip from his coffee, and after a while, he asked, "How was last night?"

"I liked the investors, they have money, and they are interested in investing", Erik said.

"That is great", Aaron said.

"But you were right, I saw a number of gold diggers, you should never go there, even I will not go there again", Erik said.

"Ha-ha, thank God I have a friend, who visits forbidden places to determine whether they are suitable for me or not", Aaron said.

"However, Aaron, we both need to go to the event, so get ready!" Erik said.
