Chapter 21:

The next day in the mountain Xiao Ren was already training. As Xiao Ren just breakthrough to 8th layer yesterday night Xiao Ren was adjusting to his increase in strength and feel satisfied to himself after he use the Raging Tiger Fist to smash a tree to pieces.

"I can already control my power" Xiao Ren said with a smile while clenching his fist "Now to prepare for the Three Cities Hunting Competition I will need a weapon to use" Xiao Ren said before he sat to the ground.

"I don't have much knowledge in using weapon but I don't think I can always win if I just use my body to fight someone who use a weapon" Xiao Ren thought while staring at the sky. As Xiao Ren thinking what weapon he want to use "according to the books that I have read the first weapon that was used by a human was a rod, but I already try to use it and it didn't really have to much effect in my battle strength, so I guess a rod was not suitable for me" Xiao Ren murmured as he thought about his first fight to a wild beast while using a rod.

Xiao Ren was having a hard time in deciding what weapon should he use and decided to go to city to find a weapon forger as he also wants to use the rare metal that he bought in the city when he came with Xiao Xing er and Xiao Xi.

After Xiao Ren decided what to do, Xiao Ren stand up and start walking down to the mountain before getting out to the clan to go to the White Lily City.

Xiao Ren walk for about half an hour before he enter the city. after entering the city Xiao Ren start walking to go to a weapon smith but suddenly realized that he don't know where it was, "Uhmm excuse me mister" Xiao Ren said as he stop someone that looked like a mercenary in the street to ask.

"What" the mercenary said with a frown while looking at Xiao Ren.

"Ahh do you know where a shop that sells and forge a weapon here in the White Lily City" Xiao Ren said calmly as he stared at the man.

"Kid do I look like a man who answered a question because you ask to?" The man said irritated as he was stop by someone just to ask him.

Xiao Ren frown when he heard the man but his face also turned normal before taking 10 bronze coins and give it to the man before saying "Now can you answer my question"

The mercenary take the coins before he explained the where the Weapons seller and forger to Xiao Ren before leaving.

Seeing the man answer his questions and left, Xiao Ren shook his head while thinking 'my past memory seems to be pretty useful' the reason Xiao Ren give the man a coins is because he remember that his past self read that if you give someone a money after asking someone you don't know that man will immediately answer your question.

Xiao Ren then understand why the mercenary answer even though he seem angry at first and suddenly change his attitude when he was given a money is because if just answering a question will get you a money who wouldn't answer it to have an easy money.

Xiao Ren then start walking to the direction the mercenary pointed. Xiao Ren continue to walk to find the shop that sells and forge a weapon for about 20 minutes before he arrived. At the sign board in front of the shop has a two hammer that made a cross sign.

After staring at the shop for a while Xiao Ren enter the door and saw many weapons hanging in the wall or was place in the shelf, there were many weapons in different type like a sword, saber, spear and axe and many other.

Xiao Ren looked around the shop but doesn't saw someone so he just check the weapon that was display at the shop. As Xiao Ren was checking the weapon he wants to use, a middle age man came out on the door inside the shop and saw Xiao Ren looking at the weapon.

"Kid are you hear to buy a weapon?" The middle aged man said while looking at Xiao Ren.

"Ahh no I want to have a personal forge weapon" Xiao Ren said before turning around to look at the middle aged man. The middle aged man is tall and has a broad shoulder and a scar on his left cheek with a short beard on his face.

"Hmmm what type of weapon? and you know It is pretty pricey to request to have a personally made weapon" The middle aged man said as his brow lift up when he heard Xiao Ren.

"Ahh I still don't know what weapon I want but if you can forge me a weapon I want you to add this metal to it" Xiao Ren said with embarrassment before taking out a metal on his sleeve. The metal is the one he bought in the old man with the white stone and red tile back then, the metal has a size of his fist and he also try to test its durability and decided that he wants to add it to his weapon.

"Haah are you kidding me you still didn't know what type of weapon? wait that is a black meteorite ore that was a little stronger than the fine steel" The middle aged man said while looking at the fist size black metal in Xiao Ren's hand.

"So this is called black meteorite ore huh..." Xiao Ren murmured wile looking at the metal in his hands "Mister how much is the price if I request you to make me a weapon with this black meteorite ore" Xiao Ren said while looking at the middle aged man..

"Brat you don't even know what type of weapon you want and you are already asking that" the middle aged man said while looking at Xiao Ren "well it depends on what type of weapon and the materials that I will use to determine the price" the middle aged man explained

"Uhh haha" Xiao Ren let an awkward laugh when he heard the middle aged man before he turned to look at the weapon to decide what type he will use.

The Middle Aged Man saw Xiao Ren turning to look at the weapon again before he give an advice "If you choose a weapon now, you shouldn't just use your eyes to choose a weapon because if you want to master a weapon it can't be done half hearted"

Xiao Ren heard the advice and he expressed his thanks to the middle aged man before closing his eyes to feel what weapon suited him.

After the middle aged man saw Xiao Ren close his eyes he turn around and leave with a smile on his face.

After Xiao Ren close his eyes and calm his mind, images of different weapon appear on his mind and he decided to feel what will be the most suitable for him. As Xiao Ren was seeing different weapon in his mind, he tried to remember what are the characteristics of the weapon the saber is tyrannical and has 8 basic moves, spear is for it's long attack, sword is valiant. As Xiao Ren was feeling the weapons in his mind he suddenly saw a shadow that shows the movement on how to use the spear, saber, sword, hammer, axe and other types of weapons but as he was watching the movement of the shadow he only felt a closeness to one of the shadow he was watching and the weapon use by that shadow was a sword.

While in Xiao Ren's mind it was a long time in reality he close his eyes for only half an hour before he open his eyes and decided to choose the sword as his weapon "So a sword huh" Xiao Ren murmured and suddenly feel that he was clutching in his hand aside from the black meteorite ore.

Xiao Ren looked at it and saw a sword in his hand "What... did I subconsciously pick it when I decided to use sword?" Xiao Ren was shock at first before his lips curled up.

In the counter of the shop the middle aged man said "So have you decided what weapon you will use?" The middle aged man was shocked even though his voice didn't show it as he really didn't expect the boy he gave advice how to pick a weapon to have a rare moment like sudden enlightenment this easily as he observe Xiao Ren suddenly walk ad pick a sword and hear a sound that wouldn't be easily heard if you didn't focus on it.

"Yeah, I want a sword to be made for me" After hearing the middle aged man's word Xiao Ren turned to looked at him before he said with a nod while letting out a smile and determined expression on his face.
