CHAPTER VII: Disdainfulness of Cephas

Cephas swims out of the bricks in the water and he is filled with anger. There are many gunshots firing above and Cephas wants nothing but to join and shoot the hell out of those rebels. He grabs the machine guns and again climbs out and immediately shooting directly where the bomb throwing rebel was. He soon noticed that the rebels had moved from the spot and were focusing on the soldiers. The battle looked very serious with the rebels giving it their all. Cephas climbs out and is on the ground now. ''Commander, you can not be in the middle of a battle ground, you might get shot!'' said Razor through the communication object. ''Shut up Razor, I know what I'm doing'' Cephas shouted back through the communication object amidst the gun fire. Cephas looks where the rebels are and also starts aiming his shots at them. The rebels are losing because of how advanced the alien soldiers are, but the rebels are not giving up, in fact that is the last thing in their minds, they will not surrender though they are seeing some of them are dying and their numbers are decreasing drastically. True fact is that they are resisting more when they are even decreasing in number. Then one rebel comes running toward the alien soldiers, they notice this and start shooting at him, when he is about to reach them, he is shot in the head but then suddenly blows up big time near them and it kills some alien soldiers. This makes them realize that the rebels are not all going to be killed by just shooting at them.

''Bring out the machine! These idiots will have to die brutally if that is what they want'' said Razor in his communication device but we don't know who he is telling and it is definitely not Cephas. The shooting continues and as time goes on, the shooting intensifies and the odds don't seem to be going anywhere. I am starting to question how they defeated the whole world in the first place. Something was up. Back to the battle, we suddenly see an alien jet flying over Cephas and to the rebels then it suddenly drops a spherical object on the rebels and it also blows up very big time which kills almost half of them. This seemingly weakens the power of the rebels and the alien soldiers see this as an advantage and and run straight to their fighting territory and presumably kill every single one of them. Though these rebels were persistent and powerful, they had no tactics. This made them weak and vulnerable. Cephas realized that the alien soldiers had won and called them all to the drones. They were going back to the east, all the soldiers went to the drone and they left the dead ones in the desert. Cephas had done it, he had killed all the rebels but there is one thing. If he went back there and found the same rebels, they would not hesitate to draw another war against him, and this time, he knew there would be a lot of them and defeating them would be really hard. The drones took off as soon as all the survived soldiers entered.

Cephas and his soldiers finally reached the east of Africa what used to be known as Rwanda, where they resided. Goblin was waiting for them at the drone parking. When they get out, Goblin quickly realizes that they did not fight an easy battle and that they had killed the humans they found there. ''King Asgard has been trying to reach you commander Cephas'' said Goblin after looking at him for some seconds. ''I do acknowledge that you are wet and dirty, must have been hard for you Cephas. You really look like you are from a world war'' said Goblin, ''you know Goblin, this has become my territory and I am the one that should be nagging you around before I get you crippled, so stop nagging me you understand?'' said Cephas in a warning voice to Goblin, ''yes commander, I understand'' Goblin said answering him and giving him a bad look as he entered the castle. Cephas went to the control room and he contacted the king to hear what he has to say to him. The king was reached and his hologram, ''Cephas you moron! You senile bastard! What did I tell you about not engaging in wars? You imbecile!'' the king shouted. ''Listen Asgard, I rule this place. This is my territory! I will do whatever I want with it! And I am sick and tired of you running your mouth about how I run my leadership! So shut up!'' shouted Cephas back. ''How dare you call me by my name, I can destroy if I want to so stop talking back and listen to your king's orders you moron'' said the king in a warning voice. ''And what if I don't huh? What if I don't obey your stupid rules? Are you going to send soldiers to raid me? I promise you if your soldier steps foot on this axis I am going to decapitate them and send back the head and that is a threat!'' Cephas also said to the king in a warning voice.

''You are threatening me aren't you? I will not attack you or even send a soldier into your axis. If I want to kill you, I will come there myself and finish yo off you coward. If I wish to kill you I WILL DO IT MY SELF'' the king said this angrily and he hanged up the call. ''Let me see him try!'' Cephas said while grinding his teeth angrily. ''You should really start working on your respect issues, that is our king for fuck's sake, he is the one who helped us conquer this planet and defeat humans, without him our race wouldn't even be existing anymore!'' Goblin says as he enters the control room. ''I don't care about any of that! This is my territory and you should be acknowledging it!'' shouted Cephas. ''You do believe that if the king wanted to finish you he would come here and do it himself'' clarified Goblin, ''are you trying to get yourself killed? You are getting on my nerve Goblin'' shouted Cephas angrily. ''I am not trying to get myself killed for fuck's sake, I am trying to warn about the dangers of the hate you are bringing to yourself because of the pride you have. You would not have been who you are today if it wasn't for the king. You should be showing some respect!'' exclaimed Goblin. ''What you just said is absolute buncombe! Can't you see what that king is trying to do you blind fool! I am trying to do what is best for this territory. And no one should dare to stand in my way! Even you Goblin'' shouted Cephas angrily to Goblin. ''After all the battles we led and fought together, this is what is going to make you feel high?'' said Goblin. ''That is why I am not killing you! Because you are my intelligent tail Goblin, this kingdom needs you and you also need it you understand?'' said Cephas disrespectfully. ''Enough!'' yelled Nova out of nowhere. ''This kingdom needs to be rebuilt! Not to host some stupid fights that you can not even control'' Nova yelled again looking at them.

Back to the prison where Daniel was thrown in, they are having their lunch and thee speaker turns on. ''Humans who have been gathered here, today we celebrate the first month anniversary of the day we conquered this entire planet in a matter of just a week. Now if you are listening to this, you have either been captured as a survivor or you are over hearing this in your little hidey hole. I want to tell you that if you are hiding in a hidey hole, we will find and we will capture you too. For the already captured, your commanders will be telling you what is up'' the speaker then turned off. ''That must be a message to the whole world'' said Daniel. ''Well whatever that is, we are finally going to know what these aliens are going to use us for'' said Craig, ''they could make us lab rats if they wanted to'' said Yoshida, ''we are about to know'' said Craig. Then after some minutes, an alien enters where they are which we can identify as commander Waska. ''Hello humans, as you just heard in a moment, you are the survivors who have been captured from here. Now there is a reason the soldiers who captured you didn't kill you. As you have noticed, earth is the new home for our race and there is a reason we chose the planet earth. This planet was subjected to disastrous bombs and it needs rebuilding. That is right, you are going to be used as slaves''. The crew and the rest start looking at each other surprised of the bomb the commander just dropped on them. ''Now, today is the news day, tomorrow is work time, so be ready, you will be working in the Sydney region with the others who were captured'' commander Waska said this and left the room. ''I did not see that coming!'' said Daniel, ''it would have been a great idea if they just made us lab rats'' said Craig. ''And the way they are just telling this to us shows that we are very helpless'' said Yoshida. ''Guys we are talking about forced labor, by the aliens. We don't have an escape plan or anything. And even if we did, the only place to hide to is in space at the new planet'' said Craig matter of factly. ''This is not going to be fun'' said Nate and they all looked at him with a-who said it was going to be fun-look. ''Guys, this is the fate we have been waiting for, we have to face it since we cannot escape it'' said Nate, ''you are making it sound like it was our dream to be slaves!'' exclaimed Gabe.

We travel to the European axis, Hemsin and Brakul are in a casual meeting with the chiefs of the areas in Europe because the administration system was based on chiefs of areas. A chief was given a former country and they were also obliged to make their systems of administration. Hemsin's security soldier comes into the room and tells Hemsin something. ''I will be right back, the king is contacting me, Brakul, you can keep the meeting going, I have to go'' Hemsin says this as he stands up and gets out of the room to go to the control room to answer the call. He reaches there and the call is answered, a hologram of the king appears. ''Hemsin, you need to talk to Cephas!'' said the king, ''what do you mean, what did he do?'' asked Hemsin surprised of the king's demand. ''He has become so proud of himself that he is killing the human survivors on his axis, we need his axis also developed!'' yelled the king. ''King Asgard, you know he is my nemesis. I probably am the last person he wants to talk to. Maybe me talking to him will make him angrier and he will kill more'' said Hemsin. ''Then what should we do? Do you want me to finish him off and give the African axis to another commander?'' shouted the king. ''No...'', ''then go fuckin' talk to him'' the king interrupted Hemsin before he finished as he only wanted an answer between yes or no. ''Look Hemsin, you are one of my most serious commanders, I need you with this, I don't want to kill Cephas myself and you know I can do it. So help him, he does not know what he is playing with, and I know you can convince him not to be stupid!'' said the king as he hanged up and Hemsin was left to decide if he needed or had to save Cephas though he knew Cephas was hard to get to be understanding. He brushed it off and went back to the meeting probably scheduling the call for tomorrow.

The next day, he crew and the rest of the humans in that prison are woken up very early in order to be taken to the work place. ''Guys we should stick together, you never know when one may come up with a plan'' said Nate, ''a plan to do what?'' asked Gabe still having his nose stitched. ''You know, to escape maybe'' said Nate. ''Remove any thought of trying to escape, we have to accept what is coming for us, and it is of course slavery'' whispered Craig, ''shut up guys, the alien is here'' said Yoshida as commander Waska entered. ''Good morning humans, today is the day your fate falls upon you, you will accept it no matter what. You are one of the first human group to start being enslaved today. We are very happy for that. Now this is how its going to go. Your first job is to modify the Sydney Opera House, Queen Victoria Building, Sydney Tower Eye Observation Deck, Anzac Memorial, Woolloomooloo Wharf, St Patrick's Church, The Calyx and the UTS Dr. Chau Chak Wing Buildings. Now, you will be packed in the drone and taken by it to the destination of your work place right after the showers, no breakfast today humans! hahahaha now if you'll excuse me, I have some functions to fulfill'' said commander Waska as he walked out. ''How does he know all those places?'' said Yoshida, ''probably read books or already knew them that is for sure!'' said Daniel as they headed to the showers. ''What did he mean no breakfast? That is absolutely absurd! What if someone dies out there? Surely they want us to starve to death'' said Gabe, ''they want us to suffer to death, they will love every single second of human suffering'' said Nate. ''You know, I used to think if aliens came on earth, they would be friends with us and even help us build a better world, but after attending history class, I knew that would not be possible. We can not even be friends among us, we just fight with each other, create viruses and kill each other, man what a world'' said Craig. ''We are going to die here guys, on earth. This is when it just dawned on me'' said Yoshida.

''Well I don't mean to be arrogant but some of us have families that we know are trying to do everything in their power to rescue their loved ones'' said Daniel, ''though he is realistically being arrogant, he has a point, us who don't have someone looking out for us have the lowest chance of survival'' said Craig sadly. ''Well first of all, I am not being arrogant and second, we are all capable of surviving, we will just hope and wait for something to come up. It will all be fine we just have to trust ourselves and the Power Above'' said Daniel, ''do you really believe there is a Power up Above?'' asked Gabe. ''I don't know about your beliefs, but looking at how everything is just perfectly in place in this universe, there has to be a Creator'' said Craig as they all walked into the showers. When they were done. They dressed up as prisoners and went into the drone handcuffed. The drone started and then it took off. They first flew to the Sydney opera house, when they reached there, the drone landed and an alien soldier came to the part of the drone where prisoners were being kept and coincidentally grabbed all the crew and a few more humans and were taken out of the drone then put at the destroyed Sydney opera house. They find many other captured humans who used to be in the army. These people didn't know about how aliens divided the earth among themselves, they would have to learn about it in the coming days.

We travel back to the African axis, Cephas is looking out the window and watching as some of the captured survived humans are doing their work and then the door opens. Cephas looks behind and sees that it is Goblin who just entered. ''What the hell do you want Goblin?'' asked Cephas angrily. ''Well Cephas, seems like your friend, or should I say nemesis is trying to contact you'' said Goblin calmly. ''You mean Hemsin?'' asked Cephas, ''yes sir, I mean commander Hemsin'' answered Goblin calmly again. ''What could that idiot want this time. We meet nowhere, or does he just want some other stupid competition again. Let's go, I will answer that call'' said commander Cephas as he went out of the room and started going to the control room. When they reached the control room, an alien put Hemsin's hologram on view and went out of the room immediately. ''What do you want Hemsin?'' asked Cephas annoyed by the sudden call by Hemsin. ''Great to see you too Cephas. Now, the king reported to me about your recent behaviour and I thought this was the right time to talk to you, Cephas. Listen, you have to stop. This can't keep going on and if it does keep going on, the king really sincerely said that he was going to kill you himself! And that was a solid warning my friend, you should consider giving some respect to your king. Or else things won't go well for you Cephas'' said Hemsin trying to emphasize. Cephas stayed silent while also looking at the hologram in disgust and anger. ''You hypocritical creature! You have become the king's pet I see. I will tell you this and go tell it to your king because he is no longer MY king. I own this place and I don't follow the rules because I make THEM. I don't want any of you running your mouth on how I should rule my axis. So shut up and mind your own AXIS'' said Cephas angrily. ''Suit yourself then Cephas. You have no idea of what's coming'' said Hemsin and then he hanged up
