Breakfast in bed <3

"When did I control you or mistreated you?" He asked raising a eyebrow at her.

"I think you are forgetting a lot of things. You literally blackmailed me into getting married to you." Mary said out loud.

"And then-" She continued but was silenced by a kiss on the lips from Damon. His lips met hers and Her face became red. He pulled away gently and then place a finger on her lips and said, "So you didn't have want to marry me at all? Huh?" He grinned seeing her red face. She kept silent and looked away from him. Although it was only a kiss it made her heart beat more than a thousand per second.

"I love you, my love." He said. Mary got off him and quickly hid under the blanket. He chuckled at her response. "I am married to such a child." He sighed sarcastically.

"I'm not a child.." She said coming out from under the blanket. "So, you want to do it?" He whispered in her ear. His hot breath tickled her ear and made her blush. "You! You pervert...." She said.

"Fine, I am going to stop teasing. If I am right, Lucas is holding a party, the day after tomorrow. Do you want to go with me?" He said.

"So, I am allowed to go to parties and not college." Mary said feeling confused.

"Take it or leave it." He said smiling.

"I am going to go with you, duh." She said.

"I am going to sleep. You can go to your own room now." She said going back under the blanket. "You have not had dinner yet." He said. "I don't feel like eating. Now if you will go please." She said knowing he would argue back but to her surprise he didn't and left quietly.

Mary opened the cabinet to get her phone but it wasn't there. She knew who took it. She curled up inside the blanket, very angry with Damon.

The next morning, Mary woke up to breakfast in bed and a bouquet of flowers. She looked up at Damon and hee smiled back.

"Good morning. Miss Linda was not able to come today because of the rain. So I made breakfast for you." Damon said.

"Aw, I haven't brushed yet." She said standing up and walking to the washroom while Damon stared blankly at the now empty bed.

In the washroom, she could hear the sound of rain. She really wanted to go out but Damon probably wouldn't let her. She washed her face with cold water and started brushing her teeth. Afterwards she applied a face mask and brushed her hair. Today wasn't college, so she didn't need to rush but then she thought of the coffee made by Damon getting cold. So she quickly took of the face mask and went outside.

"Good morning and thank you so much." Mary said hugging Damon.

"Be careful. Nice to know you aren't angry anymore." Damon said startled by the sudden hug.

"Hmmm.." She said pulling away and sitting down on the bed. She took the knife and the fork and started eating the pancakes he made for her. They were so soft and fluffy and cooked to perfect. They were just the right amount of sweet. She took a sip of the coffee. She looked at Damon who was staring at her. She took a small piece using the fork and fed it to him.

"Did you not have breakfast?" She said feeding it to him. Damon shook his head in his response when he did so he looked just like Levi to Mary. She started remembering the dream she had and her face tensed up. Was it real or not? Should she take Levi to country C or not? Many questions pondered into her mind but she shook them off and continued eating breakfast.

Later on, Damon had some work to do on his laptop so Nary took a shower and changed clothes. She wore a baggy hoodie and shorts. She then applied coloured lip balm and curled her lashes, as for her hair she tied it in a half ponytail. Her hair only reached to her shoulder now as she had decided to get a haircut.

When she came out Damon was still on his laptop. So she ignored him and went to Levi's room but he wasn't there so she looked around but couldn't find him. At last she asked Damon where was Levi?

"Oh, Levi! Rosie took him to get hot buns." Damon said.

"They went out to get hot buns? That's weird. You let them go out in this rain? I refuse to believe so." Mary said.

"Not just any hot buns, there is a restaurant deep in the mountains very far from the residential areas that sells hot buns only during rainy days." Damon said closing his laptop.

"Seriously? Tell me more." Mary said.

"It's owner is mysterious. It is said that rating it's hot buns is one of the best things in the world. They only open for few hours during rainy days. There is no announcement on any social media platform when its going to open or not. Apparently the recipe is so secret that the person who worked alongside the owner had to kill themselves to keep it a secret. It is said the hot buns have the ability to heal scars." Damon explained.

"I would love to try it some day. How do you know so much about it?" Mary asked wondering.

"Well, believe it or not Levi's mother was a big fan of the hot buns. She would go to the place whenever it would rain. Even though most of the time it wouldn't be open. I guess the love for the hot buns was passed down, Heh." He said.

"Who is Levi's father?" Mary asked. She had wanted to ask this got a long time buy she felt it was wrong to bring up such a sensitive topics but today curiosity got the best of her.
