If that herb was not found then everything would have turned complicated. If they didn't receive the Chiu herb there may be some alternative but it might take longer. I grasp my arms, trembling a bit. I'm like a cat who just killed a few rats while he's towering over me like a lion killing numerous prey.

That damnable protagonist, it feels like he is taking this marriage a bit too much. Scares me to the bone.

Taking a deep breath I smiled back even though he left me a couple of seconds ago. I'm sure I'm not on his bad side and he is not on my good side too. We are constantly watching each other.
