Finally, after what felt like an eternity of walking through the oppressive darkness, the path ahead began to widen. The air lightened, and the shadows around them began to recede.
They emerged from the Pass, stepping out onto a plateau that overlooked a vast, desolate landscape. And there, in the distance, beyond the jagged mountains and barren plains, was their destination—the Black Abyss.
