Darian had worn down the tiger, his strikes precise and relentless, until the beast had no choice but to submit.
With the guardians defeated, the cavern fell silent once more. The orbs of light floated above the dais, their soft glow filling the space with a peaceful, calming energy.
"We've done it," Darian said, his voice filled with both relief and exhaustion.
"But this is only the beginning," Wei Lin replied, her gaze fixed on the orbs. "These are the keys to the final seal. Once we take them, the true challenge will begin."
