Mewtwo Much Power

The episode starts with a helicopter in the air, then it cuts to the inside of it, we see a random Team Rocket agent flying it, and next to the agent is a person in an orange suit, a red tie with brown hair.

"We're almost to Cerulean Cave, Giovanni, sir." The agent said.

The mysterious person with the orange suit is revealed to be Giovanni from earlier. The leader of Team Rocket.

"Excellent. If the rumors are true, the strongest Pokémon should be in that cave!" Giovanni said with an evil grin on his face. "I shall have control over it, and then I will become the strongest trainer of them all!"

"Sir, shall we send in more agents to help us? How about Cassidy, Butch, and Mondo?" The grunt suggested.

Giovanni growls. "Those three are nothing but complete fools! They failed to succeed with Operation Moon Stone, I cannot trust those idiots with this important mission!"

"Very well, sir." The agent responded.

The helicopter continues taking off to Cerulean Cave with Giovanni staring outside. "Soon… you will be mine."

It cuts to inside this cave where a bipedal, humanoid mysterious Pokémon with their eyes closed. It has some feline features complete with a long tail, two short, blunt horns, and a tube that extends from the back of its skull to the top of its spine, bypassing its neck. All of the sudden, the Pokémon all of the sudden open their eyes to reveal their purplish eyes.

The title screen shows.

"Mewtwo Much Power!"

It cuts to the gang walking on a random path, still trying to get to Vermilion City while lost.

"Our heroes continue the path to Vermilion City, but it seems like they're still lost. Let's hope nothing distracts them this time!"

Jessie's stomach growls as she blushes in embarrassment. "Looks like I'm hungry."

"If you're suggesting that we should take a lunch break, I am not all for it! We have to keep moving to Vermilion City!" Domino suggested.

Meowth crosses his arms. "Are we even going the right way?"

"I don't know, let's ask the person with the useless map!" Domino shoots a glare at James.

"Hey, my map is not useless, thank you very much!" James yelled. "Look, we're lost and we're just going to have to deal with it!"

Jessie's stomach growls louder. "Can we have a lunch break now?"

Domino sighs in response. "Fine, but can we have it next to a river or something? I need to see water once in a while."

Meowth raises an eyebrow. "And why should we have it next to a river?"

"Because I love the water!" Domino responded.

"I don't care what place we have it, I just want to eat now!" Jessie yelled.

It cuts to the gang setting up a picnic next to a river and finishing setting up the picnic.

Jessie starts rubbing her hands together in delight. "Alright James, what do you have cooking this time for us?"

James thinks. "I was thinking about delicious hamburgers or hot dogs, either one works!"

"Oh, hamburgers!" Jessie shouted out.

"Hot dogs!" Meowth also shouted.

"Alright, both it is!" James sets his grill up and begins cooking.

Meanwhile, Domino is fishing in the river, hoping to catch a Pokémon soon. "I really hope I can catch a new water-type Pokémon soon!"

"I mean you're lacking water types recently with Clefairy and Bulbasaur and you call yourself a water-type trainer," Meowth smirks while eating his hot dog.

Domino growls in frustration. "Jessie, shut your Meowth's trap!"

Jessie is too busy eating her hamburgers. "These hamburgers are so great!"

Domino groans in annoyance. "Of course, you're too busy eating."

Domino's fishing pole starts moving as Domino perks up. "Hey, I got something!" She reels in her fishing rod as the Pokémon lands out of the water.

"Poliwag!" The Pokémon starts looking around in fear as it falls directly to the ground.

"Aww, it's a cute little Poliwag!" Domino says while adoring the Poliwag.

"Adorable indeed!" James added.

"I think I saw one before with those sisters, yet I haven't identified it with my Pokédex." Jessie pulls out her Pokédex from her purse to identify the Pokémon.

"Poliwag, a water-type Pokémon. Its newly grown legs prevent it from running. It appears to prefer swimming rather than trying to stand."

"So that's why it's currently sitting," Jessie says while scratching her head.

"Time to catch it!" Domino pulls out a Poké Ball from her pocket. "Bulbasaur, I'm counting on you!" She sends Bulbasaur into battle.

"Bulbasaur!"

"Poliwag!" The Pokémon looks frightened as it starts shaking.

"Alright Bulbasaur, Razor Leaf!"

Bulbasaur used Razor Leaf right at the Poliwag as the move was a direct hit, damaging Poliwag a lot.

"Poké Ball go!" Domino throws a Poké Ball right at the Poliwag.

The Poké Ball strikes Poliwag as the Pokémon goes in. The Poké Ball shakes once, or twice, but unfortunately for Domino, the Poliwag breaks out of the Poké Ball and quickly dives back into the water to get away.

Domino falls in disbelief. "No! I was so close to having a new water type on my team!" She starts pouting and recalls Bulbasaur back to its Poké Ball.

"Stop being a baby, Domino, you catch some, you don't," Meowth says as he goes back to eating hot dogs.

"Domino, stop focusing more on Pokémon and focus more on eating right now," Jessie says, stuffing her face with hamburgers.

"Yeah, they're really good, don't miss out!" James added.

Domino sighs in frustration, but she agrees as she heads over to the picnic to eat.

Meanwhile, it cuts to underwater in the river as we see a Squirtle swimming around happily, however, Squirtle sees the same Poliwag from earlier swimming in fear as the Pokémon swims up to the Poliwag.

"Squirtle?"

(Translation) "What's wrong?"

"Poliwag! Poliwag!

(Translation) "Mean trainers tried to catch me! One of them used a Bulbasaur on me and hurt me badly!"

Poliwag directs its head to the surface of where the gang is. The Squirtle starts glaring in anger. It cuts back to the gang who are still currently eating from their picnic.

"Wow James, these are good!" Domino says cheerfully while eating hamburgers and hot dogs. "You really know how to cook!"

James rubs his head in embarrassment. "Aw Domino, I just like cooking sometimes."

"Jimmy, I dare you to tell us your secret ingredient!" Meowth grins.

"A cook doesn't tell anyone their secret ingredient!" James responded.

As the gang continues to eat, the Squirtle peaks its head out of the water from the river and shoots a Water Gun at them as they get sprayed with water.

Jessie looks at her hamburger and sees that it was completely soaked now and gasped. "MY HAMBURGER!"

James falls onto his knees in sadness. "My cooking is wasted!"

Meanwhile, Domino was coughing up water. "Don't ever drink river water…"

Meowth immediately takes his claws out. "Alright, who did that?!"

Jessie looks around and sees the Squirtle in the river. "Hey, is that a Squirtle?!" She immediately takes out her Pokédex.

"Squirtle, a water-type. After birth, its back swells and hardens into a shell. Powerfully sprays foam from its mouth."

The Squirtle in the river looks angry, shooting a glare at them.

"EEP! This Squirtle really doesn't look happy at us." James pointed out.

"I don't care, it ruined my lunch, so I'm catching this Squirtle no matter what!" Jessie takes out a Poké Ball, getting ready to battle it.

Domino pushes Jessie aside with a Poké Ball in hand as well. "Hold it, it's a water type and they're my specialty, if anything, I'm catching this!"

Jessie then pushes Domino aside right back. "You already got your chance to catch a new Pokémon and you completely failed! Also, you already have Bulbasaur and James has Charmander, I'm getting this starter! Elekid, I choose you!" She sends Elekid into battle.

"Elekid!"

"Use Swift, Elekid!"

Elekid uses Swift and the move hits Squirtle while in the river.

Jessie takes out an empty Poké Ball from her purse. "Poké Ball, go!" She throws her Poké Ball toward Squirtle.

However, Squirtle dives underwater and swims away to dodge the Poké Ball that is flying towards it as it sinks to the bottom of the river.

Jessie growls in frustration. "Elekid, Thunder-"

"HOLD IT!" James yelled out, interrupting Jessie's command. "If you use an electric attack in the river, every other Pokémon in the river will be zapped too, not just Squirtle."

"And that's not cool at all!" Domino added.

"Right, water conducts electricity. Drat!" Jessie says as she sees the Squirtle swimming away. She thinks of something quick and then hits the white buttons on her Pokédex.

"What are you doing, Jess?" Meowth asked.

"I'm replacing Butterfree with Gyarados, so I can chase after this thing, I will catch that Squirtle!" Jessie explained.

The three gasped in shock.

"G-Gyarados?!" James says, a little scared. "B-but, that Pokémon is really scary!"

"Jessie, I think you're taking this too far! Just let the Squirtle go." Domino says.

"No way! I will never get an opportunity like this again in a long time!" Jessie says, really determined to catch this Squirtle.

"Please put Butterfree's Poké Ball on the yellow circle of your Pokédex to complete the transaction."

Jessie pulls out Butterfree's Poké Ball and puts it on the yellow circle of the Pokédex. It activates transportation as the Poké Ball disappears for a brief second and then another immediately appears right after.

"Did it work?" Jessie asked, taking the Poké Ball. "This is my first time transporting a Pokémon with my Pokédex."

"Try it out and see for yourself," Domino responded.

"Gyarados go!" Jessie throws the Poké Ball in the air as Gyarados emerges from the Poké Ball and lands in the river which creates a huge splash and soaks the gang.

Jessie coughs up water. "Yep… it works." She hops onto Gyarados. "Come on, hop on!" She tells the others.

Elekid hops onto Jessie's shoulder in delight as the others, James, Domino, and Meowth hesitate at first because they are still scared, but they do get on Gyarados.

"Gyarados, after that Squirtle!" Jessie commanded, pointing in the direction where Squirtle went.

Gyarados roars, dashes in the water, and heads in the direction of where Jessie pointed, as Meowth, James, and Domino scream in fear of Gyarados moving fast.

It cuts to the Squirtle swimming as fast as it can. It sees a strip of land and a cave entrance in the distance. It immediately swims over there. It hops out of the water and immediately goes into the cave.

It cuts to the Team Rocket helicopter from earlier with Giovanni inside, still waiting.

"How close are we to Cerulean Cave?" Giovanni asked the Team Rocket grunt next to him, who is flying the helicopter.

"We're getting closer and closer, we should be there in less than an hour, sir." The grunt answered.

"Good." Giovanni takes a sip of his wine glass. "No one is going to stop my master plan from happening. I will make an already powerful Pokémon more powerful than it already is!" Giovanni grins. He takes another sip of his wine.

It cuts to the gang also arriving at the cave entrance from earlier as they hop off of Gyarados.

"Thank you so much, Gyarados!" Jessie returns Gyarados to its Poké Ball.

"Are you sure the Squirtle went into this cave?" Domino asked.

Jessie nods in response. "I'm positive it did."

James looks on and sees a dead end. "I believe Jessie because there's a dead end, the Squirtle pretty much had no choice."

"Have any of you got some Repels? I don't want any random Pokémon attacking this Meowth!" Meowth says.

That reminds James of something. "Dang it, I forgot to buy some when we were at Cerulean City. Domino do you still have any?"

Domino checks her pockets and bags. She doesn't find any Repels. "No, I must've used all of mine for myself and you guys at Mt. Moon."

"No time to waste. I don't care about having any Repels. The longer we wait, the deeper Squirtle is gonna get in that cave. Let's go!" Jessie enters the cave and the three follow Jessie right behind her.

It cuts to some periscope peeking out the surface of the water of the river, then it cuts underwater to a view of a gigantic Magikarp, but then it's revealed to be a submarine as it cuts to inside of it as Team Rocket was spying on the gang.

"What are those twerps doing?" Cassidy asked, suspicious.

"They're gonna get themselves lost, that's what they're doing!" Butch responded.

"Should we go after them?" Mondo suggested.

Cassidy shakes her head no. "Hell no! We can just wait here, once the twerps come back out from that cave, then we can snatch Meowth from them. I'm not risking getting lost in that cave."

Butch nods in agreement. "I agree with Cassidy. I don't like getting lost in a cave, thank you very much."

"Yeah, we can just wait," Mondo says.

It cuts to the cave where the gang, looking for that Squirtle.

"Do you guys see anything?" Jessie asked.

Domino shakes her head. "No, we don't."

James starts quietly shivering in fear a little. "Jessie, can we go back, please? I don't want to get lost."

"Yeah, it's just a dumb Squirtle! I'm sure you will find another one someday!" Meowth says.

"Rather find one now than later," Jessie responded.

A Pokémon that looks like it has been completely overtaken by the parasitic mushroom on its back, appears in front of our heroes.

"AHH, A BUG!" Domino screams and immediately hides behind Jessie.

Jessie rolls her eyes and pulls out her Pokédex from her purse.

"Parasect, a bug and grass type Pokémon. The evolved form of Paras. A host-parasite pair in which the parasite mushroom has taken over the host bug. Prefers damp places."

"There you go Jessie, you want a new Pokémon, right? Catch that Parasect!" James says in delight.

"Doesn't look like a Squirtle, isn't a Squirtle, so I'll pass," Jessie responded.

James and Meowth both fall in disbelief and then they quickly get back up.

The Parasect immediately crawls away out of view from the gang.

"I-is the disgusting bug Pokémoout of sight?" Domino says, shaking a little from being scared and still hiding behind Jessie.

Jessie sighs. "Yes Domino, the bug Pokémon is gone…"

Domino slowly stops shaking and hiding behind Jessie.

James starts thinking. "Say, Jessie, didn't your Pokédex say that Parasect was an 'evolved form'?"

"Right… it did," Jessie confirmed.

The gang continues to walk deeper into the cave as they once again come across another wild Pokémon in front of them. It's a boulder Pokémon with a round body that is covered with small bumps and it has a rocky crest above its small eyes and mouth.

"Graveler!"

Jessie once more pulls up the Pokédex and points it at the Pokémon that is in front of them.

"Graveler, a rock and ground type Pokémon and the evolved form of Geodude. It rolls down slopes to move. It also rolls over any obstacle without slowing or changing its direction."

"Another evolved form!" James pointed out.

Jessie shakes her head. "Still not a Squirtle, so I'm saving up my Poké Balls."

"Then I'll catch it. Koffing, I choose you!" James sends Koffing into battle with the Graveler. "Tackle!"

Koffing starts dashing toward the Graveler and the Pokémon also dashes towards Koffing, using Tackle as well, but Graveler easily gets the upper hand by tackling Koffing and it faints by one move.

"EEP! Koffing return!" James recalls Koffing back to its Poké Ball.

"Th-that Graveler just defeated Koffing in one move," Domino said, scared.

Meowth starts shaking a little, also scared. "I-I don't think we're supposed to be here. I think these Pokémon are too tough for us!"

"Jessie, let's get out of here quick!" James immediately suggested.

Jessie shakes her head no in response. "I'm not leaving without catching that Squirtle!"

The Graveler starts rolling towards them in anger as the gang scream and runs away as fast as possible.

It cuts back out with Team Rocket still in their Magikarp submarine and looking at the cave entrance with their periscope.

"Still nothing… I think the twerps are actually lost." Cassidy says.

Meanwhile Butch is just reading a comic strip to waste time. "Don't care, better be them than me."

Mondo nods. "Ain't that the truth!"

As Cassidy continues looking through her periscope, a helicopter can suddenly be heard which got Team Rocket's attention.

Butch looks up from his comic strip. "The fuck is that?"

"Sounds like a helicopter," Cassidy responded.

On cue, a helicopter lands on the ground near the cave entrance. It has the big letter R on the side of it, signaling it belongs to Team Rocket.

Cassidy gasps in shock. "There is a red letter R on the helicopter, this belongs to Team Rocket!"

"WHAT?!" Butch and Mondo both said, expressing shock as they immediately also look through the periscope to get a view of the helicopter.

As Team Rocket continues to spy, two Team Rocket grunts get out of the helicopter to open the side door of the helicopter for someone and that was the boss, Giovanni, as he slowly steps out of it.

"THE BOSS!" The Team Rocket trio all say in shock.

It cuts outside on the surface as Giovanni slowly approaches the entrance of the cave.

Giovanni takes a sip of his wine glass. "Everything is ready?"

The two Team Rocket grunts salute the boss. "Yes sir, we have the map of Cerulean Cave and we have pinpointed Mewtwo's location!" One of the grunts says.

Giovanni nods in approval. "Good, let's go then."

Before Giovanni could enter the cave, he heard a noise right behind him and immediately turned around, it was the sound of the Team Rocket trio's Magikarp submarine ascending above the surface.

"What is this?!" Giovanni immediately questioned.

The hatch of the Magikarp opens and the Team Rocket trio reveals themselves to the boss.

"Prepare for trouble!"

"And make it double!"

"To infect the world-"

Giovanni immediately cuts off the trio's motto. "What are you three simpletons doing here?!"

The Team Rocket trio hops onto the ground

"We umm… could ask you the same thing, sir," Cassidy responded.

"I'm here because of a very important mission! A mission that you three can't handle! Don't think I forgot Operation Moon Stone!" Giovanni responded.

The Team Rocket trio immediately nods.

"Yes, sir. We know you didn't forget." Butch says.

"It's pretty much of a coincidence, sir," Mondo responded.

"Mondo is correct, sir. Also, I think you should know that we saw three trainers enter the cave before. They're strong trainers." Cassidy said.

Giovanni thinks for a little bit before responding. "Very well, I guess I could use you three for something. I want you three to go into Cerulean Cave, find those three trainers, and distract them long enough so that they don't interfere with my plans. Do you three get that?"

The Team Rocket trio immediately nods. "Affirmative, sir!" The trio immediately heads into the cave.

"That should get rid of them. Let's go." Giovanni says to the two Team Rocket grunts.

"Yes, sir!" They responded.

Giovanni and the two Team Rocket grunts head into the cave. It cuts to the gang catching their breath after running away from that Graveler from earlier.

"That was a close one. Alright, the search for Squirtle continues!" Jessie starts walking once more, but the others don't follow her as she looks back. "Guys, are you coming?"

"Jessie, I don't know if we can continue this. The Pokémon here are really strong compared to our Pokémon." Domino responded.

"Yeah, don't forget that you already have a great water type, Gyarados!" James added in.

"Let's just turn back before we get lost!" Meowth suggested.

Jessie groans in annoyance. "No! Domino has a Bulbasaur, James has a Charmander, and I want a Squirtle! I don't want to feel left out."

"I offered you Charmander, but you declined the offer!" James replied.

Jessie looks down in sadness. "Because it would've felt wrong if you didn't catch Charmander because you were the only one who actually cared about it."

James couldn't reply, because of how right Jessie was, so he just looks down.

"I don't care if you guys turn back and leave me here alone, but I'm not coming out of this cave without catching that Squirtle!" Jessie continues walking even deeper into the cave.

Domino, James, and Meowth all look at each other as they all feel bad.

"We should… follow her," Domino suggested.

James nods in response. "You're right. Let's go."

"That's right!" Meowth said.

They all sprint off to catch up with Jessie, but oblivious to them that a Pokémon was secretly following them. It was a pink, bipedal Pokémon with mammalian features. It has a rounded, wide snout; triangular ears; and large, blue eyes.

"Mew." It cried as it continued to secretly follow the gang.

It cuts to another part of the cave where the Team Rocket trio is, looking for the twerps in the cave.

Butch angrily growls. "Maybe we should've not made our presence with the boss, now we're probably gonna get lost if we don't find those twerps!"

"We just have to distract those twerps, if we succeed in that, we will definitely get back on the boss' good side!" Cassidy says.

Mondo nods. "Yeah, the boss will definitely appreciate us for this!"

"I'm pretty sure the twerps went this way." Cassidy points in a direction.

"Looks like someone needs to work on their directions more because they went this way." Butch points in a different direction.

"This is why I'm the smart one, they obviously went this way." Mondo also points in a completely different direction.

Cassidy starts yelling. "My direction is the correct one!"

Butch argues back. "Yeah right, I still remember when you got us lost!"

"And I can trust directions with idiots like you!" Mondo snaps back.

As the Team Rocket trio continues arguing, the noise starts waking up the Pokémon nearby as three Pokémon confront them, looking mad at the trio. It was a different Graveler, Parasect, and then the third Pokémon was a large, blue, bat Pokémon with purple wing membranes.

"Looks like we got company!" Cassidy pointed out.

The Team Rocket trio sent out their Pokémon to battle the three wild Pokémon.

"Rattata, Mankey, and Cubone, attack!" The trio commanded.

Rattata, Mankey, and Cubone both lunged at the three wild Pokémon to attack, but the wild Pokémon immediately knocked Team Rocket's Pokémon out with just one move and got flung back to their trainers from impact and immediately fainted.

"RATTATA, MANKEY, CUBONE!" The trio shouted in shock.

"Th-these are some strong Pokémon." Cassidy stuttered.

"We're not supposed to be here!" Mondo says, shaking a little.

"Dammit, why can't we have one of these Pokémon?!" Butch questioned with a shout.

The Graveler starts rolling towards Team Rocket fast as the trio all hug each other in fear. Graveler sends Team Rocket and their fainted Pokémon blasting off in the cave by rolling toward them at high speeds.

"TEAM ROCKET IS BLASTING OFF AGAIN!" Ding!

It cuts to the deepest part of the cave. The mysterious Pokémon from earlier is seen with his eyes closed, but then they slowly open once it hears someone approaching it.

We see Giovanni and the two Team Rocket grunts slowly approaching the Pokémon with a huge grin on his face. "Mewtwo, I had to see it to believe it."

Mewtwo starts using telepathy to communicate with Giovanni. "Who are you and what is your purpose for being here in this cave? If you're trying to capture me, I will use all of my power to prevent that from happening!"

Giovanni shakes his head. "I am not here to attempt to capture you. I came here… to offer you a deal."

"A deal?!" Mewtwo says in shock. "What deal do you have in mind?"

Giovanni starts explaining his deal to Mewtwo. "You're a strong Pokémon Mewtwo, nothing is denying that, but do you want to be even stronger? Do you want to be the most powerful Pokémon in the world? A Pokémon with no weaknesses, a Pokémon that is impossible to beat in battle? I want to be the strongest Pokémon trainer in the world. Can we both make that happen as a team, as partners if you agree and accept my offer?"

Mewtwo starts thinking. "The most powerful Pokémon in the world… a Pokémon that can never be beaten…"

Giovanni nods. "With your psychic powers and my experiences of running things, together we both can take over the world if we wanted to."

Mewtwo looks at their hands and then back at Giovanni. "I am already strong, I don't need any help from you to take over the world."

"I can make your powers invincible, I know a way and I will show you if you agree to my offer," Giovanni replies with a smirk.

Mewtwo looks back to think once more and then looks back at Giovanni. "Very well, show me how."

Giovanni smirks. "Good. Just teleport us out of the cave and I will."

Mewtwo teleport himself, Giovanni, and the two grunts out of the cave. It cuts to Giovanni's helicopter flying away from the cave with Giovanni himself, Mewtwo, and the 2 Team Rocket grunts inside.

Giovanni looks at Mewtwo. "Trust me, you will not regret this decision!"

Mewtwo looks back at Giovanni and nods in agreement as the helicopter flies away from the scene. It cuts to the gang who are still inside the gang and looking for the Squirtle once more.

"Perhaps we should just look in the water?" Jessie says while looking over a small cave spring. She dunks her head in the cave spring, before rising back up and starts coughing up water. "Bad idea…"

"You know I could've just sent my Starmie down there, right?" Domino said.

Meowth facepalms. "Please, can we get out of this cave now?"

James shakes his head. "Not until we find that Squirtle, unfortunately."

The gang all hear a cry of a Pokémon which grabbed their attention immediately. They look to see what it is.

"Squirtle, Squirtle, Squirtle!"

It was the Squirtle from earlier, just across from them. It was just walking with its eyes closed and it appears it was singing a little tune.

"FOUND YOU!" Jessie immediately starts sprinting at the Squirtle with her friends following from behind.

The Squirtle opens its eyes and notices the same people from earlier. "Squirtle!" It starts running away from them.

"Elekid, go!" Jessie commanded while pointing at the Squirtle.

Elekid jumps off Jessie's shoulders and is now in the air. "ELE!" The Pokémon charges up and starts shooting at the Squirtle with electricity.

Squirtle barely dodges the set of electricity while running away. "Squirtle!" Then dodges another set of electricity. "Squirtle!" However, the third time, this time, the Squirtle gets hit and is zapped with electricity.

Jessie immediately pulls out an empty Poké Ball from her purse. "Poké Ball, go!" She throws the Poké Ball at the Squirtle.

The Squirtle gets hit as it goes into the Poké Ball. The Poké Ball starts wiggling with Jessie and her friends waiting for the click. After three wiggles, the Poké Ball clicks, signaling a successful catch.

Jessie jumps up in the air with a pose. "YES, I CAUGHT A SQUIRTLE!"

Elekid soon joins in with a pose as well. "Ele!"

Domino, James, and Meowth soon clap for Jessie on a successful catch. The Poké Ball glows white and then it gets transferred to Professor Oak's lab.

"Now we get out of this cave!" Meowth says in relief.

However, the gang looks around and it seems that they're now surrounded by evolved and really strong Pokémon. Jessie's yell must've triggered them.

"EEP! We're surrounded!" James pointed out.

The gang all hug each other and they're shaking in fear as well.

"We're so dead!" Domino screamed out.

"I'm too handsome to die!" Meowth added in.

James nods with a yell. "Same here!"

Jessie also yelled out. "I want my mom!"

Before the wild Pokémon can attack, the Pokémon that was secretly following the gang from earlier immediately floats onto the scene.

"Mew!" It cried out.

The gang looks at the strange Pokémon in confusion before the Pokémon and the gang start glowing white as they suddenly vanish out of thin air with the wild Pokémon crying in confusion. It cuts to the outside of the cave, as the gang was suddenly teleported here.

"W-we're outside?!" Meowth says while looking around.

"Did that strange Pokémon teleport us to the outside and save us?" Domino asked.

Jessie clutches her fist in excitement. "What was that Pokémon?! It looked so adorable!"

James sighs in relief. "At least it saved us from those scary strong Pokémon!"

Jessie looks at Elekid with a smile. "Good job, Elekid, because of you, I caught a Squirtle!"

"Elekid!" Elekid nuzzles Jessie in happiness with a chuckle from her and happily returns the Pokémon to its Poké Ball.

The gang looks around, trying to spot that strange little mysterious Pokémon, but can't.

"I wonder where it went?" Domino asked.

"Yeah… oh well, we can't thank it unfortunately, because we can't see it, but it's time to get back on the trail to Vermilion City!" Jessie sends out her Gyarados in the water and hops on the Pokémon. "Let's go!"

Meowth, Domino, and James all shrug at each other before they all hop on Gyarados too as Jessie commands the Pokémon to swim as it does so. Oblivious to them is that strange Pokémon was watching way above them.

"Mew!" It cries with a giggle as it teleport away.

"After finally wanting a starter, Jessie successfully managed to catch herself a Squirtle with Elekid's help, and has another Pokémon added to her collection! What more Pokémon will Jessie catch? Find out as the journey continues!"

It cuts to the Team Rocket trio in the cave, trying to look for an exit with a flashlight.

"Found one, yet?" Mondo asked.

Cassidy groans. "No, keep looking."

"Just fucking great, we're lost in this cave!" Butch complained.

"Looks like Team Rocket is lost once again!"
