Electajealous

The episode starts with Jessie in the middle of a Pokémon battle with a hiker. Squirtle is out of its Poké Ball and Hiker is using Geodude to battle. James, Domino, and Meowth are watching the battle in the background. They're all currently in a forest.

"Geodude, Rock Throw!" The hiker commanded.

"Geodude!" Geodude punches the ground, making rocks fly at Squirtle.

"Dodge it Squirtle and use Water Gun!" Jessie commanded.

"Squirtle!" Squirtle moves out of the way, dodging every rock that is flung right at it. The Pokémon releases a spiral of water from its mouth and hits Geodude as the Pokémon falls to the ground and faints.

"Aw, man!" The hiker said in disbelief.

"One move knockout! Alright!" Jessie poses in victory.

"Squirtle!" Squirtle poses with its trainer.

"Wow, Jessie has been training harder and harder ever since she lost to Oakley," Domino said.

"Sometimes, losing could be a good thing." Whatever James says was unclear from Meowth and Domino, because of him eating potato chips while talking.

Meowth looks at James in disgust. "Jimmy, don't talk with your mouth full.

The hiker recalls Geodude back to its Poké Ball. "Thank you, Geodude." The hiker walks up to Jessie. "Wow, you took out my Geodude with just one move. I have to say, you're a pretty strong trainer."

"Well, I do have three badges," Jessie smirks, pulls out her badge case in her purse, and shows her three badges to the hiker. "Pretty impressive, huh? I guess you can say that I'm a pretty strong trainer!"

The hiker looks at the badges in amazement. "Wow, that's so cool!"

Meanwhile, Domino just rolls her eyes. "She's getting a big head again."

"Bigger than a Snorlax." James chuckles.

Meowth just shrugs. "Eh, you will get used to it." He takes a potato chip for himself and eats it.

The title screen shows.

"Electajealous!"

"Well, I'm gonna go, see ya!" The hiker waves goodbye to Jessie as they walk away.

Jessie waves goodbye back, recalls Squirtle back to its Poké Ball, and walks up to her friends. "One move it took for me to beat that hiker. That loss from Oakley only made me even stronger and fired me up for more training!"

James rolls his eyes in response. "I'd like to see you try to beat my Okie."

"Watch it, Jimmy, I'm literally eating her while you said that." Meowth takes another potato chip for himself.

James pulls his potato chips away from Meowth. "Hey! Stop stealing my potato chips and get your own!"

Domino crosses her arms. "Jessie, you still have a long way to go on becoming a Pokémon Master."

"What do you know about becoming a Pokémon Master? You just want to be a dumb gym leader!" Jessie fires back.

"YOU TAKE THAT BACK! IT'S NOT DUMB!" Domino yelled back.

All of a sudden, robotics claws appear out of nowhere and grab Meowth.

"WHAT?!" Jessie yelled out in shock.

"HUH?!" Domino also yelled out.

"MEOWTH!" James as well.

The gang looks up to see a hot air balloon and hears familiar laughter from above and sees the Team Rocket trio.

"Hello down there!" Cassidy greeted.

Jessie clutches her fist in anger. "TEAM ROCKET!"

Domino groans in annoyance. "Not these three bozos again."

"Ugh…" James also groans.

Meowth tries to scratch Team Rocket, but Cassidy seals Meowth in a glass container.

"Thank you so much for your precious talking Meowth. We will be heading our way now, farewell!" Cassidy waves goodbye.

"Farewell, losers!" Butch also waves goodbye with a smirk.

"See ya!" Mondo also waves goodbye.

"Oh no you don't! Electabuzz, I choose you!" Jessie sends out Electabuzz.

"ELEBUBUBUBUBU" The Pokémon cried out.

Cassidy spots Electabuzz and turns to Butch. "Hey Butch, it's the Pokémon that we used to be interested in, but now we don't care about it."

Butch chuckles. "Yeah, definitely not worth stealing anymore. It's useless!"

"Your weird cries don't scare us!" Mondo says.

"We don't want to steal you anymore! You're old news!" Cassidy yelled directly at Electabuzz.

Electabuzz is speechless after hearing Team Rocket say that they're not interested in stealing it anymore.

"Meowth is our target now, just Meowth!" Cassidy says.

"Yeah, have your twerpette of a trainer recall you back in your Poké Ball. This isn't gonna involve you anymore!" Butch added.

"Electabuzz, Thunderbolt them!" Jessie commanded.

Electabuzz charges up a Thunderbolt while frowning as Team Rocket now has a worried expression.

"Hurry!" Cassidy tries to make the hot air balloon ascend faster, but it barely makes any difference from the speed.

"STUPID BALLOON!" Butch yelled.

Electabuzz sends out Electricity from its horns directly to Team Rocket as the trio gets electrocuted and screaming in pain. The glass container holding Meowth drops as the hot air balloon explodes, blasting off Team Rocket.

"We WERE SO CLOSE!" Cassidy says, frustrated.

"LOOKS LIKE TEAM ROCKET IS BLASTING OFF AGAIN!" Ding!

"MEOWTH!" Jessie catches the glass container before it can hit the ground and opens it up, releasing Meowth from it. "Are you okay?"

"Phew. I'm fine. But I think I would've been okay anyways, cats always land on their feet." Meowth says.

"Sure, but what about the glass container breaking from impacting the ground and then you getting a lot of cuts from the shards of glass?" Domino says.

Meowth blankly stares at Domino. "Good point."

"Well at least you're not hurt at all and that's alright with me." Jessie turns to Electabuzz. "Great work, Electabuzz!"

However, the Pokémon looks pretty sad and not happy.

"Electabuzz?" Jessie walks up to her Pokémon.

"What's wrong with Electabuzz?" Domino asked.

"Elebububu…" Electabuzz cried out.

("Nothing is wrong…")

"That's a lie. Sounds like you're jealous of me." Meowth says.

"'Jealous'?" Jessie questioned with a raised eyebrow.

"Elebububu."

("I'm not jealous of you or anything, Meowth.")

"Okay, why is jealousy getting involved? How is jealousy getting involved?" Domini asked.

"Yeah?" Jessie added.

James walks up to Electabuzz and kneels at the Pokémon's height. "Don't be afraid to speak up, Electabuzz. Just tell us how you're feeling?"

Electabuzz just clutches its fist and runs away. The gang all stood there in shock before chasing the Pokémon. It cuts to the Team Rocket trio landing in a tree after blasting off.

Butch is groaning in pain and holding his ribs. "My ribs… I think I broke another set."

"I don't know how much blasting off I can take," Cassidy says.

"Just for Meowth," Mondo says.

The tree branch that is supporting the Team Rocket trio finally breaks as Team Rocket falls right to the ground while screaming.

"Like that was necessary." Cassidy slowly gets up and dusts herself off.

"I can't take any more pain. This sucks." Butch also gets up as well.

Mondo also gets up. "Come on Butchy, we had worse."

Butch responds. "I'm in too much pain to yell to correct you, besides, it was close enough to my actual name anyway."

"Come on guys, back to the drawing board of how we can capture Meowth," Cassidy says.

Before Team Rocket can leave, they hear footsteps nearby, which gets their attention.

"Do you all hear footsteps?" Cassidy asked.

Mondo nods. "I do."

"Uh-huh," Butch answered.

It's revealed to be Jessie's Electabuzz who is walking toward Team Rocket while frowning.

Cassidy rolls her eyes. "Oh, it's just Electabuzz."

Butch crosses his arms. "Should have been Meowth."

"Get lost!" Mondo yelled.

Electabuzz looks at Team Rocket, super sad before climbing up a tree.

"Why is it sad, though?" Cassidy asked.

Butch rolls his eyes. "Don't care."

The Team Rocket trio hears a familiar female voice calling out for her Pokémon. "Electabuzz!"

It was Jessie and her friends sprinting into the scene as they noticed Team Rocket and stopped dead in their tracks.

"Oh great, you three again," Jessie said in an annoyed tone.

Cassidy growls. "You twerps already blasted us off for the day and we're tired."

Butch clutches his fist in frustration. "So leave us alone!"

Mondo nods. "Yeah!"

"I'm not leaving. I know you guys will try to steal my Electabuzz again!" Jessie responded.

"Breaking news, we're not interested in your electric outlet anymore," Cassidy says.

Jessie raises an eyebrow in confusion. "Huh?"

Cassidy starts explaining the reason for the lack of interest in Electabuzz. "When it was an Elekid, it was rare to see one in Kanto and it was really valuable! But now, after it evolved, it's just a normal boring Kanto Pokémon. Yawn!"

"We were gonna make money, but now we can't!" Butch pouted.

James thinks. "Maybe Electabuzz is sad because of you three, but I can't put my finger elsewhere on my guess."

"Don't care. We're only interested in the talking Meowth now, so bye!" Cassidy says.

The Team Rocket trio departs from the gang.

"HEY!" Meowth yelled out. "I'm not gonna let them get me next time!"

Jessie frowns. "So… that's why Electabuzz is sad?"

"What?" Meowth questioned in confusion.

Domino looks even more confused. "Because Team Rocket doesn't want to steal them anymore? What?"

"That's my guess too. Electabuzz definitely thinks this was a game and misses being a player in it!" James explained.

"He can't miss it that bad. They're the bad guys and they used to steal them all the time!" Meowth says.

Jessie nods. "Yeah. Electabuzz should be happy Team Rocket doesn't wanna steal them anymore! Right, Electabuzz?"

Jessie looks up towards the tree that Electabuzz climbed on and doesn't see her Pokémon as it's gone again.

Meowth groans in annoyance. "For crying out loud. Don't tell me they followed them."

"Oh, my goodness…" Jessie said in disbelief.

"Come on, let's go," James suggested.

Jessie, Domino, and Meowth all nod in agreement as they go to search for Electabuzz once more. Speaking of Electabuzz, it cuts to where Electabuzz is at. It appears the Pokémon is painting and giving itself a shine.

"Electa."

("This should win them back.")

It cuts to Team Rocket walking through the forest and minding their own business.

"So I was thinking pizza night? You guys up with that?" Cassidy asked.

Butch immediately nods. "Hell yeah!"

Mondo also nods immediately. "Let's go!"

"I love me some pizza!" Cassidy says in delight.

Team Rocket hears rustling in the bushes which immediately catches their attention. Electabuzz pops out from the bushes, however, it was orange all over and not yellow.

Cassidy immediately gasps. "Hey isn't that a shiny Electabuzz?!"

"A SHINY?!" Butch yelled in shock.

"They're real?!" Mondo was also in shock. "I've heard about them before."

Cassidy thinks. "Although… it's really suspicious that a random shiny is in the middle of nowhere."

"Or maybe you're just a dumbass if you think we should just ignore this rare shiny!" Butch insulted.

The Pokémon cries out, trying to get Team Rocket's attention. "Electabuzz!"

("Pay attention to me!")

Cassidy ignores the Electabuzz by turning her attention to Butch. "Don't call me a dumbass! Your name is one letter off from bitch!"

"OH SNAP!" Mondo yelled out.

Butch grabs Cassidy in anger and flings her up towards the air and then looks at the, apparently, shiny Electabuzz with a greedy smile on his face. "YOU'RE MINE!"

Electabuzz taunts Butch, but soon meets a falling Cassidy as she lands on the orange Electabuzz.

"OW!" Cassidy yelled out in pain.

"ELEBUBUBUBUBU!" Electabuzz also yells out in pain.

As Cassidy gets up, she notices orange stains on her Team Rocket uniform. "MY UNIFORM IS RUINED!"

"Your Team Rocket uniform is ruined?" Mondo questioned with a raised eyebrow.

"It has like orange paint on it!" Cassidy says.

"Paint?" Butch questioned.

"Yeah, look." Cassidy shows the orange paint stains on her uniform to her partners-in-crime.

"Wait a second…" Mondo looks at the orange Electabuzz.

It's revealed that the Electabuzz is yellow and it wasn't shiny at all. Team Rocket immediately gasps in shock as Electabuzz rubs its head in embarrassment.

Cassidy notices something. "Wait, isn't that the-"

"Electabuzz!" Jessie's voice, calling out her Pokémon once again, is heard from far away, cutting Cassidy's sentence.

Jessie and her friends run in once again as they spot Electabuzz, then Jessie spots Cassidy's uniform covered in orange paint.

"Why are you covered in orange paint?" Jessie asked.

"Maybe you should ask your fake outlet!" Cassidy aggressively answered. "You're paying for my dry cleaning!"

"Learn how to keep your damn Pokémon in their damn Poké Balls!" Butch says.

"And stop following us too!" Mondo added in.

Domino immediately speaks up. "Hey! You three bozos are the ones who always follow us around!"

"And besides, we're not following you three! We're following Electabuzz!" James adds in.

The Team Rocket trio all roll their eyes and walk away without a response.

Jessie walks over to Electabuzz and kneels at its height. "Electabuzz, you don't need to act like this. So what if Team Rocket doesn't want to steal you anymore? That's a good thing, right? Now you don't have to be worried about being in danger!"

Electabuzz looks down. "Electa…"

"Yeah, come on buddy. They only want Meowth now. So lighten up!" Meowth says.

Electabuzz gets an idea and takes Meowth by the hand.

Meowth eyes widen. "Whoa! Don't hold my hand like that!"

Electabuzz goes behind the bushes while dragging Meowth with it along the way as the gang is looking on.

Jessie has a confused look on her face "What is happening?"

"Is Electabuzz really determined to have Team Rocket trying to steal him again?" James questions.

Domino sighs. "I guess so."

It cuts to behind the bushes with Meowth and Electabuzz, who are chatting.

"Look buddy, having a Pokémon talk like a human is hard enough already and I don't get why you want those bozos chasing you around again," Meowth says.

"Electabuzz! Electabuzz! Electabuzz!"

("I miss those goofs wanting to steal me! I miss the challenge of playing hard to get! Please teach me how to speak like a human!")

Meowth shakes his head no. "You have no idea how difficult it is to speak the human language. It's easier said than done!"

"Electabuzz?"

("How?")

Meowth shrugs. "I guess Pokémon just got so used to saying their cry, it's hard to say any other words. Try to say another word."

Electabuzz tries moving its mouth around to say a different word. "Ele- Electa- Electabuzz…"

("Ano- another- another word…")

"You see? It's hard to do." Meowth says.

"Electabuzz?"

("How are you able to speak?")

Meowth stares widely at Electabuzz. "Umm… I rather not answer that question. Sorry."

Electabuzz looks down in sadness as Meowth pats it on the back.

"There. There. Hey, maybe instead of trying to learn how to talk, how about you find some other way to impress Team Rocket that would make them want to try to steal you again?" Meowth suggested.

"Electabuzz?"

("Like what?")

Meowth thinks for a second and then gets an idea. "Oh, we fake a battle in front of Team Rocket! You absolutely destroy me in the fake battle and it will show them that you're the stronger Pokémon and they will definitely go back to trying to steal you!"

"Electabuzz! Electabuzz!"

("Hey, that could work! Great idea!")

"Let's go find Team Rocket!" Meowth says.

Electabuzz and Meowth both pop up behind the bushes from the gang and sprint off to find the Team Rocket trio. The gang looked on in confusion.

"They're gonna find Team Rocket again, are they? Domino says, annoyed.

Jessie sighs. "Let's go follow them again."

"I'm walking this time. My legs are tired from sprinting." James says.

Domino nods in agreement. "Same here, I'm walking too."

The gang started walking in the direction where Meowth and Electabuzz ran off. It cuts to Team Rocket, who are taking a break by relaxing near a tree stump then it cuts to Electabuzz and Meowth, who are watching them behind a tree.

Electabuzz turns to Meowth. "Electabuzz?"

("Ready?")

Meowth gives it a thumbs up. "Ready."

Electabuzz stops hiding behind a tree and starts to look at Meowth.

"I'm going to regret this so much and they will too," Meowth says in his mind.

Electabuzz and Meowth both pretend to be angry while staring at each other.

Meowth points at the electric Pokémon. "Oh yeah?! What makes you think you're better than me!"

"Electabuzz, Electabuzz!"

("I actually won my trainer a gym badge all by myself, unlike you!")

"You take that back, you dumb spark plug!" Meowth responded.

The arguing got Team Rocket's attention.

"Do I hear the twerpette's talking Meowth arguing?" Cassidy asked.

"Let's go check it out then!" Mondo says.

Butch grins. "I'm always down to watch an argument!"

The Team Rocket trio walks to the two Pokémon arguing and starts watching it.

Meowth notices Team Rocket watching. "Okay, we got their attention. Ready? Blink if you are." He quietly whispered to Electabuzz.

Electabuzz blinks to Meowth, signaling that the Pokémon is ready.

"I challenge you to a battle to prove who is the stronger and better Pokémon then!" Meowth suggested.

"Electabuzz!"

("You're on!")

"Who do you think is gonna win this battle?" Cassidy asked.

"I don't care who wins, I just wanna watch!" Butch answered.

"I wish we had some popcorn now!" Mondo says.

Meowth's claws start glowing and repeatedly scratch Electabuzz, but not too hard. Electabuzz shrugs it off and then it releases powerful bolts of yellow lightning from its horns right at Meowth. After getting electrocuted, Meowth immediately hits the ground and pretends to faint.

"So many… Pidgey!" Meowth says, pretending to hallucinate.

Team Rocket gasps in shock.

"The twerpette's Electabuzz just took out the talking Meowth in one move!" Cassidy says in delight.

Electabuzz starts posing and showing off to Team Rocket.

"With that and the twerps not here, stealing Meowth will now be easier for us!" Butch says with a grin.

Mondo nods in agreement. "Yeah!"

Electabuzz stops posing and looks at Team Rocket in disbelief after what they just said.

"Get that Meowth, Butch!" Cassidy demanded.

"On it!" Butch starts walking toward Meowth and starts picking him up.

Meowth starts sweating and talking in his mind. "If I react, they will immediately know the battle was fake, but I can't have them stealing me!" The talking Pokémon scratches Butch right in the face.

"OW! FUCK!" Butch holds his face in pain, letting go of Meowth in the process.

Meowth lands on his feet. "You three bozos are not stealing me that easily!"

"That battle was nothing but a fake!" Cassidy pointed out.

"Fakers!" Mondo added in.

"Well duh! We faked it so you three idiots will see how strong Electabuzz is, so you can go back to try to steal it again!" Meowth confirmed.

Butch growls in anger. "Mankey, send them away!" He sends out Mankey.

"Mankey!" The Pokémon glares at Meowth and Electabuzz and starts chasing them away.

It cuts back to where the gang is, walking and searching for Meowth and Electabuzz.

"Meowth, Electabuzz, where are you guys?!" Jessie shouted.

Domino looks concerned for the two Pokémon. "I hope they're alright."

"I just hope Team Rocket hasn't stolen them," James says.

Electabuzz and Meowth are seen running away from something.

Jessie spots the two Pokémon. "There you guys are!" Jessie and her friends run up to them.

"Wh-what happened?" James asked.

"Well Electabuzz tries to win them over again, but unfortunately our plan backfired, and that Mankey chased us away!" Meowth explained.

Jessie sighs and looks at Electabuzz. "Electabuzz… You gotta stop trying to win them back."

Domino nods. "I agree. You're putting yourself and Meowth in danger. Why follow those three criminals?"

"There are better things to do," James adds.

"They said to me, when we were behind those bushes, that they missed being playing hard to get. This is hitting them hard." Meowth says.

"What if I tell you this?" Jessie kneels to Electabuzz's height and whispers to Electabuzz's yellow antennae. "Out of all the Pokémon I have ever caught, you're my favorite of them all."

Electabuzz was speechless and shed a tear after Jessie's statement.

Jessie smiles. "You see? You don't need Team Rocket to try to steal you, because you have me!"

Electabuzz looks down at the ground for a little bit before looking back at its trainer. "Electa…"

("I still want the challenge.")

"It seems like Electabuzz still wants the challenge." Meowth translated.

"I thought the same. What do we do?" James asked.

Jessie looks at Electabuzz and nods. "Well, if this is what Electabuzz really wants, then we have to convince Team Rocket to try to steal my Electabuzz again!"

Meowth groans. "Oh boy."

Domino facepalms. "This is literally so stupid. I feel like my brain is rotting."

Meowth rolls his eyes. "Whatever they want."

"Electa!"

("I'm still determined!")

Jessie goes back to standing and pumps up her fist in the air. "Let's go find them!"

James crosses his arms. "Suit yourselves. I feel like trouble is about to happen."

The gang begins to look for Team Rocket. Speaking of them, it cuts to another part of the forest where Team Rocket is at.

"This forest is so long, my goodness!" Cassidy complained.

"Where are we going anyway?" Butch asked.

Mondo tries to read the map he has in his hands, but scratches his head in confusion. "Uhh…"

"We're heading to Celadon City because the boss wants us there for a really important mission," Cassidy explained.

"IMPORTANT MISSION?! Why weren't we told about this until now?!" Butch says, pointing at himself and then at Mondo.

Mondo nods. "Yeah! What gives, Cassidy?"

Cassidy rubs her head in embarrassment and chuckles. "Oops, Giovanni said to tell you guys, after I received the message, sorry."

"You really are a fucking idiot!" Butch insulted.

"Hey! I got sidetracked and forgot, okay?! At least I told you now instead of never at all!" Cassidy says.

"Wow, the boss is signing us to an important mission?" Mondo questions. "I guess he must've already forgiven us from Operation Moon Stone!"

Cassidy clutches her fist together in excitement. "This time, we will not let the boss down!"

"Damn right!" Butch agreed.

The Team Rocket trio hear a familiar voice calling out their criminal organization's name, which immediately got the trio's attention.

"Team Rocket!" Jessie and her friends spot and confront the Team Rocket trio. "There you guys are!"

Cassidy, Butch, and Mondo all have an annoyed expressions on their faces.

"What do you twerps want now?!" Cassidy questioned while yelling in frustration.

"Look. This is all for Electabuzz, okay? Not me, nobody else. Let's get this over with." Meowth says.

Jessie looks at Electabuzz for a little bit, the Pokémon looks back at Jessie with a desperate look on its face. She takes a deep sigh and looks back at Team Rocket. "Can you guys go back to trying to steal my Electabuzz?"

Team Rocket all raised an eyebrow in confusion.

"Excuse me, what?" Cassidy questioned.

"Are you serious?" Butch adds in.

"This is actually happening?" Mondo also adds in.

Domino facepalms. "I had the exact same questions. This is just stupid."

Cassidy shakes her head no. "Sorry twerpette, but we lost interest in your dumb Electabuzz. Maybe if you somehow find a way to regress it back to when it was an Elekid."

"Yeah, when that spark plug was rare and valuable in Kanto!" Butch adds in.

"Team Rocket seeks rare and valuable Pokémon the most!" Mondo also adds in.

"So now why would we?!" Butch asks the gang.

"Look, my Electabuzz isn't an ordinary Electabuzz." Jessie looks at her Pokémon with a smile. "It's special and more powerful than all of Electabuzz here combined!"

Electabuzz nods with a smile back at Jessie then looks at Team Rocket.

Butch rolls his eyes. "We witnessed you in the gym battle against Lieutenant Surge and you barely won."

"Yeah, and my Rattata is special and the most powerful Rattata of them all. Do you see? Anyone can say that. That's what all trainers say about their Pokémon, but uhh… that statement is actually true." Cassidy says.

Jessie ignores what Cassidy said and looks at Butch. "Electabuzz was just an Elekid back then and it beat Surge's Electabuzz, it's even more powerful than before now that it evolved!"

Butch shakes his head in denial. "I don't believe it!"

Meanwhile, Cassidy is thinking. "Team, group huddle."

Butch and Mondo both side-eyed Cassidy.

"What?" Butch questions in confusion.

"This better be good…" Mondo says.

The Team Rocket trio all gather in a huddle and chat about an idea as the gang just look on, not saying anything and staying silent. Team Rocket breaks away from the huddle and faces the gang.

"Okay, we will try to steal your Electabuzz again-" Cassidy sees Jessie about to pump her fist up in the air in excitement, so she immediately yells out to prevent it. "BUT, you can't do anything. You just gotta stand there and watch the show. Don't call out any Pokémon, don't command Electabuzz to use any of its moves, and stay in absolute complete silence! If you think it's extraordinarily powerful, then it shouldn't have any trouble escaping us without the help of its trainer!"

"WHAT?!" Jessie screamed out in disbelief. "You three are crazy!"

Cassidy rolls her eyes. "If you twerps are so desperate for us to go right back to stealing your Electabuzz, then I suggest you twerps agree with the offer."

Jessie looks down in sadness. "B-but…"

"You know what? I'm not doing this anymore." Meowth says.

"… W-we shouldn't do this," James says.

Domino nods. "Jessie, this is a trick. Don't fall for it."

Jessie looks at Electabuzz. "Electabuzz, do you really want to go through this?"

Electabuzz starts thinking about it.

"It'll be all worth it for your beloved electric tiger! So choose!" Mondo grinned.

Electabuzz looks directly at Jessie, then at Team Rocket.

"Choose," Mondo repeated.

Meanwhile, behind the gang's back, is Butch silently sneaking behind them and trying his best not to make a sound. He spots Meowth and is about to grab the talking Pokémon with a surprise as Butch has an evil grin on his face, Electabuzz realizes that Team Rocket's letter R on their uniforms is red and starts getting angry.

"Electabuzz?" Jessie questions.

"That can't be good," Meowth says.

"What's happening?" Mondo questions.

"Why is that thing pissed off?" Cassidy also questions.

Domino spots the color of the letter Rs on their uniforms. "The color red from your uniforms!" She points out.

"What about the color red?" Mondo asked in confusion.

"ELEBUBUBUBUBU!" Electabuzz starts sprinting toward Team Rocket.

"AH!" Cassidy and Mondo hold each other in fear as Butch starts sweating in fear.

Electabuzz starts inflicting damage on the Team Rocket trio with its fist, including Butch, who was behind them. The Pokémon throws Butch where his partners-in-crimes are at.

Cassidy slowly gets up and growls in anger at the gang. "We get the message, useless Pokémon! Come on guys, let's go."

Butch and Mondo also slowly get up and dust each other off.

"You will pay what your Electabuzz did to us, you little shit!" Butch threatened Jessie.

"You might win the battles, but in the end, Team Rocket will win the war!" Mondo declared.

The Team Rocket trio immediately ran away with the gang looking on in confusion.

"Yeah, keep running you absolute bozos!" Meowth shouted.

Jessie then looks at Electabuzz. "Electabuzz, you chose me?" She starts shedding a few tears from happiness.

Electabuzz takes a deep breath as the Pokémon clams down. Jessie hugs her Pokémon and Electabuzz hugs back. After a few seconds, they break the hug as Electabuzz apologizes to everyone.

"It's fine Electabuzz, don't worry," Domino says.

James nods. "It's okay, now."

Meowth just rolls his eyes and doesn't say anything.

Domino kneels at Electabuzz's height. "Just don't try to get their attention again, alright?"

Electabuzz nods in response. "Electa."

("I won't.")

"Are you ready to be recalled, Electabuzz?" Jessie asked.

Electabuzz nods again in response once more.

"Okay, can you turn around, please?" Jessie asked the Pokémon once more.

Electabuzz does what Jessie asked and turns around, facing away from its trainer. Jessie pulls out Electabuzz's Poké Ball and recalls it.

Domino sighs in relief. "I'm so glad that's over with."

James nods. "Agreed, Domino."

"Alright, let's continue our path to Celadon City!" Jessie pumps up her fist in the air in excitement. "I'm so excited to compete for my fourth gym badge!"

Domino claps her hands together and starts fantasizing. "I heard Celadon City is one of the most lovely cities in the world to be in!"

"What's so great about Celadon City? It's literally the same city as every other city in this region!" Meowth says.

Domino glares at Meowth. "Wow, I can definitely tell that you don't get out more."

Meowth was about to scratch Domino, but Jessie purposely clears her throat at Meowth. Meowth stops, crosses his arms, and looks away in annoyance.

James pulls out his map from his backpack. "Okay, so from here, Celadon City-"

Meowth cuts James off mid-sentence. "Sorry Jimmy, but we really lost trust in you with the map."

"Yeah, after you lead us in the completely wrong direction from Vermilion City, why would we trust you again with the map, James?" Domino asked.

"Yeah, I would've been tied with Leaf right now if you didn't make that mistake!" Jessie says in frustration.

"Come on guys, please give me another chance with the map!" James begged. "I will lead you guys to Celadon City, I promise!"

Jessie, Domino, and Meowth all look at each other and they all groan. "Fine!"

James jumps up in joy. "Well, what are we waiting for? To Celadon City, we go!" He sprints off.

"Hey! Wait for us, you idiot!" Jessie sprints off to follow James.

Domino looks at Meowth. "Those guys will never learn one bit, won't they?"

Meowth nods in agreement. "Yep, pretty much."

"We should probably follow them before they completely ditch us in this forest," Domino suggested.

Domino and Meowth both sprint off to follow Jessie and James.

"Electabuzz made the right choice by sticking with Jessie over Team Rocket. Who knows what Team Rocket could've done? But I think we all learn something here today. No matter what happens, you have friends and family on your side at all times! As the journey continues!"
