Ditto Through the Tulips

The episode starts at dusk as the gang is seen walking in the forest.

"Our heroes are still wandering in the forest, trying to reach back to Fuchsia City, since they need to arrive at the city first before reaching Cinnabar Island."

Meowth groans in pain from walking. "I swear, Fuchsia City is so difficult to find." He hops onto Jessie's shoulder.

"Well we had trouble the first time, then Janine helped us get there. We're on our own now." Jessie stated.

James looks up in the sky, noticing it's dusk. "Hey guys, it's getting a little late. I think it's the right time that we set up camp before it hits night."

"Yeah, I agree." Domino nods.

It cuts to the sun almost setting, as the gang finishes setting up the tents and campfire. They're currently roasting marshmallows over the campfire, except for Meowth.

Meowth has his arms crossed and gives out an angry expression. "Why can't I roast marshmallows with y'all?"

"Because you are a cat and cats can't eat marshmallows, nor chocolate, nor graham crackers." Domino pulls her marshmallow out and makes a s'more, taking a bite. "Yummy!"

Meowth starts pouting. "But I want s'mores!"

"Meowth, eat your Pokémon food that I prepared for you. Trust me, you will like it! It's specifically designed to be extremely delicious for a Meowth like you!" James stated.

Meowth picks up a piece of his Pokémon food and eats it. A few seconds of silence before speaking. "You two are lucky that James is a great cook, or I'll be dead right now by starvation." Meowth continues eating his food.

"I gotta take a piss, I'll be right back." Jessie stands up and walks away from the campfire.

Meanwhile, oblivious to Domino, James, and Meowth, there was a purple blob-like Pokémon secretly watching them from the top of a tree.

The Pokémon grins evilly. "Ditto!"

The title screen shows.

"Ditto Through the Tulips"

Domino and James are eating their s'mores and Meowth is eating his Pokémon food, minding their own business.

"I think I accidentally burnt my marshmallow…" James says with a frown, sadly continuing to eat his s'more.

"I told you to not put that close to the campfire, but neither you nor Jessie and Meowth listen to me because I'm the 'nagging queen.'" Domino says, looking annoyed.

"You're not my trainer anyway. I only take orders from Jessie." Meowth takes another bite of his food.

"You don't even listen to Jessie too sometimes!" Domino yelled out.

"Oh, I don't?" Meowth shrugs with a chuckle. "Guess I'm a rebel Pokémon."

James looks around and then notices Jessie just standing there looking at them. "Speaking of Jessie, there she is! Hey Jessie, welcome back!"

Domino and Meowth both look at Jessie. She is just standing there with a smile on her face. Not talking at all.

James raises an eyebrow. "Jessie? Are you gonna sit back with us near the campfire?"

Jessie continues smiling at James, Domino, and Meowth, not talking.

"Meowth got your tongue?" Meowth chuckles his joke to himself.

Jessie starts walking near Domino.

Domino was just staring at her in confusion. "Uhh, hi Jessie." She waves at her, shyly.

Jessie raises one of her palms in the air and then proceeds to smack right on one of Domino's buttocks. A moment of silence passed. James and Meowth's mouths were opened in shock. Domino was red and blushing a lot and Jessie was standing there with just a smile expression.

"YOU BLONDE PERVERT!" Domino immediately stands up and starts chasing Jessie.

Jessie immediately turns around and starts running away with Domino chasing her with fire and anger in her eyes. James and Meowth look at each other.

"We should follow them," James suggested.

Meowth nods. "Right."

James and Meowth both get up as they head in the direction where Domino is chasing Jessie.

It cuts to another part of the forest, where Jessie is walking by herself.

"Note to self, never drink a lot of water before noon." She says to herself.

Jessie hears running footsteps nearby. "Sounds like someone's running, I better prepare just in case!" Jessie immediately pulls out her Poké Ball. She hears the footsteps becoming louder and louder, then she sees Domino running towards her with anger in her eyes.

"YOU LITTLE PERVERT, I'LL SHOW YOU!" Domino screamed out in anger while she was running towards Jessie.

"DOMINO?!" Jessie yelled back in disbelief.

Domino pounces on Jessie as she hits the ground. Domino starts smacking Jessie aggressively across the face in anger. "I'll. Teach. You. For. Smacking. Me. Like. That!" She says in between smacks.

"Someone get this girl off of me!" Jessie yelled out in between the smacks she was receiving on the face from Domino.

James and Meowth soon arrive, seeing Domino on top of Jessie and slapping her.

James immediately grabs Domino and holds her back. "Domino, stop!"

Domino starts squirming trying to break out of James' grasp. "Let me go, James, I'm not finished with her yet!"

Jessie slowly gets up and starts rubbing her red hand-marked face. "My goodness, Domino, what did I even do?!"

Meowth looks at Jessie in confusion. "You're joking right?"

Jessie blankly stares at her Meowth. "I'm not joking… what did I do?"

"We should let Domino calm down first and then we can explain what happened. Let's head back to our campsite." James says, picking Domino off the ground with his two hands and starting to hold her while walking, not letting go. Jessie and Meowth follow James from behind.

"Let me go, James! Argh! This is so humiliating!" Domino growls.

"I know that as soon as I let go, you're gonna attack Jessie again. I'll let you go when we reach our campsite." James says, continuing to walk and holding onto Domino.

Meowth looks at Jessie, who was just scratching her head in confusion as she was walking behind James. It cuts a tree and it appears that another Jessie was watching them from the distance, but this Jessie glows white and then it is revealed that it was the purple blob Pokémon from earlier.

"Ditto!" The Pokémon cried out in laughter until it heard different voices. "Ditto?" The blob Pokémon decides to investigate.

It cuts to the Team Rocket trio wandering in the forest.

Cassidy growls. "I told you a million times that the twerps went this way!"

"Oh yeah? Then how come the three of us haven't spotted any of them?" Butch asked while crossing his arms.

"Look Cassidy, just admit that your directions suck hard," Mondo says.

Cassidy clutches her fist, she turns around to face her partners-in-crime. "Oh yeah? Watch this, I bet I'll find the twerps myself and if I don't, I'll come crawling back and will admit that my directions suck!" Cassidy walks on in the forest alone as Butch and Mondo just stay there and wait.

"With how shit her directions are, I bet she's going to be able to find us." Butch laughs.

Mondo laughs with him. "Good one, Bob!"

Butch falls in disbelief at his name getting wrong again. "Argh!"

Oblivious from Butch and Mondo that the purple blob Pokémon was watching them from a distance and spying on them. "Ditto!" It soon grins evilly like it did before.

A few seconds passed, Butch was leaning on a tree, tapping his foot impatiently and Mondo was sitting down on the ground looking at two leaves that he grabbed.

"When is she gonna come crawling back to us?" Butch asked.

Mondo shrugs. "Either Cassidy has some dedication to find the twerps by herself or she got even more lost because she can't find us now."

Cassidy was there, looking at Butch and Mondo with just a happy expression, whom two quickly noticed as Mondo stood up.

"Finally! So are you gonna admit that your directions suck now?" Butch grins at her.

Cassidy doesn't respond, she just stares at Butch with a happy expression.

Butch's expression goes to confusion from Cassidy not responding to him. "Are you gonna say it or not?"

Mondo chuckles. "Maybe she doesn't want to!"

Cassidy walks towards Butch slowly, still not saying a word and just stares at him, only expressing a smile on her face.

"Okay Cassidy, you're kinda freaking me out here because I barely see you smile towards me," Butch admitted.

Cassidy then proceeded to low-kick Butch right in the testicles.

Butch slowly drops onto the ground, screaming in so much pain, while grabbing his family jewels. "MY POKÉ BALLS!"

Mondo cringes at what he just witnessed. Then he turns to Cassidy. "Why did you do that, Cass?!"

Cassidy then turns around and starts running away.

"Hey! Where are you going?!" Mondo chases Cassidy as Butch just lays there, wincing.

It cuts to Cassidy walking in the forest by herself, trying to find the gang, but no luck for her.

"Maybe my directions do suck?" Cassidy then slaps herself. "Come on, Cassidy, what are you thinking?! You will find the twerps in no time!" Then she stops after she hears the sound of someone running. "Huh?"

Mondo then appears in her view, running and stopping right in front of her as he catches his breath. "Cassidy… Why?"

Cassidy expressed confusion. "Why what?"

"You nailed Butch right in his sensitive place!" Mondo answered.

Cassidy responds by immediately defending herself "What are you talking about, are you completely crazy?! I did no such thing!"

Mondo counters back. "But I saw you! You were right there and kicked Butch! I'll show you that Butch will even agree with me!" He grabs Cassidy's arm and starts leading her to where Butch is at.

Cassidy tries to tell Mondo to let her go as they're walking. "Let me go, Mondo! I can walk by myself, you know that?!"

In the distance watching the two, was also Cassidy, until they glowed white and it transformed into the purple blob Pokémon that was spying on Team Rocket earlier. The Pokémon starts laughing like earlier, signaling they must've tricked them by transforming into Cassidy like what it did to the gang.

"Ditto!" The Pokémon cries out and then proceeds to go somewhere different in the forest.

It cuts to where the gang is, back at their campsite as Domino finally calmed down. James then proceeds to tell Jessie what exactly happened.

"WHAT?!" Jessie yelled out in disbelief then proceeded to blush in embarrassment. "I will never do that! You got to believe me here!"

Meowth shrugs. "I mean, it was you that me, Domino, and Jimmy all saw. Unless you have some secret twin that you're not telling us about." He then laughs.

Jessie holds up one finger. "Okay first off, clearly you three must be insane, and second." She then holds up two fingers. "I don't have a twin!"

James slowly blanks, from being tired. "Jessie, just apologize to Domino so that we can just head to sleep already!"

"Yeah, just get this over with already and apologize!" Domino demanded, crossing her arms, and glaring at Jessie.

"I'm not apologizing for something I didn't do!" Jessie responded, aggressively.

Meowth shrugs. "But we three all saw a blonde girl, with a pink hat, a gray shirt, and a red skirt slapped Domino, that kinda fits your description, doesn't it Jess?"

Jessie turns to her Pokémon. "Meowth, you're my Pokémon! You're supposed to be on my side!"

James shakes his head no in disappointment. "Jessie…"

"Something suspicious is going on and I'm going to get to the bottom of this!" Jessie turns around and heads off on her own.

"Should we follow here?" Domino asked.

James nods. "Yeah…"

Meowth groans. "I want to go to bed!"

Domino, James, and Meowth all sprinted off to follow Jessie. It cuts to Cassidy and Mondo arriving where Butch's at, who's still on the ground, wincing.

Butch has an angered expression once seeing Cassidy. "Cassidy… once I stop feeling pain, I am so gonna punch the shit out of you!"

"Excuse me? What did I ever do to you that deserves to be punched?" Cassidy asked, raising an eyebrow in confusion.

Butch growls before screaming at Cassidy. "YOU KICKED ME RIGHT IN THE NADS!"

Cassidy gasped before blushing and yelling back. "I DIDN'T DO SUCH THING!"

"Don't try to lie yourself out of this one! Mondo's a witness!" Butch points at him. "Tell her!"

"Well Cassidy, the evidence is stacking against you. Can't you just apologize to Butch and get this over with?" Mondo asked.

Cassidy scoffs. "Why apologize for something that's complete fiction?!"

Butch finally manages to get up, only to angrily run towards Cassidy to punch her, but she immediately starts running away as Butch starts chasing her. "GET BACK HERE, CASSIDY!"

Mondo sighs in disappointment. "Why can't we just settle disputes with no violence?" He runs after Cassidy and Butch to follow them.

It cuts to where the gang is in the forest. Jessie is being extra cautious while Domino, James, and Meowth are just looking on with an annoyed expression.

"Jess, I'm tired! Can't we just go back to sleep?" Meowth asked with a groan.

"You all wanted to follow me, so it's your all's fault, not mine," Jessie responded, continuing to walk and looking around.

"We followed you because we don't want you to roam off into the forest by yourself and potentially you getting lost!" James says.

"What are you doing anyways?" Domino asked Jessie.

"Well there's some secret evil twin I have, so I'm looking for her and then I'm going to teach my twin a lesson!" She responded.

Meowth whispers to James. "She's really doing anything to prove that wasn't her back there."

James nods to Meowth. "I have to say, I like the dedication."

The gang soon starts hearing footsteps as they start getting closer and closer.

"Do you guys hear that? That must be my secret evil twin!" Jessie sprints forward to where the footsteps are heard, Domino, James, and Meowth run along with her.

However, once the gang got closer to the footsteps, it was revealed it was Cassidy and Butch, as they both bumped into the gang while Butch was chasing Cassidy and that she was running away. Everyone falls to the ground, and then Mondo soon arrives.

"That wasn't a pleasant landing…" Jessie looks up from the ground to see Team Rocket right there and immediately gets up. "Team Rocket! I have no time to deal with your shenanigans today!"

As soon as James, Domino, and Meowth heard Jessie say 'Team Rocket' they immediately got up to look at them with a mad expression as Mondo just waved shyly at them.

Butch gets up and groans. "Great… the twerps."

Cassidy gets up and dusts herself off. "Prepare for trouble- oh whatever! There's no time for the motto anyway! Besides, I have no time to steal your Meowth today. As you can see I am very busy looking for someone."

"Wait, you're looking for someone too?" Jessie asked, curiously.

"Well if your twerpish brain must know, these two idiots-" Cassidy points at her partners-in-crime. "Are accusing me of something I didn't do."

Butch and Mondo both heard Cassidy call them idiots. "Hey!"

"What a coincidence… my friends are accusing me of something I didn't do as well," Jessie admitted as she began to think. "Are you saying you have an evil twin as well?"

Cassidy scoffs. "Yeah right, I don't have any siblings at all. That idea is definitely out the window."

James starts to think a little bit. "Maybe both stories are connected somehow."

Everyone looks at James, confused.

"What are you rambling on now, Jimmy?" Meowth rhetorically asked.

Butch crosses his arms. "Yeah, go ahead, sunglasses twerp, enlighten us."

"Okay, so Butch and Mondo, let me ask you two a question. The incident that happened on your end, was Cassidy perhaps talking or was she silent?" James asked the two.

"She didn't say a word," Mondo answered. "Cassidy was staring blankly at Butch, just smiling, and then she uhh… kicked him and immediately ran off."

Domino looks at James. "Doesn't that story sound too similar to ours? Expect that it was a slap?"

James nods. "Right. Jessie was staring at Domino with just a smile, then she uhh… slapped her and then ran off immediately."

"Oh shit, maybe the stories are connected somehow," Butch admitted.

"So now you guys believe that it wasn't me at all?" Jessie asked her friends.

"Yeah? How about you guys?" Cassidy turns to her partners-in-crime.

"Coincidences can happen, besides, we literally saw you, Cassidy. You also said you have no dumb evil twin or whatever." Butch explained.

"That goes for the same thing to you, Jessie. It was you, pink hat, gray shirt, red skirt, everything." Domino added.

"But we'll continue investigating though!" James suggested.

"Yeah! Sometimes it's too convenient to be a coincidence!" Mondo says.

Cassidy rolls her eyes. "Fine." She then turns to Jessie. "How about a truce for the night to clear our names once and for all? Truce?" Cassidy extends her hand for a handshake for Jessie.

Jessie looks at Cassidy's hand before looking back at her. She nods and shakes Cassidy's hand. "Truce."

Oblivious from The Gang and Team Rocket, there was the same purple blob-like Pokémon watching them in the trees, grinning evilly as always.

"Ditto!" The Pokémon cried out, before disappearing out of view.

Time skips to the gang and Team Rocket walking through the forest and looking around. It was night and James had his flashlight out and on.

Domino was shivering a little from being scared of the dark. "Why couldn't this just happen when the sun is out?"

Butch rolls his eyes. "Chill out, water twerp. At least you're not alone."

All of a sudden, something flies by in the sky. Everyone immediately looked up and James pointed his flashlight in the air, but nothing was there as it flew by pretty fast.

"Wh-what was that?" Domino said, still shaking.

"It's probably some random wild bird Pokémon, Domino. It's fine." Jessie answered.

However, the flying unknown Pokémon flies by the gang and Team Rocket again. This time it gave out a roar, which immediately shook the gang and Team Rocket.

"I-I don't think that's a bird Pokémon," Mondo stated.

The flying Pokémon lands in front of the gang and Team Rocket, it's revealed to be a Dragonite and it roars in front of them, scaring everybody.

"W-we should run," Jessie says.

Jessie's friends and Team Rocket all nod as they start running away from the Dragonite. The Pokémon flies off. The gang and Team Rocket are seen running from the Dragonite until they are stopped by a large Arcanine that roars at them.

"I-I don't get it, you shouldn't be able to see Dragonite and Arcanine in the wild!" James stated while in fear.

The wild Arcanine opens its mouth and fires fire from its mouth right at the gang and Team Rocket. They immediately ducked out of the way.

Jessie stands up and pulls out her Poké Ball. "Alright Arcanine, you want a battle? I'll give you one, Wartortle, I choose you!" She sends out Wartortle into battle.

Wartortle materializes. "Wartortle!"

Domino and James both stand by Jessie, also pulling out a Poké Ball as well.

"We'll help you, Jessie! Starmie, I need you!" Domino sends out Starmie into battle.

"Slowbro, you're up to bat!" James also sends Slowbro into battle.

Both Starmie and Slowbro materialize. "HYAH!" "Slowbro!"

"Water Gun!" The gang commanded.

Wartortle, Starmie, and Slowbro all open their mouths and boast water at Arcanine, which the Pokémon howls in pain. Meanwhile, as the gang is battling the large Arcanine, Team Rocket was in the background, Cassidy and Butch were looking at Meowth with his back turned against them. They look at each other and grin.

"Shall we?" Cassidy whispered to Butch.

"You grab his arms and I'll grab his legs," Butch whispered back.

Cassidy and Butch both stealthily sneak up towards Meowth, they're about to grab him until Mondo pulls both of them back.

"What do you two think you're doing?!" Mondo whispered to them, aggressively. "We made a truce, so stick with it!"

Cassidy and Butch both crossed their arms in annoyance. "Fine!"

Back to the battle, the wild Arcanine immediately fled the area from getting struck with a lot of water.

"That was a close one… great job, Wartortle," Jessie recalls her Wartortle, as Domino and James recall their Pokémon as well.

"I still don't get it, why would there be a Dragonite and Arcanine in the wild? You don't just find those types of Pokémon in the wild at all." James starts to think.

"Maybe they evolved Pokémon from their trainers who unfortunately were released to the wild?" Meowth suggested.

Cassidy scoffs. "What kind of idiot trainer will release powerful Pokémon like a Dragonite or an Arcanine!"

"They might as well just hand those Pokémon over to us, Team Rocket! We would gladly take them!" Butch added with a scoff of his own.

"I hate to admit this, James, but Team Rocket does have a point here," Domino says.

"Maybe they're just wild Pokémon on this Route that just evolved from battling over Pokémon?" Jessie suggested.

James scratches his head. "No, that still doesn't make sense, because I don't recall Growlie nor Dratini can be found on Route 13."

The Arcanine from earlier that ran away was watching the gang and Team Rocket from afar, they glow white and it turns out it was the purple blob-like Pokémon all this time and most likely was the Dragonite earlier as well.

"Ditto…" It cries out from anger, as the Pokémon leaves from view.

It cuts back to the gang and Team Rocket talking.

"I think I'm starting to believe you, Jimmy, that something suspicious is going on around here!" Meowth admitted.

"So what are we gonna do?" Jessie asked.

Cassidy, Butch, and Mondo all put one of their arms around Jessie. The trio is giving her a grin.

"I guess it's time for you, twerpette, to take a page out from Team Rocket's book," Cassidy suggested to Jessie who gulped in response.

It cuts to Jessie all of a sudden walking alone in the forest, being scared and looking left and right. All of a sudden, A Rhyhorn pops in front of her and roars directly at Jessie.

"Like… uh oh man!" Jessie turns around and starts running away.

The Rhyhorn roars once more, before chasing Jessie through the forest. Jessie keeps running while screaming in fear, and then she all of a sudden side jumps to the right. The Rhyhorn continues going straight, but the ground above Rhyhorn gives out and the Pokémon falls in the pitfall. Soon, the gang and Team Rocket all poke their heads out from hiding in nearby trees and bushes.

"Haha, it worked!" Cassidy said, high-fiving Butch and Mondo.

"Wow Team Rocket, I have to say, nice work, even though I hate admitting it..." Jessie says with an annoyed expression.

Butch crosses his arms and smirks. "We know how to dig our pitfalls."

"Yeah, no one can dig like us!" Mondo added.

The gang and Team Rocket all look down in the pitfall to see the Rhyhorn currently roaring at them from above.

"James, you don't see wild Rhyhorn on this Route, right?" Domino asked.

James shakes his head no. "Nope, not really."

"A Rhyhorn huh? I wonder if the Pokédex has any information on this Pokémon." Jessie pulls out the Pokédex and aims it at the Rhyhorn.

However, what Pokémon displayed on the Pokédex isn't a Rhyhorn at all. To Jessie's shock, it was a purple blob-like Pokémon displayed instead.

"Ditto, the Transform Pokémon. Normal type. When it spots an enemy, its body transforms into an almost perfect copy of its opponent."

Jessie gasped in shock and immediately alerted the others. "Guys, check this out!"

Meowth, Domino, James, and Team Rocket all look at Jessie's Pokédex to see the Ditto displayed on the screen.

"A Ditto?" Domino questioned.

The now-revealed Ditto in the pitfall, currently transformed into a Rhyhorn, glows white and transforms into a different Pokémon, a Pidgeot. The Ditto-transformed Pidgeot flies out of the pitfall to the gang and Team Rocket's shock.

Soon, Ditto transforms back into its original form. "Ditto!" It cries out.

Domino's eyes sparkled in delight upon seeing Ditto's original form. "Aww, it's so cute!"

"Wait… so are you telling me that it was that Ditto that kicked me squared in the nuggets?!" Butch says, frustrated.

The wild Ditto starts crying with laughter before transforming into Cassidy then Jessie respectfully, admitting that it was them, before transforming back to its original form. "Ditto!"

"I guess that explains everything," James says.

Jessie turns to her friends and Meowth. "You guys owe me a huge apology once this is over!"

Jessie's friends and Meowth all chuckled nervously as Butch pulls out a Poké Ball.

"I'm taking care of this stupid blob, go Primeape!" Butch sends out Primeape to fight the wild Ditto.

Primeape materializes. "Primeape!"

The Ditto soon transforms into a Primeape as well. "Primeape!"

"Primeape, show that some lousy copy isn't better than you! Low Kick!" Butch commanded.

Primeape dashes at the transformed Ditto to try to kick it, but the transformed Ditto lands a kick before Primeape can and sends Butch's Pokémon flying back at him, and his Primeape faints.

Butch growls from being frustrated. "Primeape, return."

Domino steps up to the front, Poké Ball in hand. "I'll take care of this, besides, I need to get payback for what this Ditto did to me!"

The Ditto transforms back into its original form. "Ditto!"

"Goldeen, I choose you!" Domino sends out Goldeen into battle against the wild Ditto.

Goldeen materializes and starts hopping on land. "Goldeen!"

Then Ditto transforms into the Pokémon that Domino sent out. "Goldeen!"

"Horn Attack!" Domino commanded.

Goldeen charges at the transformed Ditto and tries to stab it with its horn, but the transformed Ditto manages to move out of the way, dodging the move. Soon the horn of the transformed Ditto spins like a drill and then hits Domino's Goldeen, completely fainting the Pokémon.

Soon, Ditto transforms back into its original form. "Ditto!"

Domino's gasped. "Goldeen, return!" She recalls Goldeen back in its Poké Ball. "What type of move was that?"

"I believe that was a Horn Drill attack!" James answered.

"I don't get it, it's like not only Ditto can perfectly transform into exactly like the opponent's Pokémon, but even stronger than the real thing!" Jessie stated.

Cassidy thinks. "So are you saying Ditto has a better kick than me?"

"And slaps better than me?" Jessie added with her question.

"Oh yeah? Some stupid copy can't be stronger than Meowth!" Meowth jumps into battle against Ditto. "Alright Ditto, time for Meowth to teach you a lesson!"

Ditto then transforms into Meowth and starts talking exactly like Meowth. "Hi, pal!" It says.

The gang and Team Rocket all immediately gasped in shock, especially Meowth.

"Oh hell no, never mind!" Meowth runs back and hides behind Jessie's leg from being scared.

Jessie looks at Meowth with an annoyed expression. "Nice battling Meowth…" She sarcastically says.

Ditto transforms back into its purple blob-like original form. "Ditto!"

Cassidy steps up with a Poké Ball in hand. "My Raticate will take care of this!"

"Cassidy, let me handle this! I'll take care of this Ditto, trust me!" Mondo says with a confident look in his eyes.

Cassidy was about to object before sighing. "Fine, but you better win!" She puts Raticate's Poké Ball away, before stepping back.

"Ditto!" The wild Ditto cries out.

Mondo steps up, facing Ditto as he pulls out a Poké Ball. "Marowak, I believe in you!" Mondo sends out his Marowak to do battle against the wild Ditto.

Marowak materializes. "Marowak!"

Ditto soon transforms into Marowak. "Marowak!"

Mondo kneeling to Marowak's height. "Okay, Marowak. I want you to pretend that the transformed Pokémon is that annoying blonde girl's Marowak that defeated you on the Cycling Road. So that it gives you the determination to get revenge. Can you do that?"

Marowak looks at its trainer, then at the transformed Ditto, and then it starts to imagine that Annie is right there next to it.

"You won't beat my Marowak. My Marowak is stronger!" Annie says in Marowak's mind.

Marowak starts getting very frustrated. "Marowak! Marowak! Marowak!" The Pokémon now has determination in its eyes.

Mondo stands up with a smile on his face. "That's the spirit!"

"He's brainwashing his Marowak… will that actually work?" Jessie asked.

"Any option is better than no option," James answered.

Domino thinks. "Yeah but… oh am I thinking, it is Team Rocket after all."

Cassidy and Butch both start cheering for Mondo. "Mondo, Mondo, he's the man, if he can't beat Ditto, no one can!"

Mondo commands the first move. "Marowak, Bonemerang!"

Marowak throws its bone toward the transformed Pokémon, but it dodges the move. Then it dashes towards Mondo's Marowak, trying to hit it with its very own bone.

"Dodge it, Marowak!"

Mondo's Marowak side jumps to the right to avoid the move the transformed Ditto was trying to land.

"Use Headbutt, Marowak!"

Mondo's Marowak dashes at the transformed Pokémon, sticking its head out and then Marowak lands the Headbutt.

"Marowak!" The transformed Pokémon cries in pain.

The gang and Team Rocket look impressed by how well Mondo is battling.

"Mondo is actually doing it!" Butch says with a chuckle.

"Maybe we should cheer this often!" Cassidy says.

"Now Marowak, use Bonemerang!" Mondo commanded.

Mondo Marowak throws its bone at the transformed Ditto, but the Pokémon also throws its bone at Marowak as well. Both bones collide and land on the ground. The transformed Ditto goes over to pick up its bone.

"Now! Skull Bash, Marowak!"

Mondo's Marowak quickly dashes towards the transformed Pokémon while it is distracted and bashes the Pokémon with its skull on its head, dealing major damage to the Pokémon.

From taking so much damage, Ditto transforms back to its original form and looks tired out. "Ditto…"

Mondo quickly takes out an empty Poké Ball. "Ditto, you're mine!" He throws the empty Poké Ball toward the wild Ditto.

The Poké Ball strikes Ditto and the Pokémon goes in. The Poké Ball lands on the ground, it starts wiggling. The gang and Team Rocket all watch the Poké Ball shake, waiting patiently. After a few shakes, the Poké Ball soon clicks, signaling a successful catch.

Mondo slowly starts to smile as he goes over to pick up the Poké Ball. "I did it! I caught Ditto!"

His Marowak celebrates with him on his new catch. "Marowak!"

Cassidy and Butch immediately go over to hug Mondo from catching Ditto.

"Great work, Mondo! You caught us a new member on our team!" Cassidy says, cheerfully.

Butch nods in approval. "It looks like you're becoming a little man now."

"Marowak!" The Pokémon cries out in joy.

Mondo blushes from embarrassment. "You guys! You're making me blush!" He hugs back his partners-in-crime and Marowak as well.

Jessie and her friends were watching this and smiling along.

Jessie turns to her friends. "Should we just leave and let them have their moment?"

Domino, James, and Meowth all nod as they turn around to leave Team Rocket alone and head back to their camping site. It cuts to the gang inside their tent, inside their sleeping bags, ready to go to sleep.

"Alright y'all, apologize to me, now!" Jessie demanded.

Domino, James, and Meowth both look at each other before looking down and sighing. "We're sorry, Jessie." The three said.

Jessie smiles. "Much better, thanks!"

"Should've we really let Team Rocket capture that Ditto?" Domino questioned.

"With what Ditto was doing, I think it makes sense that they should have it," James says.

"Yeah, I guess Jimmy was right, but I am really tired now." Meowth walks on top of Jessie, makes biscuits, and lays on top of her to go to sleep.

"Besides, I know Mondo will treat his Ditto good. Night!" Jessie says before closing her eyes.

"Night!" Both Domino and James say before dozing off as well.

It cuts to where Team Rocket is sleeping in the forest, well at least Cassidy and Butch were as Mondo slowly opens his eyes. He looks to see if his partner-in-crimes were asleep, before slowly getting up and walking far away from them. Mondo pulls out his Poké Ball and sends out Ditto.

Ditto materializes. "Dit-"

Ditto was about to say its cry until Mondo covered its mouth up, shushing it up. "Ditto, can you do me a quick favor?"

Ditto nods to its trainer in agreement, keeping quiet so that it don't wake up Cassidy and Butch.

Mondo pulls out a photo of the Celadon City Gym Leader, Erika, from his pocket, blushing in embarrassment. "C-can you… transform into Erika for me for a little bit?"

Ditto looks at its trainer and just slowly blinks, before the episode cuts to darkness, ending.
