Annie Are You Okay?

The episode starts with the gang still lost in the forest and walking, it seems they have no idea where they are at all and it's foggy as well.

"Are we ever gonna get to Vermilion City?" Jessie whined.

James pulls out his map and tries to tell where they're at, but can't. "We're still lost."

Meowth sighs. "Maybe you should put me back in the Poké Ball, Jess."

"Okay!" Jessie pulls out Meowth's Poké Ball from her purse and is about to return Meowth.

Meowth immediately yelled out. "WOAH WOAH, I'M KIDDING!"

Domino chuckles. "I think you should return him, then it would be ten times quieter."

Meowth glares at Domino and then scratches her as she screams in pain.

"YOU LITTLE SHIT! Jessie, control your Pokémon!" Domino demanded.

"Meowth, what did I say about scratching our friends?!" Jessie said.

Meowth defends himself. "She had it coming!"

James groans. "You know, we would've been in Vermilion City right now if we stop goofing off like this."

"Well it would be much helpful if we knew where we were going, you blue haired numbskull!" Domino yelled.

"It's lavender!" James countered.

Meowth crosses her arms. "Maybe it would be ten times quieter if you went inside a Poké Ball."

"Oh shut up, you!" Domino fires back.

"Guys, can we stop-" Jessie gets cut off mid-sentence as she accidentally trips on something, well someone actually and falls to the ground and groans in pain.

"Jessie, are you alright?!" James immediately helps Jessie up.

"I'm fine, thank you. I think I tripped on something." Jessie looks at what she tripped on and it looks like someone's leg being stuck out as the whole body is hidden in the bush. "More like someone…"

James notices and yells. "EEP! Don't tell me we came across a dead body!"

Everyone looks at James and raises an eyebrow. "It could be!" James says.

Domino was about to grab a hold onto the leg and drag the whole body away from the bush to see who it was until James stopped her. "Wait, you need some gloves. You don't want your fingerprints all over, just in case!" James reaches into his backpack and grabs some gloves and gives them to Domino.

"Oh, thanks James!" Domino accepts the gloves and puts them on. She grabs the leg that's been sticking out and drags whoever it is out of the bushes.

The person appears to have blonde hair, brown eyes, red lips, orange and green top, and black bottoms.

Jessie gasps seeing that the blonde brown-eyed person looks familiar. "No… it can't be." She said quietly to herself.

The title screen shows.

"Annie Are You Okay?"

"What is it, Jessie?" Domino asked from her gasp.

"Uhh…" Jessie notices some bruises and red marks on the blonde brown-eyed person. "It looks like this person was attacked, look at the bruises and red marks on her."

Domino checks a pulse and she is breathing. "She's still breathing guys, she's just unconscious."

Meowth sighs in relief. "For a second there I thought we came across a dead body!"

"We should take a rest and set up camp until this person wakes up." James suggested as everyone else nods in agreement.

The gang set up their camping gear which includes their tent as well. They lay the unconscious blonde girl in the tent to rest.

"Anyone want s'mores while we wait?" James suggested.

Meowth immediately nods. "Now you're talking, Jimmy!"

"I'll eat some as well." Domino adds.

However Jessie just remains silent and doesn't answer back.

James turns his attention to Jessie. "Jessie?"

Jessie finally responded. "You guys go, I'll keep an eye on her."

The three just look at each other in confusion. "Oh, okay then." James says.

James, Meowth, and Domino exit the tent as Jessie stays to watch over the blonde unconscious girl.

The scene time skips and we see the blonde girl slowly opening her eyes and then holding her head. "Ugh, where am I?"

Jessie immediately perks up. "You're awake!"

The blonde girl immediately notices Jessie and questions her and is shaking in fear. "What?! Who are you?!"

"Hey, hey it's fine, I'm not gonna hurt you. Me and my friends found you unconscious in a bush and we wanted to help you." Jessie responded.

The blonde girl starts looking around for something. "Cubone? Where's my Cubone?!"

Jessie raises an eyebrow. "You have a Cubone?"

The blonde girl nods in response. "Yeah! I think those mean people stole my Cubone!"

"STOLE?!" Jessie said in shock.

The scene cuts to the campfire with the gang and the blonde girl are sitting on logs across the fire.

The blonde girl starts introducing herself to the gang. "My name is Annie."

"I knew it, it's her." Jessie says quietly to herself.

"Annie, can you tell us what happened?" Domino asked.

Annie nods in response. "I was just suddenly minding my own business by walking in this forest with my Cubone and all of the sudden I was jumped by a no good for nothing criminal! They attacked and knocked me out. They must've dragged me to that bush so no one would notice me lying there. Thank goodness my leg was sticking out."

"Now who would steal your precious Cubone?" James asked.

Annie looks down in sadness. "I-I don't know, but all I know is that my precious Cubone was stolen!" She burst into tears and hugged the person who was next to her left, which was Jessie, in sadness.

Jessie looks at Annie who is hugging her and tries to make her feel better. "Hey, it's okay, we're gonna find these thieves and get your Cubone back."

"Yeah, Jessie is right. We're gonna do everything to get your Cubone back." Domino adds in.

Annie lets go of the hug and sniffles. "Thank you guys, I really appreciate it."

"What did these bozos look like?" Meowth asked.

"I-I don't know, it all happened so fast, I couldn't identify them." Annie looks down in sadness.

Jessie stands up. "Let's go, we're gonna find them."

She was about to leave.

James stops Jessie. "But Jessie, we don't know where to look. We don't even have any leads."

Domino nods. "James is right, we have to stop and think first."

"We don't need to think. It's obvious who stole Annie's Cubone. Team Rocket of course!" Jessie replied as she starts walking.

"But doesn't Mondo have a Cubone? Why would Team Rocket go out of their way to steal a Pokémon that they already have?" Domino questioned.

James nods. "Domino has a point, Jessie. It doesn't make sense."

Jessie stops walking and looks back. "Team Rocket doesn't make sense in general and that's why I'm gonna find them to get Annie's Cubone back, no matter what! Are you guys coming with me or not?" She then continues walking.

Domino, James, and Meowth all look at each other and shrug in confusion as they do indeed follow Jessie and so does Annie as well.

The scene cuts to Team Rocket currently on a different side of the forest, walking and looking around. Mondo is currently seen petting his Cubone.

Cassidy groans in annoyance. "We lost the twerps again!"

Mondo rolls his eyes and continues petting Cubone. "Who are we gonna blame it on this time?"

"Why do you have your damn Cubone out? We're not currently battling anyone." Butch questioned.

"Because I actually care about my little Cubone here. Isn't that right, Cubone?" Mondo looks at Cubone and smiles and Cubone smiles back at him.

"Cubone!"

Cassidy crosses her arms in annoyance. "Okay then, it's pretty obvious that it's Mondo's reason why we lost the twerps.

Mondo immediately puts his Cubone down and looks at Cassidy. "My fault?! How is it my fault?!"

"Because if you would've focused more on finding the twerps than your precious little Cubone, we wouldn't be lost!" Cassidy explained.

"That's a stupid reason!" Mondo points at Butch. "It's Butch's fault on why we're lost!"

"That's Tauros-shit and you know it, Mondo! It's Cassidy's fault!" Butch countered back.

Cassidy gasped, looking offended. "My fault?!"

"Yeah, if we didn't have to listen to you complain and complain, we wouldn't have been distracted and lost the twerps!" Butch explained.

As the Team Rocket trio keep blaming each other on whose fault it is, Cubone is watching the arguing in the background. However, a shadowy figure is sneaking behind Cubone and grabs the Pokémon and immediately flees the scene without making any noise.

"You're both just jealous that I treat my Pokémon with more respect!" Mondo picks up a big rock near him without looking, thinking it's Cubone and holds it while staring at Cassidy and Butch.

Cassidy and Butch both slowly look at each other in confusion and then back at Mondo. "Umm… Mondo." Cassidy spoke up and pointed at the big rock that Mondo is currently holding.

"Huh?" Mondo looks down and notices that he is not carrying Cubone and drops the big rock onto the ground. "Cubone?!" Mondo immediately looks around to find his Cubone. "Cubone?!" Mondo called out once more, but no answer.

"Did Cubone run off somewhere?!" Butch suggested.

"Cubone would never run off without me!" Mondo continues looking through every bush and tree to find Cubone, but no luck. "I-I think my Cubone has been stolen!"

Cassidy and Butch now worried as well, also start looking through every bush and tree for Cubone with Mondo.

The scene cuts to the shadowy figure parkouring tree to tree while holding Mondo's Cubone until they come across a cabin. They reveal themselves to be a male, with turquoise hair and bluish eyes. The mysterious person starts walking towards the cabin as Mondo's Cubone tries to break free in the blue-eyed person's grasp, but can't.

"Stop trying to escape. Be a good little Cubone and stay quiet, unless I will make you." The blue-eyed person threatened.

Cubone immediately shuts up and looks down in sadness.

The turquoise-haired and blue-eyed person was about to walk into the cabin, they noticed bushes rattling, jumped back, pulled out a Poké Ball and were ready to battle with them, a different person with reddish hair and brown eyes and a female, pops out from the bushes also holding a Cubone as well.

The turquoise-haired person sighs in relief and retracts his Poké Ball, as it seems he knows this person. "You scared me, Rosie. I thought you were someone else!"

The red-haired and brown-eyed female's name has been revealed to be Rosie. "I was waiting for you all this time Zaid and I finally heard your voice.

The turquoise-haired and blue-eyed male's name has also been revealed to be Zaid. "Have you gotten a Cubone yet?"

Rosie nods. "I have, although the blonde girl did put up a fight, but it wasn't much for me." Rosa notices that Zaid also has a Cubone in his hands as well. "You got a Cubone too?"

"I was heading back to the cabin, until I heard arguing and decided to check it out and then I saw this little guy right here." Zaid looks down at the Cubone he was holding. "While the trio was distracted from arguing, I stealthily grabbed their Cubone and got out of there quickly." Zaid laughs. "Looks like it's our lucky day, we got two Cubone instead of one!"

"You're lucky you got the idiot trainers." Rosie rolls her eyes.

"Let's just head to the cabin and put our plan into action." Zaid suggested as Rosa nodded in response.

Both Mondo and Annie's Cubone look at each with fear in their eyes as Zaid and Rosie both head towards their cabin.

"Cubone, Cubone!" Both Cubone start crying for help.

"No one's gonna hear you guys cry for help, we're in a forest in the middle of nowhere." Rosa grinned.

"The perfect place to leave no trace! That's what I always say." Zaid laughed.

As both Rosie and Zaid enter the cabins the scene cuts to the gang with Annie walking through forest and looking for Team Rocket.

Jessie groans in annoyance. "The one time I actually need Team Rocket to show up, they don't."

"Who's Team Rocket again?" Annie asked.

"They're a bunch of no good criminals always trying to steal Pokémon." Jessie answered.

"Yeah and they're trying to steal the Meowth, because I talk." Meowth points at himself. "Oh and Elekid too."

"I can't believe your Meowth can talk." Annie said.

Jessie leans her hand on a nearby tree while looking at Annie. "Pretty impressive, right?"

Domino and James look at each other in confusion.

Domino realizes something and whispers to James. "James, you don't think that's-"

James cuts her off mid-sentence. "The same Annie Jessie talked about from yesterday in that hotel? It's starting to look like it." James whispered back.

Meowth glares at Jessie. "Can we focus more on finding this girl's Cubone?"

Jessie stops leaning her hand on a tree. "Right, sorry." She pulls out two Poké Balls from her purse. "Pidgeotto and Butterfree, I choose both of you!" Jessie sends out both Pidgeotto and Butterfree.

"Pidgeotto!"

"Free!"

"Pidgeotto and Butterfree, I want the both of you to look for Team Rocket in the air!" Jessie commanded.

Both Pidgeotto and Butterfree nod in response as they fly up in the air to look for Team Rocket.

Jessie looks back at Annie. "Don't worry, we're gonna find Team Rocket and get your Cubone back, no matter what!"

Annie stares in amazement. "Wow… this girl, she's doing everything she can to help me find my Cubone." She says quietly to herself.

Meanwhile Domino and James are continuing their private conversation to themselves.

"That can't be the same Annie, it is a common name after all." Domino says.

James nods. "That's definitely the same Annie, it has to be."

"But wouldn't it be too convenient that Jessie ran into the same Annie when she was just talking about her yesterday?" Domino questioned.

James just shrugs in response. "Miracles happen."

The scene cuts to Team Rocket still looking for their Cubone.

Cassidy starts complaining in frustration. "What kind of stupid criminals would steal from other criminals?! We're supposed to be the ones stealing here!"

Butch stomps his foot in anger. "You see, Cassidy?! This is the shit I was talking about earlier, your stupid annoying complaining!"

"Shut up, Buzz!" Cassidy shouted back.

Butch clutches his fist in anger. "THE NAME IS BUTCH, B-U-T-C-H! BUTCH, GET IT RIGHT!"

"GUYS, CAN WE FOCUS MORE ON FINDING MY CUBONE THAN ARGUING ALL DAY?!" Mondo yelled out in frustration.

Cassidy just crosses her arms in response. "Fine. Do we even have any leads on possible suspects of stealing Cubone?"

"No, I don't think so, but who would try to steal Cubone?" Mondo questioned.

"Maybe the annoying twerps did it." Butch suggested.

Cassidy laughs. "Those goody-two shoes twerps? Just because we always try to steal from them, doesn't make it right for them to steal from us. Two wrongs don't make a right!"

"What other options do we have? We got to find them!" Mondo said.

"With this fog and this huge forest, they're probably already out of the forest by now." Butch replied.

Mondo looks down in sadness and sheds a tear. "I-I just want my Cubone back."

"How about we go catch a new one!" Cassidy suggested.

Cassidy gets hit by a log from Mondo as Butch facepalms in embarrassment.

"ARE YOU DUMB AS HELL?! NO WAY!" Mondo screamed out.

The scene cuts to Pidgeotto and Butterfree flying through the forest and looking for Team Rocket. Luckily, they heard Mondo's scream which led them towards Team Rocket. The Pokémon spot them from a far distance so they can't be seen.

"Pidgeotto! Pidgeotto, Pidgeotto!"

(Translation) "There they are! Come on, we have to go tell the others!"

Butterfree nods as the Pokémon fly off to Jessie and the others. The scene cuts to the cabin as we see Zaid waiting for Rosie and the two Cubone locked in cages.

Zaid groans in annoyance. "Where is Rosie with the fake gold paint? I never thought she would've taken this long!"

The two Cubone who are locked in a cage look at each other.

"Cubone?" Mondo's Cubone questioned.

(Translation) "Do you have a plan on getting us out of here?"

Annie's Cubone starts to think of an idea and then it has one. "Cubone! Cubone."

(Translation) "I got one! Okay this is what I want you to do."

Annie's Cubone aims its bone to the window and throws it as it passes the bars of the cage and then breaks the window and lands outside which makes a huge noise.

"What the hell?" Zaid looks at the cage and to his perspective, only sees one Cubone in the cage. Then he sees the broken window and immediately rushes outside to investigate.

Mondo's Cubone reveals to be hiding from Annie's Cubone this entire time as it starts picking the lock of the cage with its bone.

"Cubone! Cubone!" Annie's Cubone shouts.

(Translation) "Hurry! Hurry!"

"Cubone!" Mondo's Cubone replies back.

(Translation) "I am!"

Mondo's Cubone was able to pick the lock as the cage opened. The two Cubone immediately jump out and start running towards the exit door of the cabin. The scene cuts to outside where Zaid is looking at the bone on the ground and scratching his head.

"What the?" Zaid hears the door of the cabin fling open and see the two Cubone running away. "HEY, GET BACK HERE!" He starts running after them.

We see the two Cubone running away in the forest with Zaid chasing after them as the scene cuts to the gang, waiting for Pidgeotto and Butterfree to return.

Jessie frowns as she is talking to Annie. "I hope they find them, I would hate to see your Cubone be stolen."

Annie also frowns as well and sheds a tear. "Yeah." Annie looks up at Jessie. "Thank you for at least helping me so much for trying to find my Cubone."

Jessie and Annie stare at each other for a little while as Domino, James, and Meowth are looking at each other in the distance watching this.

"Okay, I think I'll admit that I was wrong earlier." Domino says.

James nods in response. "Mhm."

Meowth chuckles. "I knew it all along from the start."

"So, do you have any other Pokémon other than Cubone?" Jessie asked Annie.

"I do actually, I have a-"

Annie cuts off mid of her sentence as she and the gang her wings flapping. Jessie and the others immediately look up and they see Pidgeotto and Butterfree in the air.

"Pidgeotto and Butterfree, did you find Team Rocket?!" Jessie immediately asked.

The Pokémon both nod as Pidgeotto points at the direction where they are.

Jessie looks back at the gang. "Come on, let's follow them!"

Everyone nods in response from Jessie as Pidgeotto and Butterfree start guiding the gang and Annie to Team Rocket. Speaking of them, the scene cuts to them with Cassidy arguing to Mondo and Butch just leaning by a nearby tree.

"YOU DON'T HIT GIRLS WITH A LOG!" Cassidy shouted at Mondo.

"I JUST DID, ARE YOU GONNA CRY?!" Mondo shouted back.

Butch finally has enough and steps in front of the two. "Okay, arguing isn't gonna get us nowhere, we got to find Cubone now!"

Both Cassidy and Mondo look away and cross their arms. The Team Rocket trio hear flapping and look up as they see Pidgeotto and Butterfree in the air.

"A Pidgeotto?" Cassidy questioned.

"A Butterfree?" Butch also questioned.

"TEAM ROCKET!" A familiar female voice was heard by Team Rocket that got their attention as Jessie and the others arrived.

"TWERPS!" Team Rocket shouted back.

"Alright, where's Annie's Cubone?!" Jessie immediately questioned.

"Yeah, give my Cubone back now!" Annie adds in.

Cassidy laughs "Instead of asking questions, you should be prepared for trouble!"

"And you can make it double!" Butch adds in.

"To infect the world with devastation!"

"To blight all people in every nation!"

"To denounce the goodness of-"

Jessie interrupts their motto. "We have no time for the motto, where is Annie's Cubone now?!"

Cassidy and Butch both grit their teeth in anger. "For your information, twerpette, we have no idea where your little girlfriend's Cubone is at!" Cassidy replied back with a shout.

Both Jessie and Annie immediately blush. "Girlfriend?! No way!" They both shouted.

Domino, James, and Meowth both snicker in the background.

"Besides, we have our own Cubone problems." Butch says.

Mondo speaks up towards Jessie and the others. "Yeah, someone stole my Cubone!"

"Wait… is this true?" Domino questioned.

Meowth crosses his arms. "They're obviously lying!"

"We're not lying, trust us." Cassidy responds.

James looks at Jessie. "Jessie, we have to believe them. As from my point earlier."

Jessie's anger slowly fades away in shock. "I see, so it really wasn't you guys."

Butch points at them. "Besides, we think you annoying twerps stole Mondo's Cubone!"

Jessie gasped in shock. "Now why would we steal your Cubone?!"

"Yeah, we're not criminals unlike you three!" Domino adds in.

"You three are crazy!" Meowth also adds in.

"The most innocent is most likely guilty." Cassidy grins.

James steps in. "Stop trying to blame us!"

As Team Rocket and the gang continue arguing, a nearby bush starts rattling which catches everyone's attention and the arguing immediately stops.

"What's that?!" Mondo immediately questioned.

"It could be someone or a Pokémon!" Domino responded.

The two Cubone pop out from the bush as they run to their trainers and hug them tight.

Mondo hugs his Cubone tight. "Cubone, I'm so glad you're okay!"

Annie also hugs her Cubone tight as well. "I miss you so much, my precious little Cubone!"

Both Cubone continue to hug their trainers in happiness as Cassidy, Butch, Jessie, James, Meowth, and Domino look on.

"So… no one stole anything." Jessie said while rubbing her head.

"I think we all owe each other an apology." James says.

Cassidy rolls her eyes. "Fine, we're sorry that we assumed that you guys stole Mondo's Cubone."

Butch also rolls his eyes as well. "Yeah."

Jessie apologizes back. "And I guess I'm sorry for assuming you guys stole Annie's Cubone."

"Wait, it still doesn't make sense that the Cubone would just run off without their trainers like that." Domino points out.

"Yeah, you're right. My Cubone would never do that." Mondo says.

Annie nods in response. "Mine would never do that as well."

Domino continues her explanation. "So I believe that these Cubone were indeed stolen, it's just neither of us did, but someone or some other people did."

"Wow, a crime not committed by Team Rocket? That's a first!" Meowth says.

"If you think about it, that does make a whole lot of sense, but who?" James questioned.

"Seadra, Smokescreen!" An unfamiliar voice to the gang, Annie, and Team Rocket is heard as that got their attention.

All of the sudden, a light blue, piscine Pokémon that is similar to a seahorse with a cream-colored belly covered in rough scales, pops out of nowhere and shoots out Smokescreen as the area starts feeling up with dark smoke as we heard everyone coughing and can't see.

"Pidgeotto, blow this Smokescreen away with your Whirlwind!" Jessie commented.

Pidgeotto uses Whirlwind and successfully blows away the Smokescreen as the area clears up, but as it does so, Annie's and Mondo's Cubone are gone once again.

"CUBONE?!" They both shouted.

Jessie looks around and sees someone with turquoise hair running away with the Cubone. "THERE, AFTER THEM QUICK!" Jessie points in the direction as Jessie sprints out with the rest following her from behind.

The scene cuts back to the area with the cabin with Rosie arriving back with a bucket full with fake gold paint. "I finally got it. Zaid, I got it!" She shouts, but no answer back. "Zaid?"

Rosie goes inside the cabin. "Zaid, I got the-" Rosie gasps in shock, cutting her sentence off, as she sees the cage opened and the window broken. "What the hell happened?!"

Rosie hears running in the distance as she goes outside and looks the direction of where the sound is coming from and sees Zaid running towards the direction of the cabin with the two Cubone in his arms.

"I'm… here." Zaid starts catching his breath.

"Zaid, what happened?!" Rosa immediately questioned.

"The Cubone tried to escape from us, but luckily I chased and got them back." Zaid responds as we see the Cubone trying to escape his grasps, but can't.

"Alright, it doesn't matter. Let's just get this paint on their skulls, quick!" Rosie opens up the big can of fake gold paint and dips a paint brush in it. "Now hold still you little Cubone or I will make you!"

Annie and Mondo's Cubone start shaking in fear as Rosa starts getting closer to them with the paint brush.

"STOP IT RIGHT NOW!" Jessie yells straight at them as Rosie stops and looks, so does Zaid. We see Jessie and the others, including Team Rocket, arrive just in time.

Zaid takes Mondo's Cubone's bone away and locks them and Annie's Cubone back in the cage. "Just great!"

"Annoying pest!" Rosie adds in.

"Who are you people and what do you think you're doing?!" Domino immediately questions the two.

"If you must now, I'm Zaid."

"And I'm Rosie."

"We're 'Ruthless Zero.' We steal Pokémon and sell them!" Rosie explained, pointing the letter R on her shirt and Zaid pointing the letter Z on his shirt.

"HEY! We're the ones with the letter Rs on our uniforms, Team Rocket would sue you for copyright!" Cassidy shouted.

"Yeah!" Butch agreed.

"Why are you bozos called 'Ruthless Zero' anyway? Because you're nothing but zeroes?" Meowth starts chuckling and so does James.

"No! It's because we give zero care about trainers and their bond for Pokémon!" Rosie shouted in response.

"So, why are you after the Cubone?" Jessie questioned.

Zaid starts laughing. "That's easy, we're gonna paint their skulls fake gold and scam people to make a lot of money!"

Annie gasps at this. "No!"

Jessie grits her teeth in anger as she is about to command Pidgeotto and Butterfree to do a move, but Team Rocket steps in.

"We're gonna take care of them!" Cassidy pulls out a Poké Ball and so does Butch.

"Rattata, take care of them!"

"Go fuck them up, Mankey!"

Cassidy and Butch send out their Pokémon, getting ready to battle.

Zaid and Rosie both pull out Poké Balls as well. "Seadra, go!" "Electrode, I choose you!" Both Zaid and Rosie send out their Pokémon as well.

"Mankey, Cross Chop!" Butch commanded.

"Seadra, Smokescreen!" Zaid commanded.

Mankey was going for a Cross Chop, but Seadra blasted Smokescreen right in Mankey's eyes, blinding the Pokémon.

"AHH!" Butch shouted.

"Electrode, Tackle it!" Rosie commanded.

Electrode tackles Mankey, it goes flying, and hits a tree then faints as Butch returns Mankey in anger.

Rattata, you use Bite on Electrode!" Cassidy commanded.

"Electrode, Screech!" Rosie commanded once more.

Rattata was able to bite Electrode, but the Pokémon screeched so loud that Rattata slowly backed away in fear.

"Come on Rattata, don't be scared!" Cassidy shouted.

"Seadra, Bubble Beam!" Zaid commanded.

Seadra uses Bubble Beam and it lands a direct hit as Rattata also goes flying, hits a tree and faints.

Cassidy returns Rattata to its Poké Ball in frustration. "I guess the twerps have to save the day now."

"Alright, time for me to step up to the plate. Pidgeotto, Quick Attack now!" Jessie commanded.

"Electrode, Take Down now!" Rosie commanded.

Pidgeotto goes flying in for a Quick Attack, but Electrode manages to counter with a Take Down and strikes Pidgeotto down to the ground, dealing a lot of damage.

"AHH! Pidgeotto return!" Jessie returns Pidgeotto back to its Poké Ball.

"Just give it up, kid. You can't beat us alone!" Rosie suggested.

"Jessie, do you want help or something?" Domino suggested.

Jessie looks back at Annie, who is staring at her and then looks back at Ruthless Zero. "I can take them on by myself, don't worry." She pulls out her next Poké Ball from her purse. "Elekid, I choose you!" Jessie sends out Elekid.

Elekid hops onto the battlefield. "Ele!"

Zaid starts laughing. "Aww, look at the little baby Pokémon. What harm can a little baby Pokémon possibly do?"

Jessie grits her teeth in anger. "Elekid, ThunderPunch on Seadra!"

Elekid charges up their fist and absolutely destroys the Seadra with a ThunderPunch as it faints with static surrounding it.

Zaid is speechless. "Seadra return!" He returns Seadra to its Poké Ball.

Rosie looks annoyed. "Electrode, SonicBoom to that spark plug, now!"

"Butterfree, Sleeping Powder lets go!" Jessie commanded.

Electrode was going for a tackle, but Butterfree manages to use Sleeping Powder just in time before Electrode can land it as the Pokémon falls asleep.

Rosie starts stomping her foot in anger. "ELECTRODE, WAKE UP NOW!"

Jessie clutches her fist. "Alright Elekid, another ThunderPunch!"

Elekid starts charging up its fist again and delivers a ThunderPunch at Electrode as it gets sent flying towards Ruthless Zero and they get hit by the Pokémon and fall to the ground.

"OW!" They both scream out in pain. Ruthless Zero looks down and sees Electrode glowing white and it explodes, sending Ruthless Zero blasting off and screaming as Zaid drops Mondo's Cubone's bone.

"YES, WE DID IT!" Jessie cheered out as the others even Team Rocket started celebrating as Annie just looked in amazement at Jessie.

"M-my hero." Annie says so quietly.

The scene cuts to Meowth picking the cage lock with one of his nails as he successfully does it and the cage opens. "Too easy!" He says.

"Cubone!" Both Mondo and Annie say as both Cubone immediately hug their trainers tightly.

After a few seconds pass, Team Rocket looks at the gang. "Alright, since you helped us twerpette, we will give you a day off today from stealing your talking Meowth and spark plug. Let's go, guys." Cassidy commanded as she walked off with Butch and Mondo, still hugging his Cubone, following behind her.

"Wow, thanks…" Jessie says as she watches Team Rocket walk off.

The scene time skips with Jessie and the others about to say goodbye to Annie.

"Thank you all so much for saving my precious little Cubone!" Annie says with happiness and hugging her Cubone.

"Cubone!"

"We're just glad that those people didn't harm you that bad." Domino says.

James nods. "And that your Cubone is safe and sound as well."

Jessie was too nervous to say something as Meowth tugs on her leg. "Don't just stand there, do something." He said quietly.

Jessie looks down at Meowth. "What am I supposed to do?" She says quietly back.

"Jessie, is there anything I can do to repay you for saving my Cubone from those mean people?" Annie asked.

Jessie immediately perks up and rubs her head in embarrassment. "No thanks, your Cubone being okay is all that matters."

"Not even this?" Annie slowly approaches Jessie and slowly gives her a kiss on her cheek.

Domino, James, and especially Meowth express in total shock and they're speechless as Jessie was immediately blushing red and completely faints from being kissed by Annie on the cheek.

"Is she gonna be alright?" Annie asked.

Domino picks up Jessie's leg. "Yep, she will be alright. Bye now!"

The gang, minus Jessie who is currently unconscious, waves goodbye to Annie as she waves goodbye back at them and so does Cubone. The gang start to go their separate ways with Domino dragging an unconscious Jessie along the way.

"Determined to save Annie's Cubone. Jessie was able to do so from the new evil duo known as 'Ruthless Zero' and even got a small reward to do so! The gang continue their path to Vermilion City so Jessie can earn her third badge! But more adventures will happen before our heroes can reach there as the journey continues!"
