The blonde smiled to herself as she heard how they were talking about the politics of this Mortal Star!

"You said Devils and Demons. They exist?"

"Yes. One of the devils is sealed in Supreme Ocean Palace; he was sealed there by my ancestors thousand years ago. It's the very reason why we build our Palace there in the first place and why we practise barrier and sealing arts."

Xiao Long nodded at her as he took a sip of his tea.

"The so-called demons are residents of another Continent. We went to war against them and even invaded them once. They have something called the Samsara mirror. According to the devils, it has means to help one reach the realms above [Sovereign Profound]."

"No. The mirror you are speaking about is a small locket with two mirrors inside of it?" Qianye Ying'er asked her.

"Possibility, that's what I was told."

"Then it doesn't do what you just said. In records left behind by Gods, this locket controls one's karma and is possibly linked to reincarnation. Though no one before EVER was able to use it. All we have is a few speculations. I am shocked that this small Star Realm has one of the Heavenly Treasures."

The Sovereign of the Seas frowned heavily, hearing it.

"So we're used…."

"Most likely, someone wanted your continent to know about this mirror so that your forces could invade the other continent." Qianye Ying'er said with a speculating tone.

"We did kill their Emperor and sealed away their greatest general."

"Then their continent is most likely experiencing turmoils from whoever leaked this fake information about the Demon Continent."

*Angry Snort*

"So we have been used twice!" Xiao Long's grandmother got furious.

"Hmm, I am curious about this continent. Do they have different types of resources? Who knows what kind of pills I could make."

Xiao Long finally spoke. He didn't care much about being used or whatever; he was more interested in the vegetation that the continent had.

"Then it's settled! Once we take over this continent, we will go to the Illusory Demon Continent! I heard that they have a Golden Crown legacy of some sort."

"W-What!? Are you saying that there is another Godly legacy!?"

The Sovereign of the Seas slowly nodded. This made Qianye Ying'er confused as hell. What is with this Star!? Heavenly Treasure and two God Legacies!

"Then it's settled. We have a course to follow. Long'er, I will return to my cultivation." His Grandmother slowly got up from her seat and proceeded to walk towards her cultivation mat.

"Yes. I will be getting back to my work as well."

"Do that. But don't neglect your cultivation."

"I won't. After I build my cultivation tower, I will get back to my cultivation."

"Good."

Just like Xiao Long said, he proceeded to work with the cultivation tower just like he had planned.

First, he expanded the pond. This pond is located west of the mountain, which is in the middle of the floating island and North West from where is the Floating Cloud City.

With The Young Master's word, another expansion was on the way. Floating Cloud Sect needs more space, as with Xiao Sect joining them, they quickly got stuffy, which means more space is needed.

So with this revelation of the Cultivation tower, they decided to expand westwards.

In the meantime, after expanding the pond size, Xiao Long set formation, which turned the water to split up and then proceeded to dig into the ground—creating a hole.

With his cultivation and Earth Profound Energy, he quickly made the hole he wanted. And all of the dirt soon after was reused to make the tower itself.

For now, the tower was extremely basic as he swiftly went to finish the loop-based system for the water circulation.

Once this was finished, he proceeded to create the profound energy generator Arrays.

Soon enough, the foundations were set, and Xiao Long went to work on improving the tower and setting an entrance.

The blonde and the redhead observed what he just finished building.

"So he just made a waterfall which generates profound energy. Soon this place will have a profound energy density of Low-Rank Star."

"Indeed."

"You are quite tame. Did something happen?" Xing Tong asked with a teasing tone.

The blonde didn't say anything. Instead, she looked at the cultivation tower.

*Tsk*

The Slaughter God clicked her tongue. It appears something happened, and she doesn't know!

"What about you? Not going to stab him anymore? Going to be his pet Slaughter God?"

*Growl*

"Same can be said about you! You are his 'pet' just as I am!"

Xing Tong's eyes twitched furiously, she was about to summon her daggers, but she took a deep breath. The girl is slowly starting to develop thicker skin against her.

"As if! You being his wife!? Can you even do that? Can you do what it takes to be one? I saw Lady Xiao and what she does. I can't see you doing any of that." Xing Tong said with a sneer.

The only one who could become his second wife is the Blue Wind Princess, Young Master likes her a lot, and she is similar to Lady Xiao. So there is a possibility she will be one of his wives.

"Don't underestimate me. You know well enough what I can do!" Qianye Ying'er said with narrowed eyes.

"Heh. Indeed and this is why he won't going to take you as his wife." The crimson-haired girl said with a shrug. The girl can guess that he knows that this woman is a viper in disguise.

"We shall see."

After saying that, the blonde flew away, leaving the crimson-haired girl behind. The new battle maid looked at how the water re-started to flow—creating a circular waterfall with a tower in the middle of it.

Soon enough abundance of Profound energy started to appear from the waterfall.

'Yes…soon this place will have Profound energy that of a Low-Rank Star Realm.'

Xing Tong was certain about this. However, her mind wandered to what the blonde said.

She was right. The redhead doesn't want to remain as a 'pet'. However, she has no idea what to do. With her bloodline, soul and cultivation chained down, there is nothing she can do.

'As long as that bitch doesn't get her way, I can think of something.'

The Divine Phoenix Emperor gazed at the two land masses moving towards the north.

This was absurd.

He has heard about Supreme Ocean Palace being afloat, but this? Moving on its own!?

"Grandfather! Look at that!" Feng Xue'er pointed at Profound beasts, which were following the island.

"It appears because of the Profound energy-gathering formation they are following wherever the island is moving."

The Monarch said while stroking his beard. It made sense; the excess Profound Energy was overflowing and spilling out into the wilderness below them.

"Grandfather, it appears we are not the only ones who will be visiting the Young Master Xiao." Feng Xiluo said with a small frown. He saw a Profound Ark parked above the city. It had three letters which sent shivers through his spine.

'Supreme Ocean Palace'

The Sacred Ground's Flagship was here. This means Qu Fengyi was here—the strongest and the most overbearing woman in the whole Continent.

"It appears the luck is not on our side." The not so old man said with a sigh.

"Hopefully, she is closed-door cultivation, and we won't need to see her." The Crown Prince said with a hopeful smile.

As their Profound Arc arrived, the Phoenix Clan delegation descended towards the entrance of the Xiao clan, or more like Floating Cloud Sect.

Soon enough, they were greeted by the elders of the Sect.

'Middle stages of [Sky Profound]!? They cultivate absurdly fast!'

"Phoenix Emperor, we were waiting for your arrival. May I ask what is the reason for this visit?" Second Elder asked with a smooth voice.

"Xue'er wishes to see her Fiance, and I would like to see how Long'er is doing."

The Emperor quite shamelessly said that. What else could he use to come to see the Young Master? Just use his granddaughter; it's the most straightforward way.

"I see. It has been a few months. Very well, follow me. Young Master is finalising the modification to the Cultivation tower he finished recently."

'Cultivation Tower? He is improving the location of cultivation even further!?'

The Emperor gulped down. Now He doesn't want to leave either. He could just cultivate here for the rest of his life.

'I could just declare myself Xue'er bodyguard and spend my time here.'

He slowly nodded to himself; yes, very good idea, indeed!

"Of course."

The trio from Divine Phoenix Empire and their escort followed into the Sect grounds.

"Grandfather, this place, they have Profound Energy in abundance."

"Yes. When I was here before, it was similar; Young Master Xiao had the Profound Energy gathering Formation installed before, and it only got stronger as time went on."

'It appears my rule won't going to be easy. This place is only going to grow stronger. I suppose I will need to rely on Xue'er to keep Divine Phoenix Empire afloat.

I should have declined the offer to become the Emperor. It's not worth the hassle.'

Feng Xiluo thought to himself as they walked deeper into the Sect Grounds.

Soon enough, they ended up in a manor and were greeted by a very beautiful woman.

"My husband should arrive here in a few minutes; in the meantime, some tea?"

"Yes, thank you. Young Lady, you must be Lady Xiao, Young Master's wife?"

"Yes. Qingyue was lucky enough to marry Young Master."

"Good-Good, You must be aware that Sovereign of the Seas and I have arranged a marriage between Young Master Xiao and Princess Xue'er?"

Lady Xiao slowly nodded as she looked at Feng Xue'er. The girl was cute, but soon she would be ethereal beauty.

"With how things are progressing, I would like to entrust her in your care. As future sisters, she would learn from you."

Her eyes blinked a couple of times

"...Qingyue accepts." The girl accepted it, and Feng Xue'er, who was quiet the whole time, clapped her hands happily.

"Big sister! Xue'er is happy that you accepted it!"

Just like that, the girl was sitting next to Xia Qingyue, who was slightly out of her element.

"...Yes."

"Un! Are you going to show me around? Please?"

"Ugh…Of course."

Feng Tianwei smiled to himself as he saw this. Yes, Feng Hengkong sheltered her, and this led to her wanting people to stay around with. Who is not better than her future sister?

Though Black Moon Merchant Guild should have some filters, it took a while to spread.

As I thought about this, I flew back to the manor and walked inside.

Soon enough, I saw Feng Xue'er talking about something with my wife. It was weirdly amusing as the Princess was more on the bubbly side while Qingyue was more serious and less talky.

It's just amusing to watch as my wife has to keep up.

"Long'er, it's good to see you."

With a nod, I went over and took my seat.

"I assume you are here to figure out if the Phoenix Trial I have is real?"

"Yes, as well as other things. I do wish to buy some more of the pills. Maybe even establish a permanent trade of some sort?"

Of course. They finally decided to ask that. But then it means that he could leave Feng Xue'er with me—no wonder the Princess was already sitting next to Qingyue.

"I see; a permanent trade is possible, and I do have some things from the Phoenix itself."

"Fifth and Sixth stages of the art and some Phoenix bloodline-based pills."

Though, I can only offer some scraps to them.

"In the meantime, I can give you a copy of the fifth and sixth stages of World Ode of the Phoenix."

"Yes! Many thanks! Another reason why we are here is that I would like to leave Xue'er with you. As you are her Fiance, it's time for her to learn about her future husband."

"Very well. She can get acquainted with fellow Feng Clan members of Floating Cloud City."

The Emperor nodded. He then looked at his grandson. This must be his replacement, so Feng Hengkong got shelved.

Truly, an amusing development.

"Oh, Long'er, this is Feng Xiluo; he is my successor," The Phoenix Emperor motioned towards the Prince. "Luo'er greet the Young Master!"

"Feng Xiluo greets the Young Master Xiao."

"Well met. I assume Feng Hengkong is no longer the Emperor?"

"Yes, well. He is not feeling that well. So I have related him to cultivate and watch over the Capital."

'Translation: He has been shelved.'

"I see. I hope he gets better in time."

"Yes, same."

After a short Tea break, I proceeded to show around what I had been cooking up.

"With your Empire coming under my Sect's protection, we will discuss how tribution and resources will be split up.

As I have developed new pills which are not for sale."

"Yes. We can have such a meeting arranged at a later date." Feng Tianwei said to me with a nod.

"Good, I don't like leaving half-finished tasks. For now, I will give you two some of my newest pills."

The Emperor and the Prince followed me into the warehouse. At the same time, Feng Xue'er was Xia Qingyue. I wonder what she will teach that girl.

"You might have learned by now that I have pills which allow one to achieve Heavenly God's Spiritual Veins."

"Those pills are truly exquisite. Did you create a better version of them?"

"No. I found other use for the Purifying grass." I said to them as, with a hand motion; I made two pills appear.

"To reach the realms above the Monarch, one needs blood purity and cleansed soul. These two do just that."

*Gulp*

"Young Master, you saying that you found a way to reach realms beyond Sovereign Profound?"

"Yes, for now, I will give you two, three of each. Once a proper tributary is established, I will arrange more of these to reach your hands."

With shaky hands, the pair took the pills and looked at them as if they were a blessing from a god.

"M-Many thanks, Young Master!"

"Good, now let me show you the Feng Island."

After a quick flight over, we arrived at the rapidly growing village. The old shacks they had are now proper houses; it was getting a makeover to fit with the styles with Phoenix trials.

Apart from that, the village has their Contribution Hall, a fire-based herb garden and a cultivation area.

I am already planning to build another Cultivation tower here. But it should be a fire-based one, so it will be more difficult to make it.

"This is… truly amazing!" Feng Tianwei tried to sound happy, but he was not, and I could feel that. He was not that happy because they all had a more potent bloodline.

Well, time for him to learn another bad thing.

"Yes. The trials are over there. It took me some time, but I was able to rebuild it. Underneath the trial grounds, there is an array which is generating Phoenix Blood.

Right on cue, the old man's mouth opened wide.

"C-Could you make one in Divine Phoenix Empire!?" The Emperor asked with a realising look.

"I guess? I did it once; I don't see why I could not."

"T-Then!?"

"I do need a reason to go all the way to your Empire and spend over a week or two there."

There was a grimace on his face.

'I am pretty sure he will ask Xue'er to persuade me to do it. Sadly she is too young and won't be able to unleash all of her 'power' on me.'

"Anyway, let's get back; I still need to give you the copy of the art and show the Phoenix egg."

"Y-Yes."

Truly the best kind of conquest is when you don't even leave your Sect. They come to you and offer half of the continent just to get some pills and arts.

I wonder what the rest of the continent will do after this.

Will they bow down, or will someone else make them bow down? Either way, they will bow down.
